Hotel was set in a great location 1 minute walk to the beach. It was very basic, no fridge or anything in the room. Lovely view of the pool and the sea. As I went before the school holidays it was relatively quiet which was good. I didn't eat at all in the hotel so couldn't comment on the food. The reception staff were friendly enough. The main thing was that the hotel was very clean. Beds were pretty uncomfy and tv was so small you could hardly see it. I would definitely return to this hotel for a short stay to Torremolinos again in the future. Perfect location. Collapse
Very Basic not what we were expecting!!

Just stayed at this hotel for a week HB, not good at all. It was clean and tidy but the towels and sheets have seen better days and are that thin you can see through them. Food was awful, cold and swimming in oil, thought I had found braised pork steaks until I cut in to it and found it was oil! breakfast wasn't much better, thought you can't go wrong with tea and toast but if I could of got a nice HOT cup of tea I would of been made up. No fridges in your room, no complementary bottled water so no way of keeping water or drinks cool, air-con was hit and miss no way of controlling it. Pool area was kept tidy and they put a net fence around the pool each evening and take it away after they have done water testing/adding chlorine etc in the mornings, they stack the beds each night and hose them down but they could do with a good wash individually as they are filthy, in the whole week we were there I never saw them clean the pool and there is pockets of black muck in the corners and on each step so although they look as if they are doing a good job they are not!! They had a couple of good shows on in the entertainment room which is very hot! there is no bar so you have to go outside and down the steps to the pool bar (this is the only bar) to get a drink which is given to you in plastic cups, there is no waiter/waitress service anywhere, pool entertainment room etc so don't expect any and I wouldn't say the staff were particularly friendly everything seemed such a chore to them. There is no pool towels, you can't hire any so take some with you not like me I had to buy some down by the beach 5 euros each but they were dearer in other places. My biggest moan about this hotel is toilets!! there is no toilets in reception or the entertainment room, there is one disabled toilet in the restaurant when it is open when it is closed you cannot go to this toilet you have to go to the only other toilet (3 cubicles) down 2 flights of stairs by the pool!! which also has another step into which I didn't see and therefore tripped and fell bruising all my arms, this hotel advertises itself as wheelchair friendly it does have a ramp into the hotel with 2 doors that you have to go through and these 2 doors are usually kept open with door wedges but every time I went out or came back the doors were closed so we would open them and put the door wedges back after we had done this a couple of times the door wedges disappeared just like magic or maybe it was the reception staff who didn't like the breeze blowing through?? It made it quite difficult when there was no open doors. I have difficulty with walking and standing, I can do some but someone who can't would find this hotel NOT disabled friendly. Now I'm not one to moan about kids but I didn't think roughly 25 Spanish kids and a couple of teachers arriving on Friday 16th would be what anyone was expecting on their holidays but boy was they noisey and very disrespectful but to top it off another 25 plus arrived on the Sunday!! not my kind of holiday at all!!! So this is not a hotel I would recommend nor will it be one that my husband and myself will be returning to. Collapse
Not great 🙁

I'm just back from a week in Hotel Parasol Garden. It's very clean, has a nice pool with comfortable sun loungers. The food was not good (I was all inclusive), breakfast ends at 10am but a lot of mornings the staff began taking food in & serving utensils away long before 10 and turned off the lights dead on 10 when people were still inside eating. A lot of the staff were unfriendly & had grumpy faces. The pool bar is so dull at night, no music or craic & drinks only served in plastic cups like at a children's party. The hotel is very close to the beautiful beach but it's a long walk from torremolinos centre & benalmadena marina & the train station. I didn't like this hotel, I won't be going back. Collapse

Everything and more you would expect from a three star hotel. Excellent meals friendly and helpful staff and a great pool area.We went in May so not peak time but Torreleminos and especially the old town were really beautiful and relaxing.
