Stayed here for a family holiday at the beginning of October arrived late evening and was booked in very quickly, we had four double rooms together as requested 615-612 with a sea views. Rooms were dated but had all the facilities we needed, a few technical faults which need looking at e.g loose plug sockets and television had one English channel which was American. We stayed all inclusive which was a good choice however breakfast was of a limited choice somedays, outside area was good for off peak season however can imagine it would be very busy during high season but always plenty of sun loungers available for pool area. Evening entertainment was of a wide range for all ages but whilst we stayed we had a bunch of drunk scottish singers all day and night which got very annoying. WiFi was only available on the ground floor by reception but was very temperamental at times. Over all we had a good family holiday and made the most of our stay. Train station was only a ten minute walk away so went to malaga town centre, fengerola, benalmadena and torremalinos centre was around a ten minute walk away too, highly recommended aqualand for a great day out for all the family but fairly pricey so taking your own food would be advisable Collapse

Two sides to our week's stay at the Parasol Gardens, Firstly, for the price there can be no complaints whatsoever, the rooms are clean & spacious for two people with a balcony, they are cleaned every day with beds made & new towels provided, maybe something to stop people slamming room doors could be introduced. We enjoyed the food which was plentiful, 2/3 choices of meat available both lunch & evening meal with veg, salad, potatoes, bread freshly supplied, I especially enjoyed Breakfast & had a different one every day :-) snacks were also available during the day but not tried by us. The bar area outside has a beer tap on the wall 'San Miguel' & is help yourself (all inclusive) & chilled wines alongside both white & red were drinkable, the coffee machine served nice chocolate drink as well! we never had to use the bar which served the spirits. All staff were helpful & polite throughout the hotel during our stay. Secondly....... oh dear! The Great British / German groups abroad!! Why oh Why do these people leave manners behind when holidaying in Spain is a mystery? Rowdy behaviour started at the bar mid afternoon & continued until 1am every night, with greedy / drunk people filling tables with drinks before 11pm just before the end of all inc. All rooms face the bar area so this noise is unavoidable. Rudeness to staff was everywhere, mainly in the dining area where the staff are busy & under pressure at key times, and people have no patience whatsoever! We may have been unlucky with the clientele on the week we stayed but i fear not.... We enjoyed Torremolinos & will visit again but will look at apartments. This is a budget hotel & attitudes should not expect / demand 5* Collapse

The plus points of this hotel is that's it's very clean and tidy, nice pool and close to the beach, but that's as far as it goes. The food is generly of low quality, and quite repetitive, expect pork in some form or another every day, often cooked too fast so it was tough or under cooked. We were all inclusive and found lunch the best meal of the day. If you are not going all inclusive expect to pay for all drinks including water from the dispenser, a lot of people were taking their own soft drinks into the dining room. Take a hair dryer with you if you need one as they charge €18 per week to hire one, I don't think I have ever been to a hotel that doesn't provide one before. The entertainment kicks off at 9:30 with the children's disco which lasts until around 10:30-11:00, this was followed with various acts. I can't comment on all the entertainment as we only watched the flamenco dancers who were very good. I personally wouldn't return, but if you want a relatively cheap break it's ok, but I will be paying more next time and going 4 or 5 star! Collapse

We stayed here in April 2016 for 4 Days. Rooms- We stayed in a room with 4 beds in it. It was quite good as it had a fan on the roof. The Bathroom was fairly modern. Beware with the shower curtains as if you don't put it in far enough the whole floor will be flooded. Buffet- It was average but could have done better as most of the food wasn't that hot. They had a lot of food available so i'll give them that. Pool- It is an average size pool and was very cold and fresh. Collapse
