The Palazzo offers a variety of entertainment for everyone to enjoy. My kids loved the Gondola rides and we all loved the shopping and restaurants. My suggestion is Carnavino if you love steak followed up with dessert from Carlos' bakery! The Palazzo staff definitely go out of their way to make all guests feel like royalty and if problems do happen to occur they are always quick to resolve them. We had a small issue with the blinds and after a quick wait the problem was resolved. After the fix we were able to enjoy a spectacular view of the strip from the 42nd floor! What a view! The pools are live or relaxing, whichever you prefer, the Palazzo. The first day during our visit we visited the family pool where the environment is just that. Saturday the adults enjoyed drinks and great food at the Aquatic pool under a cabana. What an experience both days. I usually like to try different resorts when traveling but Palazzo is my choice when in Vegas. There is something for everyone and everything offered is 1st class at a mid range price! Collapse

The Palazzo hotel is beautiful. It has a stunning entrance and an endless choice of restaurants and cuisines. Its a great location on the strip and has Tao in the Venetian. The views on 43rd floor of the Palazzo are spectacular and the gondola ride at the Venetian is good fun. However, the check in took so long (at least 20-30 minutes) despite being an ihg ambassador. There was no queue, the process was just slow. The rooms are not cleaned to a standard you would expect. They do not replenish amenities unless you phone and ask for them. The room is filled with dust and was disappointing. They also didnt clean around the sinks one day. On the day we had booked the shooting range, we had to go to the Venetian underground area for our pick up. They had a convention the same day but did not tell the tour company so it meant the driver could not get in to collect us. This took 30 minutes to get sorted. Room service took an hour just for 1 pizza. Whilst we were checking out at the desk, we were told to go back up for porters to collect luggage but after going up to the 43rd floor, they had already collected . It took over 30 mins to collect luggage because they sent us upstairs and it was downstairs. My husband had to go collect the luggage and had no help to do this. Overall asolute joke for service, but if you want a good view of the strip then it's a good shout. Collapse

Stayed on the 33rd floor facing the strip. I was worried about the noise but the room seemed to be well insulated as we never heard the street and rarely heard people in the hallways. The rooms was large and very clean. There was a TV in the sitting area, a TV to view from the bed and another in the bathroom. The bathroom was gorgeous! The tub was very deep and there were no issues with water pressure or heated water. The only downside was that there was no coffee in the room and you couldn't put anything in the fridge which is sad because you can end up throwing away a lot of food. Jorge checked us in and was so professional, friendly and helpful. Absolutely loved our stay here. Collapse

My sisters and I took a weekend trip to Vegas and stayed here. We got a two queen bed suite and a pull out with a view of the strip. I believe all rooms are suites. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms did not disappoint. The only thing that needed improvement was having a fridge for your food/leftovers/desserts, etc. There's a mini bar with fridge but everything is weighed so it knows what goes in and what goes out. After a short talk with the front desk, they said it was ok to store food in there as long as you tell them what you did before you get charged. To get a separate fridge, there's a $25 charge. The room was very spacious. There were 5 of us and we didn't feel like we were stepping all over each other. The "sitting" area offered enough room for us to stretch out. The bathroom was huge. Having the toilet in another room allowed more than one person to use the area at one time. Very nicely laid out and thoughtfully designed. There were three TVs in the room. One in the bathroom, bedroom and sitting area. The Canyon Ranch Spa was incredible. The 50min massage was so relaxing and the amenities made me want to stay there longer. The service was friendly. At check in, they offered you a key, slippers, and walked you to your locker where you can find your robe. We wore our swimsuits to the spa so all we had to do was take off our cover-ups and put the robe on. Some areas have a bathing suit optional area but mostly everyone was either in a robe or a bathing suit. We went to the crystal steam room, Finnish sauna, herbal laconium, relaxation area, salt grotto, wave room, and Aquavana area. It's best to pack a fresh outfit for after the spa. They have towels, showers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, etc. for you to use after your services. They also have hair dryers for your convenience. The smoke in the casino area is a little bothersome but there's are non-smoking floors in the hotel, which helps tremendously. We didn't get a chance to go to the shops but it's nice to have so many stores close by. There's also a Walgreens next door for last minute purchases. They have a fresh food area which is great for on the go snacks or drinks. Collapse
