Booked my stay through Amex Platinum / Fine Hotels & Resorts program. Upon arrival at the Palazzo I was able to go directly to the line dedicated to this program and I was greeted with immediate and professional service by Antonio. He was extremely patience and courteous as he was able to answer all my questions about the rooms and the resort. We were offered an upgrade to the Fortuna Suite on the 46th floor with a partial view of the Strip. The hotel is 50 stories so we were happy. The room was beautifully appointed with lots of room to spread out. Two flatscreens, electric blinds, huge bathroom, king size bed,, three seating areas including a work desk. Lovely. The hotel has a several pool areas with cocktail service. They also have a adult pool club complete with DJ and private bar. The casino is a typical Vegas style casino with lots of slots and table games. Nothing in particular is special about it as far as I'm concerned. Love the fact that they have a Grand Lux Cafe as one of their restaurant options. Great spot for breakfast! Went there the entire time I was there since I had a $65 daily breakfast credit. Service was great and food came out quick. Had a late flight back home so we wanted to kill time between checkout and our flight. Luggage valets were happy to store our bags until we were ready to taxi to the airport. There's also a Hertz rental car on sight in the event you decide to rent a car while there. Loved the access to shopping as well as the Canyon Ranch spa. Would definitely recommend to anyone and look forward to staying here again. Collapse

So , our high school batch was holding our 35th year reunion, and the group decided that we all convene in Las Vegas. I was very sure that me and my hubby would be having lots of fun. So to top the excitement , we chose Palazzo for our hotel, and paid to be on the prestige level. More than how the hotel is a five star, what made us happier is the level of service - from the private concierge, the prestige lounge staff, and the housekeeping. Service, specially from Bianca of the Prestige check-in staff, has a standard of excellence. We will definitely be back next year, so see you guys again, though not in June, but in April or October, when the weather around Vegas is a little bit cooler... Collapse

The palazzo is a beautiful, well maintained hotel. Check in was very quick and easy and we were allowed to check in early (by an hour) which was great. The resort fee is pricy (as it is at all Las Vegas hotels) but includes access to the gym and wi fi, etc. To get to the rooms you have to present a room key which i appreciate. The elevators were fast and just before you present your key, there is a coffee shop and small convenience store. The room was large and spacious and recently refurbished. The bathroom has a table w/magnifying mirror which was very convenient to apply makeup/do hair, etc. The hotel is connected to the Venetian through the shops of which there is a large variety of higher end shopping which is fun for browsing. The main casino floor is very large but it was ridiculously hard to find our way back to the parking garage and the cashier is also slightly hidden. The ground transportation area is also slightly confusing - ride share and the airport shuttle are on the main floor and taxi service down one level. We ended up taking lyft to the airport instead of their airport shuttle due to pricing. Would definitely stay again if staying on the strip in the future. Collapse

I really cant understand the handful of negative reviews I see here. I can only assume that these people are selecting the wrong hotel to review or they are simply never happy. Second stay at the Palazzo and this was just as good as my first. Excellent in every aspect ! Check-in was painless, no wait. We were granted an early check-in, the pool was amazing even with the 115 degree heat, the entire hotel space is spotless with every attention to detail. Newly remodeled room was spot on, very quiet, never heard a peep in the hallways during the evening. If you ever think that the Palazzo is not first class, just visit a few other properties on the strip... you will clearly see the difference. Will be back. Collapse
