Misleading hotel room unlike photos on the site provided. We were given a disabled room without any advice on this from reception upon check in. We only booked for one night, otherwise I would have complained. Pros: Overall room layout was large and spacious, desk and safe available. Average quality and minimal amenities provided. Small double bed with no couch in our room (not like the photos on site). Free good reliable guest wifi available. Cons: Terrible bathroom, the toilet was very high off the ground. Shower was opened onto the whole floor and not enclosed (like the photos on their site). Reception should have checked with us as it was not what we had booked. Bar and restaurant looks uninviting, would not bother with their offerings. Collapse

It was embarrassing and demeaning to ask for milk for the coffee and denied. I paid extra for the "VIP" room, with an advertised Nespresso machine, but they would put only two cream pieces per day. So, if I had to use one per cup only if I wanted to have two cups, and bad luck if I wanted to have a third one in the evening. For a person like me who likes to put two pieces of cream in his coffee, I can only have one cup a day. Even if I hadn't paid extra for the room, to have management so mean to deny a client extra milk is the lowest I have seen in my stay in hotels. Novotel got a bad name for putting such a manager in this hotel who protects cheap milk ahead of his guests. Extremely bad and frustrating. Even the shampoo, I had to ask for a replacement after 5 days... no one cares to replace it. It is obvious that management is trying to make cheap profit. I definitely would not stay again in this hotel and would not have any of my staff who visit our office in Tour Montparnasse stay there. Collapse

We recently stayed at this hotel (family of four), and found the room to be generally clean and comfortable. The bathroom (separate to the toilet) could do with an update, but otherwise was adequate. In terms of location it was pretty good - near the station and metro. We were disappointed that we were unaware of the refurbishments going on in the hotel which meant there was no restaurant or bar available on an evening. There was a makeshift bar area, which wasn't great - picture sports bar but with wooden garden furniture. The food offered seemed to be basic. We ate out every evening so I'm unable to comment on how the food was. This building work was particularly disappointing as we chose the hotel based on these facilities which were ideal for our family. I feel that this should definitely have been highlighted on the website. It seems underhand to advertise and publicise pictures of favilites that aren't available. Collapse

This boutique feeling hotel located in a nice arrondissement (neighborhood) very close to the Metro station.( No train noise). It’s away from the attractions with local bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets within walking distance. We explored this area and enjoyed being local and not in a touristy area. The rooms were a good size; based on the reputations of Europe having small hotels rooms. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly allowing us to use their plates, forks, spoons, and cups in the room, so I did not have to reheat food in styrofoam. We bought food from the neighborhood restaurants, supermarkets, and croissants almost every night from the bakery directly across the street for breakfast. We stayed at the Hotel for six days. The room was clean, comfortable, modern and decorated very nicely; I loved the soft bed. The shower and the face basin were in separate rooms from the toilet on opposite sides; I thought it was very different. The room has all the things a normal hotel room would have. The only thing It did not have washed cloth;, we came with our own; based on what I read about France. There are a bar and café in the restaurant, but we did not eat there until the last day we had breakfast, and it was pretty good. If I go back to that part of France, I will stay there. Collapse

Friendly staff, great location, slightly expensive but location covers up for it very well. Rooms were comfortable. View from the room was okayish. Would definitely recommend for a business/ family stay.
