We stayed at the Cadogan, Sloane Street - a wonderful family feel hotel but with lots of warm helpful staff this hotel has history and a beautiful old fashioned lift. Getting around London we found taxis were best for us but there's plenty of buses. This is a good place to be for shopping, Harrods just around the corner, plenty of eating places too. Do ask for the key for the gardens which is really nice and peaceful. Collapse

We had a one night stay at 11 Cardogan Gardens and from the moment we stepped out of the cab, the staff were ready to provide a wonderful service. Both William and Richie went out of there way to help us and provide advice about the area. It's these little touches that made our stay memorable. The hotel itself is gorgeous and very opulent. Our room, whilst not the flashiest was comfortable and the bed was one of the best I've slept in. We were made to feel very welcome and enjoyed every moment. Also do not miss the breakfast! Some of the best poached eggs I've had and a lovely, quiet breakfast room with good service also. Collapse

Another delightful stay in 11 Cadogan gardens. Was there over christmas with my husband and went back with a friend from 17 - 20 February. I still cannot fault this hotel i truly love everything about it. In a twin deluxe this time but still gorgeous, again immaculately clean and absolute luxury. The staff recognised me and were so friendly I felt more like family. Breakfast is lovely and my friend couldn't stop admiring everything about it. Thanks to Sarah and guys on reception for smooth check in and out, Richie, Paul and William concierges who fell over themselves to help with anything we wanted and the guys at breakfast Christos and sorry don't know name of the other guy who served us. All the staff are lovely though and can only thank you for another wonderful stay. Plan on another stay in a couple of months I cannot wait!! Collapse

A weekend treat from Friday to Sunday for our anniversary . The Hotel were kind enough to keep our bags as we had arrived early,we checked in . We had booked lunch at 1.45 elsewhere ,so they would put our bags in the room. When we arrived back they were there. Traditional London hotel darkish ,but warm and cosy on a very cold February weekend . The staff are delightful at this hotel nothing is too much trouble. Are room was delightful ,lovely bed superb linens and a snug but good bathroom. Water and coffee making facilities excellent. Complimentary Times added to a lovely calm breakfast. Husband had the full English " it sunk him" I had lovely fruit and scrambled eggs and smoked salmon . He had the pastries and smaller breakfast following morning. Superb pastries he said ( I had a corner , they were good ) . Very kind ,pleasant breakfast staff. We didn't dine here as we had booked other restaurants we wanted to try. Concierge staff sent us a bottle of bubbly for our anniversary Very Kind . Thank you. We shall definitely try and stay here again. Thank you again to everyone for your kindness. Collapse

11 Cadogan Gardens is the epitome of a London Townhouse Hotel. It has character, history and enjoys an enviable location in a quiet part of Chelsea yards away from the hubbub of the Kings Road and Sloane Sq. Atmospheric bar and art covered public areas. Our suite was typical of this type of Hotel...tiny! and the fixtures and fittings tired and insufficient storage space for a longer stay. No mini bar (no room?)but nice big bottles of water. I don't think we got the best out of the well praised staff as we were coming and going but I'm sure they are lovely. If you like old world charm and and less contemporary comfort, you'll love 11 Cadogan Gardens Collapse
