We stayed here 3 nights and we were not impressed. We stayed in a two bedroom with bunkbeds and it was a nice room. However the staff was not friendly to us and it took us two days to get a few rolls of toilet paper and some extra trash bags from housekeeping. My husband finally had to track someone down while they were cleaning another room on our floor and ask her for some. The splashpark is moderate at best and in desperate need of repair. Portions of it were inaccessible and the cargo nets were being pieced back together from all the chlorine wear. The pool and splashpark hours were also somewhat limited which we found frustrating. We always stay at Bonnet Creek in Orlando but wanted to try something new this year. We were disappointed and will not be returning to this hotel especially because Bonnet Creek usually costs around the same amount or less. Collapse

We booked on Expedia and had a late check-in. I called for two days to confirm our room with the number on the website and there was no answer. Our email assured us we were confirmed, but on arrival to the hotel at 10:30pm we (and others) had NO ROOM! We waited in line, got a $200+ hold on our credit card, and got redirected to another lesser property five miles away where we had to wait in line to check-in again. They were trying to push us past the midnight deadline since that's when they can bump your reservations. My kids were tired and so sad they didn't have bunk beds. We finally got in the hotel the next day after missing all day at the water park and they only offered us free breakfast for our terrible night. The rooms are nice, but the water park is peeling and in disrepair. Our room wasn't cleaned at all, not even fresh towels. It's unfortunate, since it's a nice property and the suites are really cool and convenient, but poor customer service can really make or break a trip! Collapse

This place was very unkept, the laundry room had a brown fluid leaking from the ceiling. The floor had mud everywhere, and it was like this for hours. The stairwell smelled like urine everyday. They had garbage everywhere, when we where checking out garbage was all over the floor by the elevators, it seems as though a squirrel pulled out all the garbage during the night, the employees walked right pass it for hours. They didn't clean our room 2 days during our 7 day vacation and when they cleaned the room they didn't leave wash cloths we had to constantly call for towels. I would not recommend this hotel, and the sad part was we were never at the hotel but the short time we were it was horrible. I tried to give the place the benefit of the doubt. Collapse
I did my homework on this resort

I called March 2017 & booked this resort. I paid in full with the hotel directly and I also paid extra to have the room decorated for my 2 boys' birthday. We stayed Monday 7-17 to Thursday 7-20 (summer time & it wasn't even crowded). Every so often I would check reviews and gather my info on this place. We live 2-3 hours away so I packed my own towels, blankets, food, etc. Check-in was a 30+ min wait, line was long, but I didn't mind; I could understand other guests frustration with little ones who were cranky and tired. I specifically asked and double checked before we arrived to have a room away from the pool area. We got one facing the parking lot. There was a sign on our door acknowledging the boys' birthday. They had balloons and goodies waiting for them on the inside. There were a few issues that bothered me but nothing that didn't have a solution. I was told we were getting a fully stocked kitchen. There was no stove, measuring cups, bowls, garbage bags etc. I planned on cooking a few meals to save $. I called housekeeping to get a what I needed from them. The guy brought a few things that I needed but didn't have everything. He took a picture of my list & said he would be back. 1 hr later I called them and asked if anyone was coming back. 15 min later the guy brought me what I needed but again didn't have everything, so I just let it go (my list wasn't even long, less than 10 items). Thankfully I brought our AirFryer & that is what used because there was no stove. After unpacking I noticed our 2 y.o's feet were black & so were ours. We made sure just to wear socks whenever we walked in the room. We had 1 king size bed and a pull out bed in the living area. I hated the king & my husband hated the pull out. However, I loved the pull out and he loved the king; so that just comes to personal preference. Staff was beyond friendly, room service were prompt and food was fulfilling; pool staff was so kind, they even gave my oldest a birthday shout out during 1 of the pool side shows; staff in the laser maze and 4D theater pumped up my oldest which made the experience that much more fun. I thought it was weird that the kiddie pool/area closes at 7p; my little one wanted to keep playing but couldn't; I'm sure they have their reasons. Check-out you can just leave your room card at registration, you do not need to wait in line. However, I waited and thankfully I did. I had read that people were finding "hidden" charges, parking fees etc that they didn't know about. When I checked in I specifically asked if my balance was $0. I was told that all I had to pay for was the room decor, I did that right then and there & asked them to close out my card, which they did. During my check out the lady tells me I have a $55 balance, for the accommodations (parking fee etc). Thankfully the person that had checked me in was there. I spoke with him and he kindly apologized that it was a mistake on his end and that he was removing the $55. All of the issues that I seen my kids had no clue about nor did they care & that was pretty much the point. My oldest said that this was the best birthday thus far. Between the water park & all of the entertainment that they have on the premises there is no need to leave, which we didn't on our 2nd to last day there. Collapse

So I'm still waiting to check in. Got here just before 3. Had to wait 45 minutes in line just to get the privilege of being told our room isn't ready and they have no idea when it will be. Was helpfully told I can go to the water park in the mean time. Yeah that's great. Just what I want to do with all my bags. That's completely ridiculous. I've never encountered something like this at a resort before. If the rooms aren't ready until four don't have check-in until then. This is absurd. The check out is TEN. That's plenty of time to turn over a room. Collapse
