We booked to stay from the 30 june/ 9 july2017 We didn't arrive until the 1st of July due to our flight being cancelled and had to Redbook again costing us near 800. This was our mistake unfortunately . When we arrived i was so impressed and was treated personally by a young and helpful chap named author. Thanknyou Arthur. The room was big enough for the 2 of us however inhave to say I have stayed in bigger. For 650 we paid for the 9 days including breakfast buffet. The issue was the breakfast it was served from 07.30 to 10.30 not a minute over they will come and tell you to shift nicely though. And this was every day. If you are not a morning person and come alive around 9/10 it is frustrating. Then while eating you are coping with faffing around clearing up the plates and cutlery from 10 am. I was stressed. Now to the rooms. Hands up to the Chamber maids. They kept the room immaculately clean and spotless. The desire is brown and modern with high ceilings and 90ft drop windows brilliant air conditioning. I cant fault the cleanliness and the breakfast but it's how its run like a boot camp. I'm so relieved leaving me to and will not return. Oh and the last bit that pissed me off was we needed a warm due to the complexity of our flight.we left a day later so we had to come back a day later. We kindly asked how much you know what she said 115 euros!!!! I have just looked online and they are charging 78 pounds for the night with breakfast. May it the ight season. Still no consideration no compassion. They never even suggested a smaller room or any kind of consolidation. I find some of the the manager conceited and she was transparenta behind that fake smile. Your greedy and your hotel is hyped up and overly charged. Maybe it's the free gym we pay for in the fee.and Yes we where charges the 14.00 tax as well. No i was to stressed for the 9 days I will not come back. Give people a chance to relax. Allow people to eat without having to rush stop over working the chambermaids to have all bedrooms cleaned by 1pm its redicoulous. And by 10 am severe more food for the late cameras in the end I had to come down by 9.45 or 10 minutes to10am just so i won't miss the bacon or scrambled eggs. Never ever experience this in all the right visits i have been to portugal. Collapse

We splurged a bit and upgraded ourselves to a suite. Best choice ever! Smartly designed and furnished room, spacious and modern bathroom. Pod coffeemachine and kettle (on request). Table was oddly wobbly though. Hotel service was attentive and fantastic. The breakfast buffet is magnificent! Great selection of hot and cold items, as well as a nice selection of fruit. There's a coffee machine, but espresso is available on request. Location is outside of the tourist hullaballoo, so the nearby restaurants/eateries are more geared towards locals, thus giving more authentic food. The location is still relatively close to the center and easily accessible. Collapse

Excellent stay at Neya Lisbon. Service was exceptional through the entire stay. Had a surprising meal of a lifetime at the in-house restaurant. Multi-course dinner was delicious, competition caliber, and very affordable. Truly an amazing surprise on our last night in Lisbon - again, cannot say enough about the staff and service, and quality of the hotel/restaurant. Location is central Lisbon, though a 20-30 minute walk to "old" city centre and tourist attractions - but that's Lisbon! Hilly and tough walking anywhere you go, and the hotel is a good location for access to both old tourist city, and modern city centre for non-tourists. Works for both. Rooms are beautifully decorated, modern with nice views and huge wall-to-ceiling windows. One negative - mattresses in the room were *very* hard, and could feel individual springs. Not very comfortable, although I cannot say if that applies to the hotel as a whole, understanding that maintenance, repair, and replacement schedules cycle. But worth noting. Overall, a small detail that did not hinder our experience - would recommend Neya Lisboa to any travellers to Lisbon. Travelled with 5 month old baby, and we were accommodated at every turn. Really good experience overall - cant say enough about the wonderful people of Portugal in general. Collapse

We budget more than usual for our hotels stay this trip. the hotel gave us no reason to complaint. Great washroom and shower: the room in general was reasonable size, twin beds, TV worked,,hoo hoo. They were always offering help at the front desk when we asked.. the restaurant breakfast was good, plentitful foods and super clean. the evening dinner was good, prices are 4 star but not over the top. Lots of shops, foods stores to stock up our daily trips. The hotel gave us a bag breakfast as we were leaving before the restaurant open in the morning. Hotel had bus stops all around us and a major business road 3 blocks away. the least thing we like was the terrain locally, Lisboa is surprisingly hilly . we walk up to the st, George castle, super view but dont think of the walk up...trams and motorcabs are great but ,,,well we prefer to challange our health at times..lol....
