Checked in - 29th April (1) requested for bathroom amenities for the bathtub (2) to revert on confirmation breakfast for 2 pax as per booking - never got back until I approached the hotel reception again after 3hours of waiting Booked the high tea at 2pm (1) waited for more than 30mins before the high tea is served at 2.35pm (2) many files around the table and food in the restaurant causing hygiene and very unpleasant dining experience (*could not upload the videos taken) Poor Housekeeping (1) all the bathrobes in the room were dirty and covered with hair Was attended by Ms Joyce who was apologetic about the situation. Honestly for a prestigious hotel group of its class I definitely expected better quality of service here. I am truly disappointed. Collapse

Booked a one-night stay at the Le Méridien Singapore, Sentosa, on 22nd April 2017 (Saturday) with my partner :) I will have to say it is a good choice to stay in if you intend to spend a weekend to explore Sentosa with all the fun-filled activities and attractions. Not only that, the location is also easily accessible as the monorail train is just few minutes walk from the lobby and there is no need for any shuttle bus services. Besides the hotel restaurant, Latest Recipes, there are also a lot of restaurants within the vicinity and thus guests can also have many choices to dine at! Really enjoyed my stay even though it's only a one night stay :) Thanks for letting us have a memorable experience throughout the whole stay! Collapse

From Luxury girl n Hypoallergenic boy: Thank u Andrew for making our check in a smooth process and upgrading us! Thank u Jag for ur excellent service accommodating our family's needs at the restaurant! Pros: - great location in Sentosa, right next to the light rail system which takes u to different parts of Sentosa and to Vivocity (Sg mainland); close to Resorts World casino and Universal studios - friendly helpful staff - comfortable decor (earthy gold and browns) - comfortable bed and lounge - we travelled with a child 5yrs old, adults and seniors; and were all welcomed eg extra bed, room closer to lifts, 2 lobbies to enable less walking for seniors - clean environment that suited hypo boy's allergies - we were in the Heritage wing facing the swimming pool which was lovely - large bathroom with shower and bathtub - breakfast had a fair spread of local and Western options; and the laksa soup was particularly delicious - cake and chocolate coated strawberries were gifted to mum for her birthday that weekend :) Areas for improvement: - we had great difficulty locking the front door to one of our rooms. The self lock mechanism would not work. Thank you Le Meridien Sentosa for a wonderful family stay! Mum had a truly enjoyable birthday. :) Collapse

Recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with my daughter and husband. We normally stay at the Intercontinental,or Crowne Plaza, but this time we wanted to stay at Sentosa, so picked Le Meridian. We arrived late into Singapore, due to a late flight, and arrived at the hotel just after midnight, check in was smooth, but was given very little information regarding breakfast times, location of restaurant all the usual things you get when you check into a 5* star hotel, I figured it was late, and I would pick up the information from the room. Once checked in, we went to our room, with our luggage, no assistance offered, not something I would expect from a 5* hotel, having paid $400 AUD per night. The rooms sleeping area is very small, we are a family of 3 (10 yr old), I don't think this room was designed for more than 2 people, no way to fit in an additional bed, thankfully for us, my husband was only joining us for 1 night, where we all slept in the one decent size bed. The standard of the room is very poor, the lamp shades were damaged, had big holes in them which had been covered with folded toilet tissue, the mini bar was completely empty, and there were many marks and scuffs around the room, again something I would not expect for a 5* $400 hotel. Bathrooms are large and clean, but not enough towels, only 2 and only 1 x 40ml shampoo and body wash for a family of 3, a hinge on the shower was also being held in place with sticky tape, very poor. Upon waking in the morning, we opened the blinds to then discover we looked directly onto a huge building site, which had numerous employees that could also look straight into our room, at no time during booking, or check in, was we advised of the large construction site, and again something I would not expect for a full priced 5* hotel, we did not complain about this as we are rarely in our room, but I do think this should be advertised, and advised on check in, or prices for those rooms reduced, with people getting a choice if they wish to take a cheaper room with the unpleasant view. Breakfast was great, once we found out the times, no hotel information in the room, other than in room dining menu's, excellent selection, and excellent service, probably the best part of the stay. Pool area is small, but adequate, however not enough beds, but my daughter enjoyed it for cooling down. Bar service was great, really attentive, they did manage to overcharge me by nearly double for 1 drink, however, this was promptly sorted out on checkout. This hotel has a perfect location for exploring Sentosa, the staff are great, and with some improvement this hotel really could be fantastic, however, the overall current standard is far below expectation, compared to other Singapore hotels in the same price range, I really wish I had paid a few $ more and stayed at the Shangri La, or stayed at another location, very disappointed with this choice. Stayed for 2 nights with wife, small child, and infant. The hotel is centrally located just steps away from Imbiah monorail station giving easy access to both sides (Beach and Waterfront) of the Sentosa Island. Around 10-15 mins walk to either side if you don’t want to take the monorail ride. Check-in was smooth and the reception staff was extremely friendly, we arrived around noon time and were able to get early check-in. We were handed over the train station pass if needed to go to the Vivocity station just outside Sentosa. We stayed in the Heritage room which had a half Merlion view from the window. If it’s free fine, however, don’t pay extra for it. The room was decent in size with separate sitting and working stations area. Room layout was quite odd as little space to move around near the bed area but a very large sitting area. The bathroom was spacious with separate bathtub and large rain shower area. I liked their slippers and bath robe which was colorful and not plain white which is commonly available in hotels. However, the sliding door offers little privacy with kids around. Breakfast was good however be their early to avoid the long queue. The spread was decent however not a real 5-star breakfast if I compared it with the Intercontinental Singapore we stayed just before coming here, although we paid more here. However, the downside is that hotel is not very stroller friendly and I had 2. After checking in from the main lobby we have to take 2 elevators to reach our room and the distance between the first and 2nd elevator is difficult to move around with a baby stroller. Also, the hotel entrance near the Imbiah station has only stairs and no pathway for wheelchair or baby strollers. I had to carry the strollers while kids sitting on it and do up and down the stairs which was troublesome. Doormen offered us hand couple of times but mostly I had to do it myself and we did quite a few times up and down in a day due to kids. Overall a good stay, however, I was expecting more from a Le Meridien brand considering the price paid. The biggest plus is the location and biggest let down is not being stroller friendly which is a must in a family location like Sentosa. Collapse
