Just got back the hotel was pleasant enough but wouldn't go high season or with children. Downstairs and pool area too small for the size of hotel, rooms dated but kept clean only bathed and slept there. Drinks watered down even the HP brown sauce so be careful when you shake it . Entertainment team RUBBISH . The food is Okay I've had worse 5 minute walk to the beach loads to see and do . I would go again thought it was good value for what we paid this hotel needs a better entertainment team because they are getting paid for being lazy some staff were lovely the odd one was rude but overall it was a 3 star x Collapse

On first impressions the hotel looked fine with an impressive reception. We were on the 6th floor which was fine but lifts were a problem. Hotel has 3 but only 2 Working in the day and for a hotel with 9 floors they get very busy and are antiquated and slow. We usually walked down to the restaurant but going up when your tired is a trial. Rooms are very basic but clean and tidy and your only there to sleep anyway. The pool area is small and pool didn't look very inviting with peeling paint. Unless you get up in the middle of the night you have no hope of getting a sunbed and we didn’t even try. We went to the beach everyday which is a 10 minute walk, sun loungers and a parasol for 2 cost €13.50 daily. We left our towels and went back to hotel for lunch and back down in the afternoon. As the hotel is at the top of a hill with steps I wouldn't recommend it if your not fit, we did an awful lot of walking. Food was very good for each meal and always something to eat, bit of a queue for drinks coffee and toast but not too bad. We didn't realise the restaurant opened for snacks mid afternoon till we were going hone, we weren't told at checkin. The evening entertainment seemed to be bingo followed by Kareokee but tables and chairs are in short supply .any people had to take drinks back to the room. Could of fitted lots more seating in reception area. Only one bar and a huge queue every night for drinks because not many staff serving! You are allowed 3 drinks each at a time, cocktails are out of machine and aren't great. We had to pay for a safe €32 with €10 deposit, so we shared between 2 rooms We also did late checkout till 6 which I think was €35 and again shared 1 room. We had a lovely holiday and in summing up we would go back again as we got a cheap break but wouldn't have wanted to pay more, good value for money for us. Collapse

Stayed here for two weeks with my mum, and had the best time! The food was amazing, different choices every day, my mum whose veggie sometimes finds all inclusive a bit difficult with food but there was plenty of choice! Beds made every day, all staff lovely! The only downside was the sunbeds being reserved ridiculously early, although it states this is not permitted, nothing was ever done about it, however apart from that it was a great hotel, we would definitely stay here again! :) Collapse

I have just returned from this hotel after an 11 day all inclusive holiday with my boyfriend. You get what you pay for!! When we first arrived we were given a room on the 9th floor, that gave us the sun on the balcony from around 3pm and we could also watch the sunset. The rooms are basic, but how much time do you really spend in the room? For the price it was adequate enough. The food was again basic but the bad reviews on here don't give it justice, different food each day and plenty of choice and again for the price you pay what more do people expect? Entertainment was provided every night and we was pleasantly surprised and for us it was perfect, we could watch the nights entertainment with some drinks then head out to the local bars. What the hotel does need to work on is the sun bed and bar issues. If you don't wake up at 7am then you won't get a decent bed its as simple as that, which is an issue but realistically what can the hotel do? If thats your biggest concern about the hotel then you need to get a grip the beach is a ten minute walk away so your not short of spots to sun yourself. The bar at night is an area they can work on though they only have two members of staff on a night and the queues during the entertainment are a bit silly. I would suggest they get more members of staff on the bar at night time. Overall the hotel is not bad value for the price it is. You pay for a three star hotel you get a three star hotel, everything is average but would defiantly recommend the hotel to people if the hotel meets your price range but DON"T EXPECT 5 STAR.
