Got back today after a week and couldnt be happier, i have 12,8,3 and 1 year old girls and they all loved it even though 12 year olds kids club hasnt started yet she wasnt at all bored. The food was fabulous plenty of choice, my 8 year old is the worlds fussiest eater and even she managed to eat. The reps were brilliant, the girls loved them, friendly and plenty of time for the little ones, they made their day coming to say a personal goodbye to them! Entertainment was fab and varied, something for everyone during the week and ended with the premier of the Michael jackson experience show, fair play it was amazing, all the family really enjoyed it, the cast were awesome! Rooms were clean and tidy, lots of storage ect. Beach was literally a two minute walk away and close to plenty of shops and places to eat ect. All staff friendly, helpful and we literally cant fault the place. Thankyou so much for making our holiday so lovely. Collapse

I booked this hotel as had read good reviews, the price fitted and mostly as it had a Thomas cook run kids club so that my daughter wouldnt get bored if there was only the pools to go in. When we arrived reception staff were very friendly, even saying sorry for having to charge us the tourism tax that we now have to pay. Our room wasn't quite ready as we arrived at 12pm and that's their check out time but he phoned through and told them that we were there and could it be sorted asap. They had a luggage room that we put our stuff in and went off to get some lunch and a drink while we waited. The room was ready by 12.30pm. Rooms: Our room was smaller than i thought it would be but not tiny. There was still enough room for the three of us and our stuff. We had a balcony facing the pool. The walls ARE quite thin but unless you have noisy neighbours then there isn't a problem. We had an end room so only had people on one side, and didn't hear them at all really. The rooms are cleaned daily and they were spotless,They even clean the balcony flooring. The rooms also had a fridge in and tea and coffee making facilities but no actual tea and coffee so would need to bring/buy your own Food: There is always plenty of choice on offer and even my daughter who is extremely fussy found something to eat each meal time. There was a couple of times that i didn't like much on offer but that's just my taste, my partner didn't have that problem. Swimming Pools/Sunbeds: As we visited in May i cant comment about the sunbed situation in the height of summer, although.... we arrived on a Tuesday, and Wednesday & Thursday we had to be up by 8.30am to get a decent sunbed. We didnt bother getting up on Friday and was shocked that there was plenty left by 10am. Don't know if the ones hogging them had gone home by then but we didnt have a problem after that either. The sun shines on the opposite side of the hotel in the morning so the main side is in the shade but by 12pm the whole area had sun. By 3pm the other side was in the shade, We didnt have any problems with the '18-30 hotel' that overlooks while we were there. The childrens pool with the slides i would say is for younger children, My daughter is a tall 9 year old and said they were too small for her. Beach/Shops: there is a lovely small beach 5 minutes walk, plus the local shops. As stated in the adverts for the hotel, these are down a hill so not great if you cant walk far but otherwise they aren't far at all. Entertainment: There was entertainment on every night including a magic show, bingo, a quiz, flamenco dancers, a girl group.... all which were very good, these started at 9.30pm and before this there was a mini disco which all the kids loved. Kids club: well, as i stated at the beginning of the review, we went for the Berney & Lola Thomas cook kids club which had stated thar from May there was a Junior club'. However, on Wednesday morning, because we went outside of school holidays i was told that there wasn't enough older children so they had combined junior and kids club' my daughter didn't want to sit in a room all morning doing arts and crafts. Luckily she had made a friend the night before that told her about the hotel run kids club.... This is run by Sally, Manu & Mart and they are amazing. its run 10.30am-12.30pm, then again from 2.30pm-4pm. My daughter loved it so much that she went to every one. even when we went to the beach she wanted to get back for the afternoon session. they play different games and the winners either win a certificate or a medal. As well as the kids club, Steve heads the adult entertainment during the day and he is just as great, My partner and I are lazy so only after badgering from my daughter did we get involved a couple of days before we left. We played a number of games including a table hockey game (not air hockey, more fun), killer pool, Giant Jenga and other similar games, We also won either certificates or instead of medals, we got t-shirts. I wished we joined in from the start as it was a great way to get to know people and loads of fun All in all, i would definitely return to this hotel, we all had a brilliant time and would totally recommend it for a family holiday Collapse

This hotel is absolutely great for the price we paid. It is near to Palmanova beach, where me and my friend went most days as opposed to Magaluf which is slightly more mad! The food is great, so much variety, with a nice mix of Spanish and British cuisine as well as other European dishes - and everything is good quality. The pool bar is great and really fresh all day. Absolutely brilliant staff, so helpful, welcoming and genuinely nice. The room is clean, and beds really comfortable. It is slightly noisy but it's expected due to its proximity to Magaluf, but is definitely not a Magaluf hotel, lots of families rather than young groups. Me and my friend have had a lovely holiday and will definitely be returning next year if not later this year! Collapse

We stayed for one week 10/17 May. We had a pool view room. The other side does not have as good a view. We arrived in the morning. Reception was efficient and quick to deal with you. Three lifts to the seven floors above. Very clean and shiney first impression. Room and bathroom was a good size. Balcony was good size with two chairs and a table. Bathroom had a bath and over bath shower. Hot water all the time. There were free soap, shower gel, body lotion and shampoo sachets. There was a horrible rubber bath mat that we did not use. Also a hairdryer. Towels were changed when you put them in the bath as per usual. Unfortunately that was about all the cleaner did except empty the bins. We tend to straigten our bed when we get up and all the cleaner did was tuck the top bed cover neatly under our pillows. Underneath was just as we had got out of it. We took the bottom sheet off and straigtened the matteress cover in the end because it had so many creases in it. She did make it better one day. There is a kettle and a fridge in the room. Also cups/saucers, which she never washed once. Dirty glasses from the bar were also left in the room. Good thing was that the bed was very comfortable. The walls of the rooms are very thin. You can hear everything. We were kept awake by the room next door who had their tv on till 2am most nights. When that went off you could hear the man in there snoring. But saying that the whole hotel is very noisy. The resturant was very good with loads of choice. Food was really good breackfast/lunch/diner. The snack bar was really good. The bar and the bar staff were really good too, efficient and polite. Drinks in AI finish at midnight. Lots of choice inc cocktails and cava. The three pools were good. We found that the quietest place to have a sunbed was down by the lowest kids pool !! It was a fantastic play pool with sea monster slides and water bucket that tipped the water out when full. The kids loved it. It kept them very happy. The main pool suffers from sun on one side all day but sun just in the afternoon on the other. Lots of sunbeds. They could do with a clean and we were there early season. The hotel next doors balconies look over the pools and alot of the guests at this hotel seemed to be stag/hen dos so out on their balconies a bit worse for wear. Entertainment was for the kids mainly. We saw a three peice band one night that were really good. All in all this hotel is for families. We went because we got a cheap deal. It didnt seem to be for couples really. We wouldnt return. Collapse
