We stayed here as a large group in the apartments and had a great time. Whilst we were hardly in the apartments they were perfect for what we needed and looked to be suitable kitted out should we have been wanted to stay there more. The apartments are a short walk down the street from the main hotel and as part of our deal on the Sunday we were able to walk up to the hotel for breakfast - I am glad we got there for it! An amazing spread and the staff were such a breath of fresh air, friendly, nothing was too much trouble, dealt with our large group, really made it more enjoyable. I would go back for breakfast alone for a true Ulster Fry - so good I had one of my friends too!! Would recommend staying here to anyone as ideal location also. Collapse
We Will Be Back!!

Booked Malone Lodge as a last minute Get away for my Girlfriend and I, for one night. After booking it quickly I hadn't realised that I had booked into one of the Apartments - across from the main hotel. This was not an issue, in fact the apartment itself was massive, including a separate lounge & Kitchen - Great if your staying for a few nights or travelling as it comes equipped with all kitchen gadgets, including a handy Washing Machine/Dryer. This room itself was off a good size and had a TV. The bedroom was a very comfy double bed, desk, good size wardrobe, tv and an attached bathroom/shower. The apartment was overall very homely and cosy, also had great WIFI speed throughout. The location was within walking distance to the city centre and is within minutes of a number of great pubs and restaurants. We did get a taxi back after having a few drinks in town - which was only around £5/£6. The hotel has a secure carpark located at the back of the main building, which was included in our room price. They also allowed us to leave our car there after we had checked out, for a few hours so we could do more exploring of the city. Despite being separate from the main hotel building we still felt very secure, entry gained by card into both the street door and our hotel room door. The apartment block itself and the surrounding streets were very quiet. We were also able to use the hotel facilities as we pleased. Staff were very helpful and friendly when checking in and out the hotel. We didn't get a chance to try out the hotel restaurant/bar however the menu seemed great and is something we look forward to for our return stay! Girlfriend was very impressed and would recommend to anyone! Felt that it was great value for money and our next stay will be longer! Collapse

I stayed in the Malone Lodge and had an excellent stay. Went in and my room was ready. Went for some lunch in the Macklins bar which was lovely. Went up to my room and watched tv. The room was lovely and spacious with very comfy beds. I ate in the knife and fork grill for dinner which was also very tasty. I had a great night sleep with no noise at all. I would highly recommend this hotel. Collapse

staying in Belfast for a special occasion so chose this hotel. There was nothing overly wrong, but nothing outstanding except for the staff. Had to stay in the annexe in a building across the road, this was ok but not ideal. The rooms were spacious well appointed and well designed and appeared clean. Not so the carpet which needed a jolly good hoover. Getting out of bed and standing on a strangers toe nails.... no thanks. The breakfast was freshly prepared and adequate. Would suggest the hatters cafe 2 mins walk away as an alternative. Collapse

We stayed in an apartment which was centrally located, Close to Victoria Square and The Titanic Quarter. On arrival we were impressed with the parking, which was ample and to rear of hotel both above ground or underground.... which is handy in the rain! The hotel interior was well designed and laid out. The staff on check in were friendly and courteous, and didn't delay. Advised us well on various attractions and must do's on our visit. The apartments although not situated in the hotel building were literally directly across the road from the hotels front entrance. Inside they were spacious and comfortable. Amazing high ceilings and lovely bay windows to the front. On returning from our day excursions we had a drink in the bar which had a good atmosphere great music and was lively but not loud or annoying. The bar staff were engaging and even let us smell all the different brands of gin they had in stock!! Breakfast did not disappoint both continental and cooked. Antrim is a beautiful county and I would recommend it to anyone who is thinking of going up North! So glad we found Malone Lodge, it made an excellent base for our little weekend. Collapse
