We stayed here recently and glad we ignored any bad reviews. Pros ----- 1:Rooms very spacious although no balcony, that didn't bother us as we had a seaview room and a sofa (room 704)and table right by the window, we didn't miss it.Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels and the cleaners did a thorough job. I had 3 prs of sunglasses and couldn't find my favourite ones, the cleaner found them and put them on the bed. Thank you. 2: The indoor pool is beautiful, there's a gym and a sauna although we didn't need the sauna as it was melting heat outside! 3: The food varied daily,English sausages too at breakfast. Beautiful food at dinner..we didn't eat the same thing twice at dinner which was uo to 10pm breakfast up to 10.30am, loads of cheeses, fruit and light food too if you didn't fancy big dinners, they cater for everyone. Everywhere we looked there was more food. There were microwaves if you wanted hotter food. We were HB and we could have drinks with our meals including wine and beer. There was punch before you go in and it was lovely. We got offered some.Anyone who complains about the food I don't know what you eat at home. 4: This is one that always baffles me. People complain about too many Spanish and about some having bad manners pushing and shoving. 1)You are in Spain 2)We have never met a rude Spanish person, we have met lovely people there. 4:There is a balcony outside one of the bars where we sat after a day out in sweltering Benidorm having a cocktail before getting dressed for dinner before going out again about 10.30pm. We started the night in Vincents bar across the road. I don't think they ever closed..haha aswe ended our night/very late morning there every night. 5:All in all we absolutely loved this Hotel and I wwoldn't be writing this big review if it wasn't. There was only one con and that was no outside pool on roof top terrace for Adults The roof is a suntrap and lovely but we went to the sea every day anyway which is less than 5 mins away about 10 to Levante. Maybe one day there will be an Adult pool on the terrace too. It was no problem for us though. If you're thinkibg if going to this Hotel I hope you enjoy it as much as we did. Thank you everyone at the Hotel for making our holiday wonderful! Marilyn.x Collapse

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with friends as we were on a hen weekend, on arrival our room wasn't ready so we went to the bar for a drink the bar staff especially Duncan and paolo (I think that was his name he was always smiling and had glasses) were so lovely and made us feel so welcome the guests however were all Spanish pensioners it was like being in gods waiting room and have to say have never come across so many rude people in one place never said hello or good morning. We was all inclusive but the food was not very nice and cold there was a sign that said use the microwave if your food is not to your liking which we thought was a joke but had to use it as food was so cold but didnt really taste very nice and was geared for the Spanish and the restaurant had a nasty fish smell about it after 2 days we couldn't face it so ate out. Our room on the 2nd floor was huge with 2 bathrooms very clean but very dated but wasn't a problem for us as was just a base, just outside of the hotel is a beautiful beach with lovely restaurants and shops so in a great location, all in all we had a great 3 day break but don't think we will be returning to this hotel to stay next time we are in Benidorm (maybe when we are in our 80s and can speak spanish) Collapse

Had a week with my wife at the end of May..Cant fault the Reception staff or Duncan the barman.. BUT,,,,the room..well it was a.very big room with very thin walls and no balcony,.. a good point is that the hotel is around 200 metres from the beach,,, ,,,hotel is full of very old spanish people and the hotel is totally geared up for them,,the food was poor,, i know u get what u pay for and this was a last minute holiday,, the room was tired but it was clean ,..but the pool which is advertised is a kiddies pool around 2 metres by 4 metres and 3 inches deep and its on the roof (no bar) u have to get the lift down 7 floors for a drink,, there are a few sister hotels which u can use the all inclusive card providing u get a note from Fenicia if u want food,,, one is 5 mins walk away called Crystal Park and its a million times better than Fenicia, there are others too ..majic rock is about a mile away and the reports were that it was really good ,, hotel Crystal has,its pool indoors but u can swim and cool down in it and its next to the terrace where all the sunbeds are and there's also a bar,,.the entertainment room in Fenicia is totally for old spanish people,,,.sorry but it wasn't a memorable stay and wont be returning..
