We arrived at this hotel and had to stand in a queue that stretched half way down the lobby before we could book in. This was exacerbated by guests jumping to the front to ask questions. Reception staff seemed to be answering three people at once. Our room was spotless and when we reported a lighting fault, it was fixed almost straigh away. The cleaning staff were lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant staff were kept busy clearing the tables as soon as they were vacated and some did so with a smile. There seemed to be some confusion as to who was allowed to eat in which restaurant. On our first night, we were greeted as we came out of the lift by the ever smiling Charlie who escorted us to the lower restaurant which seemed to be for all inclusive guests. Charlie was also an essential part of the entertainment team in the Magic Cafe which catered for English speaking guests. There was a varied selection of food which appealed to all but we found the drinks machines were not kept filled up and guests were having to ask for the fruit juices to be replenished. The diet coke was quite often flat. The wifi reception in our room was intermittent, you would be in the middle of typing something or watching something and it would cut out. Most times we were connected to the Vista Ora across the road. The lighting in the Magic Cafe needs attention, but the entertainment was great. There's something for everyone. We tried the pool bar and found the staff to be friendly and the atmosphere brilliant. The views from here are breathtaking. There were problems with the lifts in that they seemed to have a mind of their own. We stood outside the -2 restaurant for twenty minutes one day waiting for the lift to come down. We found some of the reception staff very friendly and helpful but others did not seem comfortable dealing with English speaking guests. Would we come back? Yes, but not in mid summer. Collapse

Stayed 12th-20th June 2017 with family all ages. To begin with there was a problem with hotel voucher it didn't mention the baby so the room we had been allocated want suitable due to numbers. Eventually it was sorted out and we were given a lovely Large room. However this was down to sun master when booking not the hotel I had queried it before though with hotel and they said it's fine which it wasn't so they had to sort it. On to the positives. Food was lovely a good mixture 2 restaurants. Normally something good for kids too such nuggets. Fish. Pizza. There's an old dark English looking bar with some outside seating which was nice another entertainment room next door generally for Spanish. The entertainment room more for English is the magic Cafe down stairs, good entertainment and Charlie the host was very good with kids. There's a kids pool on Floor 5 and the main pool on floor 7 the roof with seating and bar. The pool is under cover which is good for kids so they don't get burnt. Hotel was very clean. I would say though if you need lifts you have to have some patience as they are small and busy. The hotel arranged a cake for us the day before for a birthday 30 euro for a 12 slice cake and they reserved tables in the restaurant and entertainment room for us. The hotel also has a kids play room and game machines for the older ones. For your info a lot of people complain about the no balcony. Most rooms don't some do. But you would know this at booking. However you do get a big window if no balcony. You can also use other magic hotels facilities for free and a courtesy bus supplied but we had trouble with finding The bus so just got taxi For 8 Euro to magic tropical splash it's a nice day if You want big pool with kids slides/play and Lots of sun beds. Also anyone with kids very handy note. You can get bottles of water at the bar and also I didn't realise until Half way through holiday you can get milkshakes too which is much better than fizzy drinks all The time. All in all it was a fab week. Collapse

stayed here from the 11 June on an all inclusive holiday for 10 nights with a party of 8 adults and 1 child, check in took forever as they said we haven't got the correct hotel voucher after some time explaining that the hotel voucher was the correct one as it stated on the voucher all the names of the party and in capital letters HOTEL VOUCHER we eventually got our rooms, the rooms were clean quite spacious, the fridge wasn't working but after 12 hours it was replaced. The pool area is terrible as it's under cover, no sunbathing unless you go up on the roof, children's pool is on the 5th floor away from everyone, the hotel bar is dark and dismal, hardly any outdoor seating 6 tables and chairs,2 restaurants 1 English and 1 Spanish, entertainment for the English is in the Magic Cafe around the back of the hotel Spanish entertainment is in a bright and airy room next to the dark and dismal bar, if you are Spanish then this hotel is great unfortunately for us we felt like we were being segregated, would we stop here again NO Collapse
