We stayed here one night before we fly back to California 2/2517.All can say this hotel was surprise me from room amenities to service. Room is modern, hardwood floor, modern furniture, power shuttle door, electric pitcher to make hot water, TV with all channels ( CNN, MSNBC. BBC...) Our flight was early in morning, we booked a ride to airport but driver never show up, thanks to Marco, front desk gentlemen was very helpful he called shuttle company and find out that driver still as sleep, so he called TAXI company for us and paid for it, not sure he will get reimburse from Hotel or not but it was a very nice act of him. Thank you very much Marco Too bad we only stay 1 day, other days we stayed at another Best Western Galles, not too far from here. I would recommend to everyone Location just a few minutes walk from Central station A Oriental market is nearby A few Turkish kabab restaurant nearby. The only minor detail hotel need to improve is that front entrance need to have a ramp so guests can roll luggage into lobby Collapse

Hotel was in a good location, easy access to the central station. €1.50 for a metro ticket into the centre of Milan. Rooms were tidy and had a couple of channels in English. Breakfast in the hotel had a good mixture of hot and cold foods. Had to ask for hot water and hot coffee as it was left too long without being checked. We didn't have breakfast included but it was only €6 euros for the buffet. Staff were friendly and had good English, happy to give directions and book taxis. I would stay here again as the prices were very reasonable. Collapse
Room and staff are great. Restaurant is terrible.

Great place for a night awaiting a train departure. We had five people and booked two suites. We chose this hotel due to the proximity to the train station. I don't see much to walk to nearby. Bottom line: A great place to stay the night before the train, but don't go anywhere near the resturaunt. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite large and easily accommodated us. Bathrooms are equipped, large and functional. Suites have an "almost anteroom" with a desk, chairs etc (at least ours did). Beds are quite firm. For as good as the hotel is, the resturaunt is the opposite. We arrived around 8pm and were seated quickly. The menu had two Primi options and 5 secundi options, but when we ordered there was only three secundi options. We ordered two risotto and three lasagna, then two sea bream, a roast and a chicken (with one only having a starter). A few minutes later the waiter came back and told us they were out of risotto but they had cheese tortellini in a cream sauce, so those were changed. He came back a little bit later and told us that there was no chicken either, so that was changed to fish. When the first course came the lasagna was warm on top, but ice cold underneath. We had a few bites each and then the waiter asked how it was and my mother told him cold. He took the plates and they returned a bit later looking microwaved. I think the partially eaten plates whet back to the original owners, but not 100% sure. And there were still pockets of cold. That said they were better than the tortilini in what looked like a watery cream soup with bits of ham. The fish was not bad. Nothing stellar but no complaints. The roast had very good potatoes but was three thin, dry cuts of meat. All for only 150 euro. Collapse

LOCATION It's about a 5 minute walk from the central train station. It wasn't too hard to find and walk there. It is suitable when we were just there for 1 night with suitcases. There isn't much around. A few odd restaurants but not much. ROOM The room was nice and quite large. Enough room to have two suitcases on the floor. Had a nice view of the church across the street. Clean large bed and good pillows. Nice bathroom and good shower. I don't think I could fault the room. It was good for the nights stay. Small fridge in the room too so we bought some drinks to relax in the room. AMENITIES Had breakfast included and my husband was excited that it included hot dishes, bacon and eggs, however they were cold. It was getting to the end of service but that shouldn't be an excuse. The pastries were good. Free wifi and that was good. OVERALL For the one night we had there I was happy with this stay. It was convenient and close to the station and metro. The metro was pretty easy to get around in so I didn't mind that it wasn't right in the centre of the city. The stay were helpful and helped us with maps and luggage storage. Collapse
