Came here with parents and children (14 and 11) early may for 9 nights. Requested pool view and rooms near each other, which we got, was pleasantly surprised by this as usually you have to pay extra for a pool view. We stayed on 6th floor which had a lovely view with sun all day. We went half board and food was great, lots of choice and amazing salads!! Staff were great and always happy. Pools were lovely although cold! But didnt stop the children enjoying themselves. Didnt stop to watch the entertainment but could always sit outside by the bar if its not your thing. Only downside to the hotel is the walls in the rooms are so thin and we had noisy neighbours who we had ajoining rooms with. The door seperating our rooms had quite a large gap at the bottom so could hear every word said. Other than this couldnt fault the hotel, would imagine school holidays to be absoloutely manic so would suggest avoiding and going term time. Collapse

The hotel is a short way outside Benalmadena. Everything about it was faultless but especially the friendliness & helpfulness of all the staff. At midnight our granddaughter was sick but the hotel sorted out clean bedding & fitted it. Another evening we had bathroom problems & we were quickly relocated into another room. Reception staff loaned us 2 plug adaptors. Restaurant staff were all so friendly & helpful at every meal. Bar staff, bar 1, were so friendly & sociable. All a great asset to the hotel which has excellent facilities for both adults & children. First time we have been but very likely to return. Collapse

We booked 7 days all inclusive me, husband and baby 15 months old. We had been reccomended this hotel by a work collegue as it's was family orientated. You cannot fault the service from all the staff it's was outstanding everyone was helpful, polite and smiley all the time, my daughter loved the attention she got. I had asked them for a double bed in case the baby didnt sleep in the cot in case it was uncomfortable for her when we arrived there was the cot, double bed and a single bed which was great as it turned out we would need this a few days down the line. But not because the cot was uncomfy. The water park is great my baby arrived not liking water to not been able to get her out, she loved the water slide, the only downside to the water park was the floor of the pool had cracked tiles and she ended up with cut and bruised legs. The food, well there is no words to describe how fantastic it was every day was different with a wide selection of choices, best food I have had out of all the holidays I have been on, I would only suggest a bit more choice for children around ages of 1 years old. The hotel is ideally located just off the main drag at the top of a dead end kind of out of the hustle and bustle, but really close to the beach, sea life centre, animal park, theme park and the gondola ride. When we went to the animal park the hotel made us a packed lunch as part of the all inclusive. We were not charged for the air con or the cot which is what i was lead to believe some hotels charge for. However I would not recommend this hotel if you like sleeping for more than 5 hours per night and for that reason I would not come back, our bathroom leaked, the doors to the apartments were abismal with half cm gap all the way round, we were next to the lift so every night at midnight the hallway became alive with noise banging, screaming and shouting not to mention the lift alarm going off all the time, the noise verberated through the lift shaft into our room. And as our daughter goes to bed at 8pm. We had to be in the room for then as she would not sleep if we were to be in the bar, and by midnight every night she would be rudely awoken and we had to put her in our bed to settle her. The rooms may as well be divided by paper, you could hear everything, so we could only go to bed at 1am then be woken up every morning at 7am by the noisy neighbours. I actually went and complained 1 night to be told there is nothing they could do. Also the doors in the rooms were very creaky so when your neighbour opens one everyone knows about it. We was on the 5th floor but when the dj plays music on floor 0 you hear it, sounds like a heard of elephants coming through the ceiling.. if your not bothered about noise though you should definitely go your kids will love it. We booked a week during the Easter holidays with our two children (4&6). Hotel was very clean, facilities were great, kids were kept occupied all day long and loved the evening entertainment. The food was fantastic, All Inclusive can sometimes get tiresome but they changed things regularly and at all times had at least 4 or 4 fish dishes and 4 or 5 meat dishes. All good freshly cooked food, nothing sat under lights for hours. We will definitely be returning, location is great for the beach and most local attractions. Big thank you to Diane who helped us book a few trips (cable cars up the mountain are great fun), let us use the printer, and gave plenty of general advise on the area. Nice to have a friendly face who can help out. Nothing was too much hassle, and the rest of the staff were all great. Hopefully see you again next year. Collapse

We visited here, 6th to 11th April 2017, Two adults two 12 year old girls, plenty to keep the kids occupied while we chilled in the sun, We were all inclusive and got a really good price, the hotel was fairly quiet when we arrived, reception staff, very helpful and charming, food was very good, plenty of choice, snack bars were great for keeping kids fuelled after hours spent on the water slides, Room was comfortable and clean, one double bed two singles, still plenty of room to move around, we had an end room with a sea view, however shaded by late afternoon, would have liked to sit in the sun on the balcony, (not the hotels fault) Sun beds filled up quickly, we were always lucky as we are early risers, and got good spots I would definitely come back here with kids, not as adults alone as there is not much else to do other than chill, slide and swim I wouldn't go here during peak season as our last night we found, the hotel was full and not really big enough to accommodate the amount of guests, queues for meal times not enough sunbeds and not enough seating for the evening entertainment, we sat in the quiet lounge where nothing is happening, About 30 minutes walk to the marina along the beach, pleasant walk Overall a great place for families outside of peak season Collapse
