The service was very good and personnel very available and gentle. Very comfortable position. The metro 12 green is very well linked to other metro lines and in general is in a very comfortable position not far from the center and by walk to all the main touristic destination. Breakfast have you a large choice and it is very tasty. The only improvement I'd like to suggest is the laundry service... I strongly suggest Hotel Lorette. Collapse

We stayed at Hotel Lorette for four nights. We enjoyed the location. You are close enough to walk or take the metro to attractions in the city and removed enough to not be inundated with tourists everywhere. A more central location may have been more convenient for our first visit to Paris but likely would have been less quiet. The room was quite small, but nothing we weren't used to as New Yorkers. Main downside was the shower, which was difficult to use without leaking water all over the bathroom floor. A pretty tiny complaint in the grand scheme of things. I would stay here again. Collapse

The hotel is really good to stay in Paris with very good breakfast & nice co-operative staff to assist the guests. Complementary snacks & drinks bar as well as in room complementary mini bar are extra ordinary. The room is also clean & specious. I had faced two problems only; one is my room was smoking but had no ash tray & another is the wooden floor which was making noise every time I was walking. I am afraid that the people were living straight to my down floor; may had problem with noise. Collapse

Not quite central from the Opera. 20 minutes walk from the Opera with luggages in tow. Quick efficient check-in by Olivier. Clean charming French boutique styled rooms. Comfy bed with 4 pillows as standard. Mini ref with complimentary non-alcohol drinks. Complete bathroom amenities of good quality. Good AC. Moderate wifi. There is a train line beneath the property. The rumbling noise can get some getting used to. There is complimentary coffee, tea, juice and softdrinks, snacks, cake and croissant from 1:00pm-7:00pm in a cozy and lovely french decorated portion of the lobby. This was June 27, our Breakfast in the basement was quite good with lots of fruits. The b'fast attendant in an apron with glasses must be aware and should make a conscious effort by not banging and clanging the plates and cutleries when doing the dishwashing. Since the b'fast room is in a concrete basement, the sounds were absolutely deafening. My wife asks receptionist, Edah, where we could find the decorative cloth birds by the stairs in the lobby. She said she would ask housekeeping & left. We waited by the stairs expecting she would come back and give us an answer. Three (3) minutes had passed so we decided to go back reception, and there she was. My wife had to ask her again and she replied housekeeping is not available at the moment, after which while in the computer, asks my wife, "What is your room number? How long have you been staying with us? Where are you from?" Then she says, "oh, you are from the Philippines" We were puzzled as why all the questions and if it had any relevance to the birds decor inquiry. Got back at about 9:00 pm. and apparently she did not bother to leave a note or message. The next day, I bumped into Victoria and asked what had happened to my wife's inquiry. Edah comes out of their office with a note of the stores name and address. No apologies. Carrefour about 100 meters down the street. Lots of restaurants in these quiet neighborhood. We decided to avail of the hotel arranged shutttle at 18 euros per pax. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Olivier for being considerate enough to provide an upper floor room since we're light sleepers. Housekeeping for a clean, refreshing blissful room to go home to. And exemplary commendations to Victoria, who was ever so pleasant and helpful every time we approach her. An asset to this establishment. We will definitely come back to this lovely hotel again.
