We travelled with Parry's International tours on Friday 10th November until the 12th November - what a fantastic luxury coach we had, comfortable seats. Our driver Neil such a lovely chap, careful driver very informative on the routes that we took. Our courier Neil's fiancée Hayley, also was lovely, very attentive polite nothing too much trouble, served us with drinks. She also gave us information about London & procedure on when arriving & departing. We were booked into The Sevens - Heathrow Marriot Hotel. Wonderful friendly staff, lovely rooms, the food excellent. - On the Saturday morning after breakfast, some of us were set down in Knightsbridge. Neil told us what time to be picked up. Neil picked us up to take us onto theatre land for a matinee. Again we were picked up & taken back to our hotel for an evening meal. The next morning after breakfast Neil & Hayley drove us back into London for a couple of hours, Convent Garden for us - Then we got back to the coach - & homeward bound. Us girls!! would certainly go with Parry's International again especially if they are anything like Neil & Hayley. Thank You. Collapse

I only stayed one night to be in close proximity to LHR for my return flight the next day. Upon entering the hotel, I noticed quite a bit of construction work going on in the main lobby and a few other parts of the hotel. Staff were helpful and answered my questions about returning my rental car and getting a ride back to the hotel. One thing of note that is different compared to the States, the "courtesy bus" is not free. It is 5 Pounds for a five minute ride on the H3 HotelHoppa bus from LHR to a few local hotels along its route. A cab ride to Terminal 2 / T2, is 12 Pounds. I know London is expensive but best to inform others so they know. My room was quiet and on the west side of the hotel. I could not really hear the departing aircraft from the nearby runway 27R at Heathrow. That is a good thing for getting some sleep. Bathroom and fixtures were new and modern. Great water pressure and hot water. Takes a moment to figure out English plumbing. The shower actually has a push button that looks like a Power On/Off. Worked great. The heating/AC was not so good. The room was cold upon arrival and did not truly warm up. I did not complain but I overheard another guest complaining about the lack of heat in his room to the front desk staff. I had access to the Executive Lounge which is on the ground floor toward the back of the lobby. Very nice spread of hot and cold items and beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Same area is used for a very good free breakfast in the morning. I stayed here because of its convenient location to LHR and the fact that I'm a Marriott Platinum member. Would I stay again? Probably due to its location and the little free extras that I get with the Platinum status. Collapse

Stayed just one night waiting for the flight, I enjoyed upgraded room with state of art bathroom. Believe or not, the shower starts with the push just one button. I see the Hotel turn around is quick with travelers like myself and airline crew. The hotel is under renovation on the ground floor so I hope good things will arrive, along with an extra floor scale for checking the luggage weight. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel for £5, cheaper than the taxi for sure. Collapse

As soon as you walk into the lobby you see the huge hoardings behind which the building improvement works are being undertaken . Not conducive for spending time in the lobby area. On exiting the lift on our floor everything was impressive & obviously re-vamped. Room was comfortable & well equipped. There was a temporary restaurant set up in a very bland & souless Room with a rather limited menu. Look forward to staying here again when the works have been completed Collapse
