Our fifth visit and we weren't disappointed. The suite was spacious, airy and spotlessly clean, comfortable beds with good bed linen. The hotel itself is immaculate, everything is white which adds to the sense of space. A very nice bar area for an evening cocktail, always served by staff with a smile. There are two pool areas, again clean and well maintained, and a pool bar offering drinks and a good range of snacks. Breakfast is very good, the dinner is generally good but can be rather chaotic as so busy and you can wait a while for tables to be cleared. The restaurant staff are excellent and work really hard. In fact the main strength of the hotel is the staff who are always friendly, helpful and efficient. The housekeeping team are also excellent and however busy they are, they never let you pass without a friendly greeting. The area itself hasn't got a lot to offer although the beach more than makes up for that. There is a large nature reserve within walking distance (or a short bus ride away). You can also walk along the beach into Alcudia Port stopping at a couple of good beach bars for coffee or beer along the way. The bus stop is directly outside the hotel and during summer months has a very good service. A couple of points which for us would have given it 5 stars are: a kettle in the room, also a bottle of water in the room on arrival (so you don't have to go straight out to the supermarket to buy one). And the other thing we missed this year was live music in the bar. We had a live musician on our first evening but the rest of the week we had to make do with the television - football!! All in all we had a great week and will be back. Collapse

Had a suite on the fifth floor overlooking the pool. My daughter and I spent a chilled few days here. We loved it all. Great light airy room, spotlessly clean everywhere. The not time we saw and heard lots of people was at breakfast. Could quite easily just stay within the hotel area and not come out except to the pool, subject to the weather f course! Collapse

Stayed for 10 nights in one of their suite rooms. We arrived and was greeted by the porter and delighted to find out our room was ready and was taken up immediately. Upon arrival you could not help put notice how clean the exterior and the reception are. Reception is very white. but it does enable you to see any issues. Check in was nice easy and quick. Our suite was on the 4th floor. lovely and quiet. Upon entering the impressive heavy secure doors. the first thing you note is how big the suites are and how clean. The lounge had a little desk. a corner table which we used as a coffee table, an l shaped sofa bed, little fridge (kept drinks cool enough) and a TV (49 is BBC1 and it has BBC2 as well as ITV 1 and 2 and on a day full of the thunder storms it was a nice way to relax. The room have plenty of power points and good wifi access. The bathroom has a lovely large walk in shower with good water pressure. Temperature ranged from hot to cold quiet quickly though. Towels where changed as required and the toilettes although not massive, were amble and topped up regularly.. The bedroom has a lovely kingsize comfy bed. comfy pillows and very clean. the 2 bedside cabinets are handy with a little drawer in each and the reading lights are a nice touch. The wardrobe has 2 section with a couple of shelves on one side. but that side also holds the safe (I do think in a 4 star hotel the safe should be included and not an extra cost). The dressing gowns are a nice touch. but having some wall hanging pegs to put them on would be an advantage. as would a chest of drawers. But we managed. Due to us having a suite we had a double balcony with a side view of the little pool near the gym. There was a hotel opposite our balcony, but never bothered us. It was lovely to sit on the balcony in the dry watching the thunder storm and lighting over the mountains. There is amble seating on the balcony along with a little table and some hanging rails which was a nice touch. Our suite was cleaned daily and consistently clean. The breakfast was ok even for the most fussy eater such as me. They make pancakes and omelettes and there was plenty of bread and meat, cheese. fruit, pretty much everything. except some nice English bacon. but that's me being picky. Juices where nice and fresh and chilled,, coffee was a bit of a nightmare as only 4 machines. And when busy there can be a que, But nice tasting. I would say that breakfast could do with being 7.30 - 10.30 and not 8 - 10 especially as on a couple of days we had early excursion pick ups which meant we could not have breakfast. The indoor spa is lovely, shame the pool is not a bit bigger. the lap pool is very nice but very cold as was the main and the little pool. Shame there had not installed solar panels on the roof of the hotel and heated the pool as they would have been used so much more. But there are pool towels provided which is nice and there is a nice little pool bar, But food is a bit pricey compares to outside the hotel. The hotel has a nice little bar with knowledge staff which was good. All in all there is not much negative I can say about this hotel. The staff are friendly and reception are so very helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay Collapse
