Me and my boyfriend arrived at the hotel on the 6th July and go home on the 20th July. When we arrived at around 1am we was greeted by the nice reception staff. However, when we was took to our room, we had a terrible view even though we paid extra for a pool view. We then went down to reception for them to tell us they will sort it in the morning at 8. The next day we came down at 8 and told us the room will not be ready till 10, as we came back at 10 we was told again the room will not be ready till after 12. We got messed around that morning which was a bit annoying as we couldn't unpack and settle into our room. When we eventually got a room it was lovely with a nice view and the beds extremely comfy. The hotel is kept clean and tidy and so is the pool area. However, you don't need to rush to put your towels out in the morning as the sun doesn't come out till 2pm and goes in at around half 4 (which is one reason why I will not come back as I like the sun). The last 5 days there has been no sun at all and it is very cold at the night time so no need to use air con. We paid 350 dirham for 2 weeks for the safe which is about 32 pound. Food The food in the hotel is average as you always find something to eat. Breakfast is annoying as you are queuing for a good 15 minutes for pancakes. Dinner is the best meal of the day with ice cream, chips, pasta, meat balls and a big selection of salad and cakes and a BBQ. Tea time is a hit and miss as there is not much of a selection. Animation team The animation team are the best part of the hotel especially Khalid, Kali and Adil as they were the only ones who would come and talk to us and could have a laugh with. However, last night we had a problem with the animation teams boss who was very rude to us and shouted and raised his hand in my boyfriends face as my boyfriend only asked him when it was our turn on the karaoke. Throughout the holiday he had also been ignoring us and other English guests but last night when he was so rude to us we had to complain to a manager. The manager was helpful and the animation teams boss apologised to us but it was very half hearted and the manager and the animation team boss was laughing and joking after it which I felt was very unprofessional and didn't take our complaint serious. This is another reason why I will not be coming back to this hotel as we have paid over 1,500 pound to be here and to be spoken to so rudely by a member of the animation team has completely put me off coming back. Trips The quad bikes are defiantly worth trying and so is the agadir tour as you learn a lot more about their country and are taken to some fabulous views. The jet skis are fun but don't take the first price which they offer you as you do need to barter in many places. The souk market is also worth a visit and you also need to barter there as they give you a ridiculous price at first. Overall, it is a nice hotel but will not visit again because of the sun hardly ever coming out and the way we got spoken to by one of the animation team. The pool is also very cold and the reason for this is because agadir is surrounding by two mountains and the mist from the sea gets trapped in the mountains which means the sun gets trapped in the mist. However if you go to Marrakesh which is 3 hours away from agadir then the sun is always out but it doesn't have a beach. Also the beach is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and the hotel has its own private area but you will need to bring your own drinks from the hotel. There is also a KFC, Maccies and Pizza Hut near the hotel however the Mcdonalds is not very nice. Collapse

I arrived at the hotel last night It is a nice hotel. I was a bit disappointed with the reception staff as they were pretty unhelpful with my request. However I was overjoyed to see Adil as I have seen him previously at the Beach Albatross hotel. He is by far the best member of staff I have ever had the pleasure to meet at any hotel. I would gladly visit this hotel as long as he was here. Collapse

Went to agadir for 2 weeks from the 5th June with my fiancee and father. Beautiful hotel with amazing gardens, good food and lastly amazing staff, especially the Club Jumbo staff. The club jumbo staff were the heart of the hotel, with first class entertainment and they never failed to make us laugh. Massive thank you to Adil who was one of the nicest guys ive ever met, down to earth, genuine, with a massive work ethic who even invited us to his mothers house for a evening meal. All of the Club Jumbo reps were amazing, highly recommend this hotel, would never hesitate to return. Collapse

so checkin was nice and quick even though arrived at midnight rooms was nice clean. so 1st morning by pool was great nice and hot sun stays all day loungers seemed new pool guys are great really attentive. animation team are great made are holiday as we didn't venture out much, and a big shout out to Adil part of animation team who made our stay from general chit chat to advice of were to go and places to eat out, he got us involved in activities which were great from aqua aerobics to playing darts and table tennis (he wasn't pushy though) as we could see it was very relaxed and good fun. He made us feel so welcome and a asset to the hotel. one negative for the myself was the dinner as options were limited. I will defiantly be returning as was such an enjoyable stay. Collapse
