The rooms are a good size, nice and clean. The Day staff are more helpful than the night staff. The night staff can be rude and impolite. The hotel is in a very good location, it is a walking distance away from the beach and the marina and many different restaurants/cafes. The private section of the beach is across the hotel and is small. The meals are repetitive and there is a lack of variety. Dinner, especially, i felt like was always the same meals, with just 1/2 changes and so found ourselves always going out for dinner. However, the desert options were always good. Collapse

The rooms are clean, and although this hotel is small it has all the necessary essentials. It was a good hotel, However I wouldn't call it a 4*. Day staff are a lot more friendly and helpful then the night staff. We had a issue with our room on the first night, our sink was blocked and we spotted a cockroach in the bathroom, however we were efficiently moved the next morning to a room with a better view from the balcony. The private section of the beach is small and is across the road from the hotel, short work to the left once you are on the beach. You can hire beach towels. You have to pay per day for use of the room safe. There is a lack of variety with meals, most days it was repeated, however the salad and desert bars are very good, Breakfast is probably the best meal they serve, but also lacks variety. The hotel is in good walking distance off the marina (to the right as you leave the hotel) and very close to all the restaurants, shisha bars and cafes along the beach front. Collapse

THIS IS MOROCCO. Please do not forget that it will be rather different to what you are used to. Our arrival was handled very quickly by the pleasant reception staff and we were shown to our great room by a happy porter. Having to dash off to a meeting with the Veka Mann Rally Team we had not got much time to look around before the morning. On seeing around I upgraded straight away to all inclusive which was a sensible option. Room 1716 was top floor, superb views and maintained by a great maid every day. The lift was quite noisy at times but I was told that it was going to be seen to. Don`t forget THIS IS MOROCCO. meaning that the food was very traditional with a few of our menus put in. The hotel complex had great pools and sports facilities and catered for children well. If you preferred the beach it was a short walk away across the road. Access to a shopping area behind the hotel was via two walkways that contained street peddlers and tacky shops. UNIPRIX market was good for booze and cigs. The all inclusive hotel drinks were not a very high standard. All were very low grade local local stuff topped up with ice. The restaurant/dining room was well presented with plenty of seating. The entertainment team were very good and the acts from outside were excellent. ADIL kept everyone on their feet making sure all enjoyed the night. The weather for this week was not the best but we all came away with a different tan. Overall a fantastic week but don`t forget it is MOROCCO. Collapse

We arrived on the 2nd of April past 11pm, after a long a flight from LGW to Casablanca and then onto Agadir we couldn't wait to check in and get into our room. Arrived at the hotel, we did the necessary paper work and city tax exchange, and so on and then given our key card. Went to the room to find they have given 2 single beds too which we have not paid for. Rang the reception and said they are fully booked. We were not happy with their response after a long flight and time of the day we wanted what we paid for! they will sort us out in the morning, I for one was not in the mood and to feel mugged off! when this was booked back in FEB! Went to reception was told to calm down as other guests were checking in and they did not want them to hear why im frustrated and annoyed! i accepted there fully booked and it happens, i asked in return for a refund for a nights wrong room! couldnt accommodate that, however they could give us another room which magically appeared on there system! ..... apart from the check in process this hotel is lovely for families and teenagers as they have entertainment every evening, lovely staff, from the bar staff to the entertainment team. All very friendly and helpful. Food was ok, not bad, got a bit boring through out the 7 day stay, however there are near by restaurants along the beach strip, such as MacDonalds, KFC, Pizza Hut and many more to offer. I read other reviews stating there is nothing for kids to eat, i took my 18 month old Boy, and fed him everything they had to offer! and he certainly battered it! the food is very bland and has no spice to their food! however you cant complain and some dishes are very different! must try is their Lamb Tagine! you can exchange money at their hotel, however *** do your workings out before you exchange, as twice i was short changed by 10-20MAD *** the beach front is lovely to walk down in the evenings, however be aware there A LOT of beggers! watch out for the little girl who asks for money and then tried to put her hands in in my sons stroller!! you must go to the souk, its quiet something, i must say! from clothes, to oils, trainers, bags, watches, glasses, traditional clothes and many more to offer this is a place that you have to visit! I ended up going to there twice! The people at the Souk will spot you from miles away knowing well your a tourist and try ripping you off! set yourself a price and keep to it, try to get it lower then the price you've set and try your best otherwise your paying the same price you'd be paying in England. Cabs, we took the orange cabs from the hotel which was only $20MAD to the souk, always confirm price before getting in. there are white cabs also, but did not go in them as they are more pricier then the orange cabs.
