Wow what a holiday thanks to Kenzi Europa Hotel. I cannot thank all the staff enough for making our stay amazing from start to finish. I will write a review on each section. Cleanliness of room and hotel :- Spotless all round, cleaners are seen throughout day cleaning windows, stairs ect our room was always clean and tidy and bed made fancy every day. Only wish they would check toilet roll supplies in public toilet throughout the day. Bar:- Really good drink choice with great staff who go out of their way to speak to you and ensure your holiday is well. Even helped get a stain out of my top! Restaurant:- Always greeted with a warm welcome from management staff and waiters. A lot of people complain about the variety of food but it nice trying tradition Moroccan food. Pool:- A massive hats off to the pool staff who work their socks off for 12hours non stop. They go out of their way to ensure you have a sun bed an constantly checking your ok and if you need a parasol due to heat. Special shout out to Ahmed who looked after us greatly. Entertainment:- Where do I start! These guys work their socks off from morning till night. They offer so much activities throughout the day from aqua arobics, darts, belly dancing, keep fit, boules, cooking class and water polo also a great kids club. The evening consists of a show from themselves or outside entertainers like snake charmer, belly dancers, magician and so much more. These people made our holiday and I cannot thank them enough. A huge shout out to the new boy Hamza who put the greatest smile on all guests faces with his caring and crazy personality. But all are amazing. Anouar, Kalid, Kali, Hamza, Yahya I cannot thank you enough for making our holiday so special you will always be in our hearts x Collapse
Basic, quite pricey, and definitely not 4*

Let me review this hotel in points. We've been there for a week as a "stay after tour". OVERALL: - the hotel is noisy, big, packed, quite simple venue for not very demanding customer. - definitely not 4* service (in some areas it is 4* but in most it is not) - it is clean and has good, large staff - the location may be conidered fine - hotel and the services are profiled for maroccan/arabic guests - no information about hotel services anywhere in the room, seems non existent - rooms are fine and spacious with in most, good working and quiet a/c - WiFi service works for most of the time, it is acceptable. - hotel interiors are dull and quite gloomy (especially corridors) - aggressive, drunk and noisy guests from UK :( - 24h a day noise from the old lifts, one of the lift in buliding 1 has broken and never fixed. - TV is poorest as it can be. One channel is watchable (MBC 2 - full of good movies), rest is arabic or news-like channels. LOCATION: - second line of the hotels, behind quite busy street. - close to the beach, just a 2-3 minutes walk through small souk with VERY convenient supermarket store (which accept card payments!) - two different type of room views: ocean view and pool view. Ocean view of building 1 has "extra" view on hotel technical facilities and all that hotel backoffice. If you're on 5-7th floor it is ok as it doesn't matter that much, but down floors must be horrible experience. - Ocean view rooms = loud at night time as it is the view for the main beach square in Agadir (concerts etc. etc.) STAFF: - wonderful, helpful and nice. - Very, very hard working looking at the size of the hotel and number of guests. POOL/BEACH: - pool is incredibly small compared to the number of guests and the size of the hotel - number of sunbeds are not enough - 100% busy from dawn till dusk. Only few sunbeds has umbrellas - water slides does not work for most of the time of the day - Beach area is very quiet one and in a good part of the beach, far from the "city public beach" and far from private beaches of huge hotels to the south. It is one of the nicest services in the hotel BUT.... sundbeds and umbrellas are heavily worn out. - No pool bar (only inside which requrires you to dress up), no beach bar even with basic water/juice service, no toilet on the beach, no shower on the beach - Beach boy is very nice man, keeps everything in order perfectly. ANIMATIONS: - animation team is full of strange people with unknown motivation - animations are the same all round and boring - every night is the same kid show even with the same set of songs in the exact same time (!) - show for adults is just pathetic, not very much to mention. Just skip it and go to the beach. ALL INCLUSIVE SERVICE: - incredibly poor service. One bar inside hotel near the restaurant. - no wine, no juice to the meals, just simple machine with cocacola beverages - no beach service with any drinks, even water or juice. FOOD: - repetitive and tasteless for most of the time. How come moroccan food can be tasteless?! - fresness is sometimes doubtful - quality of the food is poor and it looks and tastes very very cheap. - eveyone from our trip had problems with stomach as soon as after 2-3 meals with no problems before on tour to the south of Morocco. To sum up. This hotel is heavily overpriced venue and doesn't deserve 4* at all. There are a lot of hotels in this price range with service order of magnitude better than this. Collapse

Good experience from start to finish...arrived very late at the hotel and we're seen to our rooms and given water etc Rooms: good standard basic rooms, with balconys,tv, fridge, safe and hair dryers in the rooms. Shower and bath and some small toiletries, maids come in every day and clean and change beds..air con in the rooms also. Hotel: very well maintained grounds, very green and plush, grass cut often and hedges etc all very lovely lots of palm trees! Oh and keep an eye out for the free roaming tortoise in the grounds too! Pools all kept extremely clean and well looked after, towels available from the pool boys, lovely pool boys so helpful blowing up inflatables etc! Lots of sun loungers available most of the time! Evening entertainment very good, they do a kids disco every night and then have people in such as belly dancers, snake charmers, acrobats etc. Excellent entertainment team, all so happy and friendly, especially Kali and Hamza, they were awesome the kids loved them and they were like friends by the end of our stay! Slides at the pool are very fun too- especially the blue one! Food: decent food, not amazing but nice and lots of choices, something you can find at every meal time, no bacon or sausages thou as they don't eat pork there! Would recommend the camel trip and fantasia night! Would have uploaded more pics but only allowed 10! Hotel reception will change money for you and they have a cash point too. They have a spa also that offers treatments. Good local shops and pubs if you want to go out although the strip outside does become more lively at night time. Any questions just ask! Had a two week stay from 24th July- 8th August 2017. Collapse
