Just got back 2 days ago from a weeks stay at this disgusting hotel. 4 star, pfft please!! The rooms are dirty, housekeeping doesnt even change the bedding or give clean towels without you having to ring up reception and to beg them for it! The staff are soo rude, unprofessional and not interested in guests. Well actually, they arent interested in the British ones!. This hotel is based around french guests only. They disregard any respect and aknowledgement for any other nationality. I was on a all exclusive as was the person I came with. Where to start with the food. Poor selection and variety. Food is always cold, bland and undercooked or burnt. They had the same food for the whole 7 days we were there. Burnt fish tasted of coal and nothing more. Found a bone in my boneless turkey. Vegetables were stated as roasted and they were cold and raw. We asked for boiled eggs for breakfast and numerous staff told us they do not make boiled eggs. However when we spoke to other guests at the hotel they said they got boiled eggs. The staff we so rude when we asked for room service. We knew we would have to pay for room service and we were happy to do so, however staff were extremely lazy and rude even though they were getting paid for it. Why have room service if youre going to argue with the guest about it. You either offer it or you dont. The reception staff are a disgrace. Stand around all day..purposly ignore phone calls and stand around chit chatting and laughing at guests blatantly to thier faces. I went down to the bar a few times to get some drinks. Wasnt able to carry the drinks upstairs by myself, the staff stood around without even offering any help. The decor in the hotel is old, worn, and it telhe lobby looks like a place for prostitutes to have a nights round while sleezy men watch. Not family friendly in my opinion. We had to phone reception on a daily basis to ask them to send someone upstairs to clean our room and put fresh towels out. The lady who came was however lovely, her names was shaida. The only one I can honestly say did her job! Our thomson rep hatim is a joke! He is lazy, doesnt know how to do his job and will lie about everything.when comfronted about his lies he will avoid the conversation and say he is busy! How on earth he got his job I do not know. He is never available when needed. Will be reporting him to thomson. Im a regular customer with thomson holidays and have never had a more inexperienced thomson rep. Please please avoid this hotel. Even if your on a budget holiday, you will not get what you paid for with this shameful place. There are plenty of other hotels that I promise you will actually be satisfied with. Ive learnt never to compromise on hotels again. First and last time!. Will never be returning and Im so glad t be out of there. The longest 7 days of my life! Collapse

Me and 2 of my work collegues visited here last week. Our 1st Trip to Morocco for 5 days of Winter Sunshine. We travelled with Thompson - Transfers included - All Inclusive from Manchester. The weather exceeded our expectations and was extrememly unreal waking up too 20 degrees + when you know in England its just 3 degrees. The check in process at Manchester was great, once arriving in Morocco, the border control process was slightly long- seemed to take forever. Once we got to the hotel the check in process was fast and the bedroom was lovely! All clean. The hotel itself was wonderful. Average but the food was okay - if you like French style cuisine, this is the place for you. The night enetertainment was a little bland but you could tell the hotel catered for the older generation and me myself being the youngest adult in the hotel at the time didn't find the entertainment too bad. I would probably not suggest a young group of friends to attend here if you're lookign for nightlife as this is a really relaxing hotel and very laid back. The holiday was brilliant, the entertainment guy Khali' was a real laugh and he definately made the holiday haha. When leaving the hotel, the coach transfer was very late which made us late at the airport. The border control wass a JOKE! 4 Queues we ended up in. Took over an hour to get the passports stamped! The security / search process was herendous, me and my friend - both women queued with our male friend and upon getting up to the metal detector, the guard advisd we couldnt be in this queue as we are women. We were extrememly confused and queued again for anotehr 20minutes (at this point we were about to board the flight). We understood we werent allowed to be searched by a male guard but why could the two women guards on duty simply walk down if we needed to be frisked?? Overall the holiday was an experience and an amazing break, we will hopefully be coming back to visit the Kenzi next November again :) Collapse

We went on a family holiday in August the hotel is small. It was ok rooms were not very clean. Bathroom old and dirty shower curtain. Staff were ok . I would not go to this hotel again. Sun loungers need updating and you have to put your beach towel on early morning to get one. Although pool staff do take tips and put your towel on for you which is not right. Collapse
