We were put up here because our flight was overbooked. Reception was very efficient. The hotel is quite elegant but is located in a very dull area near the airport with mud fields around it. The rooms are very comfortable with a good size bathroom. Beds are comfortable. Rooms have balconies. Pool area looked nice but we were here during a huge rainstorm. Wifi worked fine. Meals were included in our compensation package. The restaurant is pretty but could be in any international city- nothing that indicated you were in Morocco. The food was nicely presented and tasty. We stayed in aRiad near the main plaza for the rest of our stay- i think that was a much more interesting place to stay Collapse

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights. Firstly I would like to say how welcoming and helpful all of the staff were. The rooms were immaculate, clean and comfortable. The bed was great and the bathroom was amazing. We had room service one night and the food was really good. We stayed in January and maybe the only criticism is the coolness of the room however I didn't find it too much of a problem. The room had wifi and a safe, a huge bedspread which we used. A nice couch and a table. There was plenty of space and personally I loved the decor. The balcony was good but there was only 1 chair which I thought a little odd. The other point is that the hotel is a little out of town so a hire car or taxis are needed. The staff always provided a good taxi for us Would definitely return. Fantastic staff, a great room and overall a lovely hotel which made you feel welcome. Collapse

Lovely clean modern hotel with large rooms and massive beds! Food superb and staff very helpful and friendly. Spa treatment for a hamaam a bit rushed was out in about half an hour at a cost of 500dhs, but the result was very good. Not much in the way of a fitness centre. Would be very happy to stay here again, but would take a coffee mug as the cups are too small in the restaurant, and that's my only criticism! Collapse
Had high hopes but was very disappointed!

My husband and I had booked Kech Boutique for our first wedding anniversary last October after a recommendation from a friend. We were therefore excited and very eager. Check in went well and receptionist Dina was polite and explained the facilities the hotel offered. We were happy with the superior double room with pool view, especially the size. The lights however are very dim in the bedroom and the doors leading to the pool wouldn't close properly. Also, WiFi is horrendous, even after complaining to reception during our stay, nothing was done to improve it. The morning after check in, I decided to use the pool, as any holiday maker would know the pool is a must do. At this time, the pool was empty. I must mention that I am a muslim and I wear a headscarf. To the pool, I wore a fully covered swimming costume including having my hair covered. Five minutes into the pool with only 4/5 people sunbathing, one of the waiters from the restaurant gestured from where he was stood that what I was wearing was not acceptable. I decided to continue swimming with my husband. After a couple of minutes, the same waiter came closer to the pool and said this thing you are wearing is not allowed and you have to take it all off to stay in the pool. We were both outraged at hearing this and asked him has anyone complained. His answer was no but they will. I was so upset as to how we were spoken to and the way we were treated as second class to all the other guests. I was in tears and my husband consoled me. I left the pool never to enter it again. I asked to speak to a manager several times during our stay and even said I would wait for him when told he was in a meeting. Only to be told go back to your room, he will call you on the phone. The call never came. There were no signs around the pool area to specify what was and was not allowed to be worn in the pool. The hotel's website also has no mention of this. We saw this waiter every day at breakfast and I received no apology despite him knowing the way I was treated was disgusting. I was looking forward to an amazing holiday in Marrakech with my husband and an amazing time we did have, just not at the hotel. We spent most of our time after the incident on tours and sight seeing. It is a beautiful city with beautiful mosques and a huge muslim population. It is however a big shame that hotels like this have complete disregard for their muslim guests. I hope you change your thinking. Living in the UK, I have never had any problems whatsoever going into swimming pools with a full swimming costume. It pains me to think that this may happen to other women and I would never want anyone to feel the way I felt. Collapse
Almost perfect if not for one single negative incident

My husband and I stayed there fews days after our wedding. We mentioned that in our booking then we were given a very nice room, large bathroom, a comfortable bed with a view on the swimming pool. The staff were very nice, polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the girls who made omelettes and pancakes were the best of them all!!! The location of the hotel is very good if you have a car, the taxis charged so much to go downtown. If one thing to mention it'd be the plastic steps to the pool were very slippery, that when people come out of the pool they brutally fall on the ground. I saw four people slip amongst them my father in law slipped really bad and still was asked to pay for the pool the receptionist was so rude to him and showed no empathy. Collapse
