This was a repeat visit to the hotel for me, but first time for my friend. We had an amazing time, we were treated like VIPs . The hotel staff that served our needs were fabulous, nothing was too much trouble, as two women we felt very secure in our environment. We were on half board so we go to eat at a variety of venues, all the food was of excellent quality, and the Rib room was one of the best meals we have ever had! The pool area was relaxing and the little touch of ice lollies very welcome. We had an amazing time and would definitely return to this hotel. Collapse

Terrible ‘welcome’ by Aish who insisted she had upgraded our rooms (rooms were the same as what I had booked online), she didn’t provide us with the vouchers that were entitled to and I had to ask Kevin (twice) for these - which he kindly and patiently provided. I heard many guests talk about the upgrades they were offered but Aish refused us any upgrades which I later found out (end of our stay by Kevin) that all guests are hostile upgrades - thanks for nothing Aish. The emirates ‘rep’ at co concierge is a waste of time unless you want to part with money and book a tour, he’s nothing to do with emirates holidays or flights just a tour rep. Concierge also not helpful and had to direct all enquiries to the front desk - which when Aish was on duty and saw me coming she would run and hide in the back office and leave the lovely, pleasant and helpful Jessica to help us, and she did help us despite being a trainee. Let’s hope Jessica receives no training whatsoever from Aish or he manager and remains pleasant and helpful. Service has gone down massively since I last stayed two years ago. Same structure and luxurious building and facilities but shoddy service with a can’t be bothered attitude. A couple of exceptions to the rule were Raju who worked at the pool, Khushboo in Sultan’s Lounge/breakfast and Kevin on reception. Everyone else was gravely below par from what I’ve come to expect in a country that prides itself on seven star service everywhere. Overall, I would not stay here again; the grandeur of the hotel and location do not outweigh the disappointing attitude of the staff. Collapse

I’ve been coming to Dubai for around 15 years and stayed in all the well known resorts. This time we decided to stay at the jumeirah zabeel satay for a change and wow , what a lovely place and fantastic service we’ve had . Hard to choose staff we have been really pleased with but an Indian guy called Dixit has been superb and a beautiful young Lady called Nimesha from Sri Lanka. Wow she is amazing and has such a lovely smile on her face all day . Well done everyone xxx Collapse

Wow wow wow! What a beautiful hotel! I felt like a VIP! We booked a Club room and I would highly recommend it, room was huge with gorgeous views of the Palm, Atlantis Hotel. The bathroom was delightful and the Bath!...wait and see. With the Club room you get VIP chauffeur airport transfers which is blissful, we arrived and felt like VIP's taken to a private Jumeriah lounge offers water and waiting to be taken to our car. Our Driver was great, took pictures of us and offered water and fresh towels. Apparently the car had wifi!! On arrival to the beautifully hotel we were treated very well indeed, staff are very friendly and always greeting you. Our room was beautiful everything you'd expect from a 5* Luxury hotel. The Club lounge allowed us to have breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea, you must try the Afternoon tea it is just amazing, I was taking pictures of it all! In the evening 6-8pm alcoholic drinks are served, and a couple of canapés. Breakfast in the main restaurant is one of the best I've had!, lots of choice and even an Indian breakfast selection! But the best thing is the service and opulent surrounding. The front lady host needs to be more welcoming though! The kids club isn't all that unless you have under 5's, it's a small room with a few things to do. The cinema was lovely. I could write so much, but would probably repeat what others are saying.. Dubai has evolved so much since I was there about 10yrs ago. You could easily spend 14nts here. We visited the Dubai parks and resorts the motion gate park and its great for a day out, very universal studios like but not at that level, rides suited all ages, but nothing amazing it's so so expensive in there too! The free shuttle from JZS takes you to the wild wadi water park and mall of emirates every 2hrs. I'd love to come back to JZS this was a amazing holiday! Collapse

We went to this hotel 2 years ago but i was ill and could not enjoy it so we went back for my birthday and i was not disappointed. Check in was smooth and our room was an Arabian gulf view deluxe room. It was luxurious with a huge bed, huge bathroom with a marble bath and robes and each night there was a turn down service which was a lovely touch. Everyday day we had replenished toiletries and bottles of water were plentiful. We did the half board option which was breakfast and dinner. Every morning we had breakfast outside in Plaj the food was lovely it was a buffet but they came and asked if you would like eggs such as omelette eggs benedictine etc which was freshly cooked. The staff were second to none from the waiting staff to the pool boys to the room cleaners nothing was too much trouble. We had a dine around option which meant we could eat in the restaurants in the hotel or other jumeriah hotels but we ate at this hotel only. Food was fantastic. Everywhere was exceptionally clean and our room was cleaned to a high standard everyday. We went for 5 nights and on my birthday they left me a cake and a happy birthday message plus made the towel swans and rose petals in the bed such a lovely touch. The pool area and beach were lovely and as the weather is nice was able to swim in the pool. Even though it was on the end of the palm there are taxis outside and it’s is roughly about 60 dirhams to the dubai mall. Alcohol is very expensive. The spa is fabulous a definite visit it is include in your stay. All in all a fantastic stay. Collapse
