Visited hotel as party of 6 ladies, enjoying a long weekend break in Palma. Hotel location to the promenade and Palma old town in great, about a minute walk or approx. 7 euro taxi ride. Hotel is very tranquil with no music or entertainment, which was exactly what we were looking for. We had booked b&b, the selection and quality of the breakfast buffet that served from 7:30 to 11:00 was fantastic. We didn't dine in the restaurant in the evening, but it did look very busy. We made use of the pool bar for lunch at drinks, food was good but in the busy lunchtime rush they seemed understaffed and we had long waits to eat. Pools aren't huge but they seemed to be busy. We booked standard rooms but when I stay again I'd book an exec room to ensure I had a balcony, the standard room didn't have a full length mirror, was lack of hanging space and the frosted glass walls between shower/ toilet and bedroom wasn't very private. That said the room was very clean and comfortable and I will defo stay here again. Collapse
Ideal for what we wanted.

Came back this week from a weekend break in Palma. We stayed 3nights in Isla Mallorca. Hotel clean and tidy. Executive room in the new building was basic but nice enough with a balcony, good air con and robe / slippers and toiletries in the room. Hotel food is really good, we paid for breakfast on arrival for the whole stay, so glad we did this! Plenty of selection, all you can eat and very tasty. We paid for lunch one day and that was also very good, nice selection and all you can eat (drinks not inc with dinner or eve meal) Pool bar food reasonably priced and good selection of cocktails Get yourself down to the pool before 9.30 to get a sunbed as there are not enough beds for the amount of guests. (Slightly annoying) Hotel is around 10min walk from the new town of Palma with all bars/ restaurants to the right of the harbour and Hard Rock Cafe. The old town is a further 5 min walk to the left towards the cathedral. Lovely old building and sites. Nice to walk around in the eve (when it's cooler) hotel is situated higher up from the harbour but close enough to walk down to the liveliness. Overall was idea for why we wanted as a couple in our late 20s. Only down side it was arrived at hotel 10am and couldn't check in till 14.30. After an early morning flight (6am) we were tired and felt a little annoyed. But soon forgot about it a few hours after been in the room. Hotel spa for €9 2 hours slot was a nice treat before check out on Monday Collapse

Just come back from a fantastic weekend away staying at the Isla Mallorca. From arriving to the hotel to relaxing by the pool, the entire weekend was splendid :-) When we arrived we were upgrade to room 112 which has a balcony terrace, what a surprise this was! The room was emaculate and the terrace was almost triple the size of all others with private sun loungers, parasol and table/chairs! The pool was area was prestine and pool bar was well tended with friendly bar staff. The restaurant had a great selection of European food available - even doing pancakes which was a welcome delight. The hotel is about 15-20 minute walk from the Old Town, I would recommend taking the promenade route rather than the back street though! The only recommendation I would make, if you didn't get down early enough the sun loungers were all reserved with some people not even using for the day! I would suggest the hotel monitor this and move any towels not being utilised. Finally on check-out day we were able to use the facilities in the SPA to get ready, very clean shower room with free towels. Great place and would definitely return again. Collapse

My daughter and I had a room in the main reception building on 7th floor, which provided lovely views. The pools are good (one main and one plunge pool). Hotel app 15 mins in taxi from airport (20euros inc tip). Walk to Palma old down about 15 mins, but loads of tapas/other eateries and bars on the way down two main street(after about 10 mins walking). Taxi back from palma to hotel app 5-6euros (more expensive if ordered from hotel). We were there for 4 nights and mostly we walked as it is close enough to everything. We stayed room only basis. We don't eat a lot for breakfast so breakfast at hotel in bar/reception area was great for us and good price app 4.50 euros for coffee/toast (jam)/tea or coffee. Alternatively few minutes walk takes you to a lovely little local's cafe who also offer a wide range. Reception staff were great, efficient and really helpful. We only had food at the pool cafe - salad was fine but the chicken strips we left. Drinks were quite nice. It was a race for the sunbeds - I get it especially if people are on a short break it's fine if you pop you towel down whilst you finish breakfast but some people kept the beds free for couple of hours whilst not using - and that's just ignorant when others need them. Pool area was great and I thought both pools were great size. Mostly families, couples and ladies on holiday there. Room was quiet and we had great sleep (even though I initially thought the bed would be too hard it was fine (foam mattress). Didn't use the gym but had a look and it was air-conditioned and quite well-equipped. For late check out if you can't keep your room you have use of a lockable space and can also use the shower area in the spa. Collapse
