Indigo was opened two years ago after a complete renovation. The rooms are nicely decorated. We had a Junior Suite, in a corner, which was really nice, with a view of the Eiffel Tower. They offered a device for free calls and WIFI during the stay! Service was good. Location is perfect with good shopping around the corner and close to the Opera House.. Transportation with buses, RER and subway was also just a block away. Collapse
Close to Opera District

Wife and I stayed two nights in January 2017. We took an Uber from T2 at CDG airport for EU 50 (more on return later). Driver had some difficulty finding the hotel because the property is on a pedestrian street that is actually a cul-de-sac. The entrance is non assuming and could be easy to miss. The staff spoke English well and were friendly. After a quick check-in, we found a 4th floor long, spacious room with a queen bed and a couch that could double purpose as a twin bed. Don't forget to leave a key card in the receptacle by the door as that is needed to turn on the lights. Wireless internet was good. The flat panel TV was a welcome sight only to discover the only English speaking channel was a UK channel. In the cabinet, under the TV, was a refrigerator that we did not find until the second day. Perhaps due to the time of the year or the street that the property is on, the room was quiet. Disappointing was the lack of coffee availability, with the exception of the restaurant or the instant coffee packs in the room. I was somewhat confused by this as we were able to able to find real coffee in other IHG European properties, from a Holiday Inn Express in Bonn, Germany to a Crown Plaza in Bruges, Belgium. With only 2 days in town, we wanted to hit the "tourist" sight and purchased a 2 day "hop on" bus pass for EU38 each. One of the stops was a mere 3 blocks away and we were able to visit all of the gotta see sights. Sadly, all these double decker buses are open air on the upper level and there is no heat inside the lower level bus. One really notices that when the outside temperature is in the 30's. As an alternative, the property sits about halfway between two subway stops so a walk in either direction will get you there. The breakfast was a nice buffet for EU28 per person but they had a coupon at the desk for BOGO. Nice helping of eggs and bacon and a variety of breads and cereals. In doing some research for our 8am departure for the airport, I discovered the Roissey Bus (part of the Metro system) that picked up in the Opera district for EU11.50 per person. The departure was one block down the street, turn left, then 2 more short blocks. On the morning of our Sunday departure, the bus was able to get us to T2 in about 40 minutes. I wish we had the opportunity to stay there longer to see what additional features there are to the property. Hop to return soon. Collapse

I have stayed at this hotel for 1 Night towards the end of December... The location is perfect the staff is excellent… I have called the hotel a couple of days prior to arriving to Paris & asked them to buy me recharges for my sim card… they did that very efficiently & send me the recharge numbers by email so I can have them with me as soon as my flight lands at the airport... That was extremely efficient… Thanks a Million! By the way, they didn’t charge me for those recharges right away, insterad they charged them to my room, which was an extra fine touch As for the room, I had booked an executive room & got upgraded to a Junior Suite as I’m an Ambassador Spire member… The suite is extremely nice & has plenty of space; needless to say that it was in a great shape, very nice & tidy… I usually stay at the Intercontinental Avenue Marceau whenever I’m in Paris, however, because of how much I liked this hotel & most importantly because of a big mess the IC did with me during my mast stay in January, just a couple of days after staying at the Indigo (that i’ll be reviewing separately), I’ll definitely be returning to this hotel for my future stays in Paris Collapse

We had room 312, end of the corridor, large with two twin beds. Bathroom was very modern, with separate toilet. Blackout curtains and being on a sidestreet made sleep very easy. We were here in winter, might be noisier with people outside of the cafes in summer. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Fitness center is a bit tight but adequate. We did not have breakfast included, so cannot speak to that. The included cell phone is a great feature - we used it for googlemaps, weather, news etc., worked fine. If you've come to Paris to watch videos on a cellphone, then it might be a bit slow for that use. A very good value, would absolutely stay here again. Collapse
