What can I say about this little gem. Firstly We were met by the delightful receptionist heather who with her charm and class immediately made us feel we were dealing with a friend. We had just got married in Memphis and they congratulated us and upgraded our room and also had a bottle of champagne waiting for us and a lovely welcome card. She also gave us free breakfast and two free drinks At the bar!! The room was amazing a beautiful modern bathroom with an amazing shower. We had a lovely breakfast and sleep and will thoroughly remember this trip and want to thank the staff for their hospitality for making our honeymoon as special as it has been. Love Tracey and Steve Collapse

I visited The Hotel Indigo during a very busy concert and sports event weekend so I'm hoping the pricing was so high due to the demand. That being said, if it were a couple of hundred dollars less expensive per night, I probably wouldn't be so critical of the accommodations. First off, the check in was quick and easy and the staff was cheerful. However, I had to leave the lobby to get bags out of my car before the valet drove off and I missed the hotel introduction. One would think such an introduction would be unnecessary (elevators go up and down, right?) but it is a very important step in your check in. When I returned with my bags, the concierge desk was backed up and I didn't want to wait in line again, so I proceeded to the elevators on my own and realized that I could not get the buttons to light up. I stood there perplexed for several minutes until another guest showed me that you had to hold your room key to a sensor while pressing the button. When I got to my room, I was a bit disappointed to find that the bathtub was filled with grime and mildew in every corner. It was a handicap accessible suite, so the shower surround was plastic and not stone, so it should typically be easier to clean than tiles. I was a bit taken aback by the uncleanliness. We also had an issue with the toilet itself smelling like sewage the whole time even though neither myself or my friend used it in any stinky capacity. I did not report either issue because I was only in the room to change clothes, sleep and shower before leaving. Hindsight, I should have reported it because it was a very expensive few hours spent in the room and it should have been pleasant. The beds and linens were clean, from what I could observe and everything besides the bathroom was enjoyable. My window had the view of a brick wall across an alley but that's to be expected from a downtown hotel. All in all, I would stay at The Hotel Indigo again because of its great location but I would never pay that much money for it again. If I was looking to pay Five star prices, I would book at The Hutton. Collapse

First let me start off by saying I was so excited to go to Nashville because we were having a girls weekend of about 25 of us the weekend of September 30-October 1. We had booked a hotel block and the hotel knew for MONTHS that we were coming. Well many of us has had so many problems which vary from getting charged twice and some THREE times !!!!! To having customer service and room issues. This place is a dump! I should of followed my mind and stayed at the Omni. Ok so I will start from the beginning. Most of us were sharing two to three in a room and were coming from all different parts of the country arriving at different times. The rooms were suppose to be under everyone's name that was staying in the room but it was not. I happen two be staying with two friends that were arriving way late that night and I arrived at 3pm. When I got to the hotel I was greeted by a friendly bell hop but once I got inside the two women that were working the desk were so rude! They asked what was the name on the reservation I gave them mine and they said they couldn't find one. I gave them my friend who booked it on her card and they said they see he reservation but couldn't let me in the room because she wasn't with me. I verified her name and phone number like the demanded but still nothing. They told me I needed to call her and get permission but I couldn't because she was on the plane already!!!! I explained that to the woman and she STILL would not let me in!!!!!! The girls that have already arrived were meeting for drinks at acme feed and seed and I had to leave my bag in another friends room because this idiot lady wouldn't let me in my own! I wanted to shower and change before the meet up and couldn't because she refused to accommodate me. They wouldn't even hold my bags. When I got back from drinks my friend and roommate still hadn't arrived I asked again if I could get in my room. After a long plane ride all you want to do is relax. She huffed and rolled her eyes. She then rudely asked for my credit card to charge me for the room that was already paid for!!!!! When I told her that she said she knows but still need a credit card on file for every person in the room?! What?! She must have thought I was stupid when I refused she said she won't give me a key then and I will have to wait. It took for me to make a scene and call the manager over who was standing there watching her do all of this crap to me. Fast forward I finally get in the room. On the 4th floor in the corner by the stairwell. When I walked in the room was so small and not for two people let alone three. I inspected the room like I do any others and the windows were dirty with huge spiders on them with webs all over, disgusting!!!!! I go into the bathroom and the ceiling is leaking!!!! I stormed back downstairs and complained she gave me another room, right next door smh. Although that room was way bigger they still had spider webs on the windows with huge spiders. I wouldn't even open the curtains to look at the view. The furniture is run down and can use some updating. The shower was dirty and housekeeping didn't not replenish the towels and wash cloths daily like expected. This was the worse stay ever! Then to find out the leaky room they tried to give me must have been below or the room that housekeeping was talking about as we were leaving early Sunday morning. Saying water was everywhere and the guests stuff is ruined because water was all over everything! Luggage, clothes, everything ! My friends said that out of a group of 25 of us 7 got charged twice and 1 got charged 3 times!!!!!! I will never visit any hotel indigo again!!!! This place is a dump!!!!!! Don't stay here!!!!
