We had a lovely stay at hotel Indigo, we stayed four nights at the begging of our trip and one night at the end. The decor and ambiance is very modern and the rooms are beautiful, some even have large bathtubs! Oh and the views!! You can see the sunset from their rooftop pool and bar. Further, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They are the reason I gave Indigo five instead of four starts. The front desk ladies we so helpful: making phone calls for us, scheduling massages, and printing our boarding passes. The location is also great, walking distance to parks, night life, and the sky train! We loved staying at Indigo and highly recommend others stay here too! Collapse

We chose to stay at this hotel at the end of our 6 week holiday after travelling through Europe and Asia. We couldn't have asked for more. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and very clean with enormous bathrooms, with all the little luxuries. Had the best nights sleep as the beds are amazingly comfortable and fitted with what feels like brand new Egyptian sheets. The room even has automatic double-layer roller blinds at a flick of a switch so say goodbye to any sunlight shining through. And the hotel facilities- wow! Just so impressive. Lobby, lifts, gym, and not to mention the incredible infinity pool. Everything is designed to perfection. We've been to Bangkok so many times, but hotel indigo is now our new favourite place to stay. The staff are all amazingly friendly and helpful as well, we felt like we were truly welcomed with all of their beautiful smiles, and no hesitation whenever we had any enquiries. Thank you Indigo and your staff for making our stay perfect. We will be back! Collapse

We arrived 24 hours late to the hotel owing to problems with our flight. On arrival, the receptionist greeted us by name before we introduced ourselves, and said they were so pleased to see us - a really nice personal touch after a long, stressful journey to Thailand. The hotel itself is incredible - the style, the decor, the theme - it is all perfectly done, down to every last detail. The rooms are large, spacious and again - very stylish. The beds were comfortable and very calm, even though the hotel is in a busy hub of Bangkok. The infinity pool is just incredible, though could perhaps benefit from being heated in the evening. The breakfast was fantastic - I am only disappointed we didn't get more time there to enjoy it more! Great fresh food, and so much choice. The staff went above and beyond to help us - as we had lost our bags, they went the extra mile on more than one occassion - they were calling the airline for us, providing us updated when we returned from our days of sight-seeing. They were very friendly, and so keen to help. I couldn't fault this hotel - truly, business or pleasure - I would stay here again with no hesitation. Collapse

Our "Go To" brand is becoming Hotel Indigo as each experience with the brand around the world gets better and better. The Bangkok Wireless Rd experience just continued to raise the bar! First off, we were nearing the end of three weeks in Southeast Asia when we arrived. Our car pulled up just after a van full of Chinese tourists checking in so we instantly thought "This will be a long check in". Wrong! Check in was very quick and efficient and came with coffee for Spire members! Plus, the young lady who jumped in to check us in...it was her Day 1. As someone who spends their time around the world working with many different leaders and their staffs, to see someone take initiative and jump in on her first day to try and help us...kudos to both Jessica for trying and the management for leading their staff to jump in and help. This bodes very well for the type of service you will be able to expect from this property! Speaking of staff, there wasn't a time in five days where we didn't see the lobby busy with both guests and either front desk or bell staff helping guests. I mean that. Front desk staff were constantly coming out from behind the desk to assist. Need an umbrella before a walk in the Bangkok rain...one is in your hand within a minute. Have a question about where to eat/shop/transportation...someone will give you maps and directions quicker than you can say "I'm lost, can you help?" We had at least 100 questions on shopping, best street food in the area, when to catch a cab to meet a tour in the crazy Bangkok rush hour traffic...every time we found someone willing to help with both a smile and an answer. Again, kudos to the management for the attitude of your staff. So the property itself...wonderful. Well located near the train, shopping malls, Lumpini Park for a run or some peace and quiet from the city, Starbucks down the street, a plethora of street vendors about a block away for some late night greasy Thai treats. The property itself is VERY new and nice. The rooftop pool was beautiful, even on a cloudy day. Breakfast restaurant was well stocked with both western and Thai/Chinese dishes so you could not start the day without being well fed. The internet was excellent, both in the room and the public areas. The gym was very nice and well supplied. Room service was EXCELLENT as well. We never waited 30 minutes for our order and it was always very tasty. We ordered room service like an extra meal each day...sort of a pre-late night meal before we would go back out and grab some street food. It tasted just like local food so you be confident of the food if you don't feel like going back out for something local. Finally, the room itself was fantastic. We love the way the Hotel Indigo brand brings in something local to the rooms. We stay in close to 100 room nights a year so spending 5 nights in a room that looks like it wasn't "cookie cutter" is very much appreciated. Everything was new, clean, there was a HUGE shower separate from a very stylish tub and gold sinks in the bathroom. Gold sinks...who would have thought of that! The bed was very comfortable. There was a desk area and a sitting area, but my recommendation is to get a room with balcony. Why? Because you can walk outside and just watch Bangkok go by. We spent part of every day on the balcony with our room service just watching the traffic and the people walking by beneath us, looking at the Bangkok skyline and getting rested up before we headed out for the evening. DEFINITELY recommend spending a little extra to get the balcony room. Well worth it just to soak in more of Bangkok. We could not recommend this property higher. GREAT staff. Wonderful food. Fantastic room. PERFECT location. Already talking about our next Bangkok trip and this property is already check marked for our stay. Kudos to the property management for the job you are doing!
