Stayed three nights at this hotel, and felt that it represented great value. Room was comfortable and had all the amenities one would expect, and for a short stay was all that was needed. The location of the hotel was great. In the Opera area, with plenty of excellent drinking/eating areas nearby, and within walking distance of Louvre, etc... Also a Metro stop directly out the front. I'd definitely stay here again if back in Paris! Collapse

This is a very modern hotel which offers clean reasonably priced accommodations with a fantastic location in central Paris. This hotel is immediately adjacent to the Grands Boulevards Metro station in the heart of Montmarte. There are virtually unlimited dining options within walking distance in every direction from the hotel. The lobby is quite small, and is certainly not designed as a social gathering place like larger hotels. Check-in was fast and efficient and the staff was very friendly and professional. My standard king bed room on the second floor facing the back of the hotel was extremely quiet. The room was small by US Holiday Inn standards, but it is above average size for Paris. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the curtains completely darkened the room for sleeping. The climate control system was also quiet and very efficient. The LCD TV was somewhat small, but had plenty of international news stations. The work desk was large enough for a full size lap top with space to space to space and had a comfortable desk chair. The free Wi-Fi connection was stable and adequate for basic tasks but not sufficient to stream video, although faster speed is available for purchase. Coffee and tea service was included with an electric hot water kettle, and there was some room in the mini-bar fridge to store your own items. The bathroom had only a shower (a bathtub was offered at check-in), with modern fixtures and plenty of hot water. The towels were both very thick and soft and there was a good selection of hotel provided toiletries. As everything in the room and the common areas was relatively new, it appears this hotel had recently been renovated. Unfortunately, the hotel lacks a gym or any recreational facilities. This hotel is neither romantic nor quaint and likely caters to those on business, but anyone looking for a clean modern hotel with decent sized rooms and a great location in central Paris, this Holiday Inn would be a fine choice at up to US$150/night during high season. People and location are good, AC is excellant, breakfast is limited and elevators are annoying

We were here for 6 days on business in May 2017. The location is very good, with a metro station within 15 yards/meters and multiple bus stations within 150 yards/meters. There is a good selection of restaurants of all types within 500 yards/meters, including the superb La Bontendrie. The Open Hop on Hop off bus loads at the Hard Rock about 200 yards/meters to the right. The staff are all very nice and all those that interact with customers have very good English (as well as other languages). You have complete control over temperature which is very unusual; we set the AC at low 60s and loved it. You can see some retrofitting for security purposes, not all of which woks well. The outer lobby door is automatic, the inter lobby door is controlled by front desk personnel. The elevators require key cards to move between floors, however the card readers are dodgy. I would guess the left elevator card reader worked less than half the time. The real downside of this is that when you door closes, assuming your card does not read, you are trapped. Until someone else calls the elevator, you cannot open the doors (this happened multiple times to me and others). The breakfast buffet is limited, with little variation in items. This is fine for a day or two, but boring after several days. The coffee machines are very good and there is a good selection of fruits and yogurts. I would not pay the 18 euros per person cost of the breakfast, given the choices just outside (mine was paid for by the company). The rooms are large for Paris, but about right for the $200-$300 price per night. I was also having an allergic reaction while in Paris, but I was the only one of my group to have the issue so I cannot attribute this to the hotel. Collapse

Stayed here with my wife & 7 year old child for 5 nights beginning of May (01st-05th May). This was my leg of my holiday to Western Europe. The experience was just amazing. The location of the hotel is the best. Step out of the hotel and you are at the metro station & the hop on hop off bus stop, which makes it extremely convenient to move around. The hotel is surrounded with a wide range of restaurants, fast food joints, cafes, nearby 2-3 super markets. Grevin Museum & Hardrock is just couple of steps around. One the best fashionable shopping arcades " La Fayette" is just 5 -10 mins walk. Coming to the hotel, the reception staff was very kind & helpful starting from checking in & until booking a taxi during check out. Also cheerfully assisted us with all info required during our stay. We were staying in a executive room on the first floor facing the road. We loved the comfort of our room & had the best sleep ever. Well Connected free Wifi Whenever we return to Paris , we would blindly stay at this hotels. Thanks to the entire team of Holiday Inn for making our trip a memorable one. Collapse

Good hotel in great location to explore Paris close to shops & bars & the metro. We stayed in a spacious room & the reception staff were helpful too. I would return to this hotel if I visited Paris again.
