We spend two evening at this hotel for our three day trip in Paris. Located in Noisy le Grand, it is 20 min away from the centre of Paris with the RER trains. The hotel is exquisite, staff is friendly, helpful and polite. The rooms were comfy with great bed. Nothing was missing. Give it absolute 5 out if 5, would stay there again if I go back to Paris. Spent two nights in this large hotel as part of Cox & Kings group tour. The rooms were small with separate toilet & bathroom. There was no provision for our evening Indian meal for which we had to go out. The breakfast had hardly any choice as would be expected in a hotel in France which is famous for its cuisine. Getting our bags out to board the bus took quite an effort in other groups vying for the small lifts which could not cater to so many guests. Overall a poor experience. Collapse

I stayed in this hotel with my husband and in laws while Europe tour. The hotel is located at an excellent location with metro station just across the road. There is a decent shopping mall behind the hotel where there are lots of food options and shops to do shopping at reasonable prices. There are two pretty lakes around with swans and ducks swimming. The rooms are good in size with all basic amenities provided in the room. The negative part being the awful breakfast service with no food options and the staff also did not welcome us. There is communication problems which led to many confusions. Overall the hotel has its locational advantages but should improve the breakfast services. Collapse

I booked two nights here, room only, for a 2 night break at Disneyland Paris through Groupon and KPX Travel. The hotel is a twenty minute tube ride from Disneyland Paris with the tube stop being just opposite the hotel. Around the hotel are small lakes making Noisy Le Grand a mix of modern tower blocks with tranquillity. My 6th floor room had a view of this. My room came with a complimentary mini fridge, a coffee machine and a lovely bathroom with free products to use including not just toothpaste but shampoo and bubble bath. There was a dressing robe on the back of the door you could use inside the hotel if you wished to. The television inside room could find BBC News and Channel 4 as well as other international channels so was easy to find something to relax with. Included in my hotel package was also free wifi and what appeared to be a strong signal. There seemed to be more than enough plug sockets for those travelling with a lot of extra technology. Breakfast would have been 17 euros extra for two days but I chose to head straight to Disney for my food and to get on with the exciting day ahead. Collapse

We stayed there as part of a family trip to Disneyland 1. Location The location is both good and bad... It's a very good spot that would enable you to explore both Paris and Disneyland.. the RER train is just outside the hotel.. putting u 20 min from Disneyland and 20 min from central Paris. The bad part is the neighbourhood.. definitely not family friendly.. specially when returning from Disneyland at midnight.. that short walk from the RER to the hotel becomes an unpleasant one. Don't feel safe at night at all. The mall next door has some branded shops and some restaurants .. but it closes quite early around 9 pm as far as I remember.so no eating there when Ur back from a long day in Disney or Paris. Service Check in was quick. The staff were helpful.. overall Serice was as expected Food The worst part there is the food. Breakfast is really bad.. I've stayed in many holiday inns.. I'm an IHG gold member and wasn't expecting a 'wow' at breakfast.. but their breakfast is worse than any other holiday Inn express.. a bunch of tasteless scrambled eggs, toast, cereals, processed cheese and so on.. expensive and tasteless breakfast. And to make things worse.. all restaurants and food services in the hotel close at 11. We came back from Disneyland at 11 with the kids and there was nothing we could use but a vending machine.. and all restaurants around were closed.. I had to take a taxi to get us some food from a MacDonalds which was open till midnight a couple of miles away. Room We stayed in a family room..two double beds.. it was clean.. average hotel room size, safe, mini fridge, hair dryer, the usual.. To be honest.. if we go to Disneyland again,.. I'll choose a different hotel.. we were let down by the food, including the breakfast and the fact that there is no food after 11.. they were very inconvenient.. we couldn't have a proper breakfast to start our day, and if we wanted to stay late in Disney, we were forced to eat at the overpriced crowded restaurants in Disney because there was no proper food at the hotel.. the second let down was the neighbourhood. But we would have overlooked that point. Collapse
