Stayed at the hotel from 15th-17th December 2017 with my friend. The hotel is within walking distance from the station- opposite the Noisy Le grande RER A train station about a 5 minute walk across. We were welcomed by the Francoi the reception staff who was very polite and provided us with a great lake view twin room. Comfortable beds, great room service options. Didn't like the noise in the toilet due to the automatic fan, disturbed our sleep, reception staff mentioned this was beyond their control. We had breakfast included in our package, the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast options were very limited and would prefer an egg counter as there was only a scrambled egg option. great coffee/espresso options. Breakfast requires further improvements, However the whole stay was great and a 20 minute train journey to Disney land and Central Paris. Would recommend this hotel. Thanks to all staff who assisted us at the hotel. Collapse

So firstly obviously this hotel is a holiday Inn so I wasn't expecting much but a clean and quite basic hotel and that I got. However this weekend was far from satisfactory. The location of this hotel is perfect for a trip to Disneyland. As the other reviewers have mentioned it's just a few stops on the train to the park taking about 20 minutes. A single ticket one way is about €5. The hotel is in zone 4 and the park in zone 5, while main Paris is zone 1 so if you want a day travel ticket you have to get zone 1-5 for about €20 for two days. The train station it's self is literally a walk across the road from the hotel just make sure you come out the main entrance and not the rear entrance like we did because you will end up with a very bad first impression of the surrounding area of this hotel. The back of the hotel is right next to an old fashion mall that is situated in can only be described as the hood, it was a most unsettling area and not desirable to walk through. The mall is close enough to walk 5 minutes for eats if you don't mind the undesirable area. This hotel has a good rating but very few have mentioned about the area other than the closeness of the train station so I think it's important to note this as I felt very uncomfortable walking around there and was happy I was with my partner. The hotel is having some building done so checking in was very loud and hard to even hear the receptionist who's attitude was lacking in customer service. We booked a standard room on lastminute.com but when we arrived we were informed that they had put us in a twin room because last minute.com do not stipulate whether you want a double or twin and by the time we checked in they had no doubles left. Even though we complained nothing could be done so my partner and I spent the weekend in separate beds. The hotel and reception staff did nothing to help sort the situation and didn't even seem to care so make sure you stipulate you specific needs even if you think it's obvious. We also paid £15 for a breakfast for the 2 mornings we were there but we didn't even bother going the second day as what was supplied on the first day was barely edible. The "hot food" was in fact stone cold and the scramble egg looked like dog puke. We are in France and yet the bread was like rock and was almost certainly not fresh. Do not waste your money on it, the train station across the road smelt fresher than what was offered in the hotel! Stay in this hotel if you want somewhere easy and super close to get to Disney but only expect to literally sleep there and not spend anytime in the surrounding area. It's cheap and simple with 2 star service. Collapse

Rooms are very good, clean and spacious. Everyone speaks English here which is fantastic. The bar area doubles as a breakfast/restaurant, which is a little strange and doesn't make you feel so relaxed. However, this hotel is undergoing a refurb on the ground floor. When completed I think that there will be a bar. Gym was quite small, but no-one else was in it. The big bonus, they get British TV - BBC 1, BBC 2, More 4 etc..... No other hotel in France, that I have stayed at, has it. The Holiday Inn proves that it can be done. Which leads me to believe that hoteliers in France are discriminating against British tourists and business people. Bravo Holiday Inn Would recommend for business travellers. Collapse

We stayed here as a family for one night stop. The hotel is good, with a private parking that lead directly to the lobby. Check in was fast, but don’t expect someone to help you with the bags. We had a sleeping child with us and we had to drag our bags all the way to our rooms. The room itself was nice spacious with one bed and one sofa bed that was already prepared. The toilet was separated from the shower. It would have been good if we found food in the hotel as we arrived at 10 PM. Only the bar was open. And the whole area around the hotel was closed. The breakfast was basic but enough with everything you need to start the day. Nice staff and fast service. We will stay again for sure if we passed in the region. Collapse

Centrally located for us to move around. We stayed here as a couple and we had no issues. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. We had a comfortable stay. We had breakfast here and was pretty good.
