The Hotel room was very good and comfortable, dining room was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly and ready to help us. It was very easy to get to the 02 from Stratford, for the Robbie Williams Concert on Friday 11th and Saturday 12th we spent in and around London. We would like to say whilst at the Concert we were well looked after by Maisie and her Mum Jackie, Maisie was very helpful and friendly and did a good job,. We were pleased to see them again after April at the O2 - Gary Barlow concert. Collapse

We booked an overnight stay with 2 rooms to celebrate my daughter's 16th Birthday. On arrival we were greeted by Laura who made us feel so welcome and on mentioning being a birthday treat, she gave us 4 free drinks vouchers! Our rooms were ready early and were spotlessly clean. The bar lounge was very comfortable and the bar staff bent over backwards to make us feel welcome, even bringing out a personalised chocolate dessert for the Birthday girl! My daughter had the perfect birthday and we would 100% come back and stay in this hotel - Thank you to all staff, you do a grand job! Collapse

Fortune is a female dog. That’s my summery for this whole article realy. It might seem a trifle odd to summarise an article before its conception but I think I can take my anger at the circumstances that led me to the Holiday Inn in Stratford and focus then into a concise summery. To Extemporize. This new year I was fortunate enough to spend my time with my family in Ipswich. A wonderful time was had by all and copious beverages were consumed of all shapes and volume. Unfortunately, I was accompanied by a rather hopeful and optimistic wife. She considered that it would be advantageous to return to our Kentish home a day before the commencement of 2017 at work. This was thought of to give us time to relax before subjected to the inevitable. I advised her that it was unwise to leave our aunts house in Suffolk at 20.00 hours as the probability of us getting home at all that late in the evening were slim. This was disagreed with. And so we found ourselves in a predicament on our approach to London, Stratford, whereby a respite for the night was needed as trains were nonexistent at 22.00 that night. Never again shall I bother to point out the obvious. However, despite all this misfortune, we were able to secure a room at the Holiday Inn in Stratford City. An unexpected boon. The accommodation was comfortable, but not too luxurious as to make us weary of a large bill. We were also confronted with the fortune that the Inn itself is situated just outside of the main shopping complex. More good fortune for the missus than me. Service was found to be prompt and courteous, and room service was needed that night as we were both famished. The quality of the food was pleasantly surprising for a hotel of such a caliber. They even had a Kopperburg for me. For which I was and am eternally grateful. Needed it badly to be honest. The bathrooms were satisfactory, though sanitary. There was no readily available bath soaps and dental accoutrements and that had to be sent down for. At a pinch per night, (I think we parted with £98 for a double room), it was a blessing in disguise. Though as Blackadder might have said, 'If it is a blessing in disguise, it’s a very good disguise...' A splendid night was had though and a much needed stop gap between 2016 and 2017. Fortune found a comfortable kennel. Collapse

I went to London during the new year vacation we stayed my friend and I at the holiday inn in Stratford. To be honest we didn't know what to expect but once there we had a blast. It's in the middle of a mall so it's a great location if u want to do some good shopping. Lots of restaurants and cafes to make ur stay even more pleasant.now let me tell me about the hotel from the reception especially Laura and the others I m sorry I don't remember there names, to the concierge especially Marco and Mathieu and the other guy sorry again I don't recall the names to the stuff in the restaurant and the great smile of hayat they are all friendly polite helpful always present to help u book tickets ask for direction anything u can need. The rooms are clean the water is hot not as we heard. The breakfast have a good variety clean and tasty so I ll have the time to eat peacefully surrounded by the great stuff. The location also is great u just take the escalator to take the bus the tube or the taxi. My advise if ur staying for few days make the Oyster card it's helpful and cheaper and it allows u to use the bus and the tube. Thank you for making our stay memorable and for sure if I ll visit London again I ll definitely stay in the holiday inn Stratford because the location and the stuff are just perfect thank you all for ur courtesy and help . Till we meet again stay happy Collapse
