We recently had our wedding ceremony, wedding breakfast and reception at this hotel and everything was superb. First we'd like to thank Becki, the hotel's event organiser. We chose the venue on meeting Becki, who's professionalism and passion for her job shone through and made us both confident that the day would be a success. The whole day ran like clockwork. Our guests were made to feel so welcomed by all of the staff. Another special mention to Susan but everybody was brilliant, the staff on reception, the man who moved the dance floor for us twice, the waiting staff who where so efficient. All spot on. The food was served expertly and the to the correct diners. The food itself was perfect and our guests were very impressed by the quality. We had family and friends staying for the weekend and all totally enjoyed their stay. We were in an Executive Room, which had a huge bed, good sized flat screen TV and was a perfect size for all the coming and goings that happen when a Bride is preparing to get married. Becki was there throughout the day, which gave us even more confidence that all would go well. She and her staff had a long day but never lost their smiles. Thank you All for making our day go so well. Collapse

It's not often that I feel compelled to write a review, but our experience of the hotel and the nights stay is worth a mention. Brief outline, we were attending a wedding at the Holiday Inn and we were staying the night. First impressions, reception was friendly, efficient and helpful, so far so good. The event rooms were super lovely and you could see a lot of thought and preparation had gone into this. I can't say how important this is, your staff were exceptional, I don't use that word lightly, they completely made the day and really cared about what they did and enjoyed the occasion as well, Susan deserves a special mention but all were great. They food was considerably better than other venues and events I have attended, it's hard to get it right with so many people to serve at the same time, again the service was impressive. Thank you, you made a special day even more memorable, I was very pleasantly surprised 10/10. Collapse

Pretty standard accommodation, but had everything you need and was clean and in a good location for our needs. We used the small fitness room which was nothing spectacular but was a bonus to have. There was a good selection at breakfast and I thought it offered reasonable value. Staff were friendly and we didn't have to check out until noon which was great. Collapse

My Wife and I stayed here for one night prior to attending an event in Greenwich. There is plenty of car parking at this hotel and the bonus was the number of disabled spaces located near to the entrance. We were greeted by a cheerful and friendly receptionist who could not have been more helpful. I had originally booked a twin room however, upon enquiring, it became apparent that a King room was available. I paid the shall upgrade charge and was very pleased that I did. The room was spacious and contained everything that we needed. WiFi was free, easily accessed and had a strong signal. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bed linens. The hotel was very quiet overnight which aided a good night's sleep. Breakfast was a buffet style affair which had plenty of choice. Everything was well stocked and kept tidy. Without exception, every member of staff that we met was friendly, polite and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. Collapse

I arrived by train into Bexley Railway Station and it was a 10 minute walk to the hotel, I had a good welcome at check in and I was welcomed as a IHG Platinum Ambassador Member. I booked a Double room on redemption points but I was upgraded to a King Bedded room, I was also given welcome amenity points. I was given a room on the ground floor which was a short distance from reception and was fairly small with the massive bed taking up most of the space, I liked the decor with a good use of grey colours which seemed to work well. The bed itself was incredibly comfortable, there was a good amount of storage space for belongings. The TV had a handful of Freeview channels and the aircon worked well as the evening was quite warm. There was a trouser press but when I tried to use it just fell apart. The bathroom was fairly small but OK with a mid-sized bathtub, powerful shower and there was a small range of Gilchrist & Soames toiletries. The hotel was very busy but there was no noise from within the hotel and because of the good soundproofing there was no traffic noise either. I would consider staying again if I was in the area again. Collapse
