We just returned from a recent stay in this property and as a travel agent by trade I would have no hesitation to recommend this hotel to anyone going to Anaheim to visit Disneyland etc.... The hotel was bright and the room clean and spacious. As a family of 4 we had 2 queen beds in the room. The rooms also had a lovely and clean bathroom, with ample counter top space there too - a must for families!!! The staff here were wonderful, very friendly at all times of the day and had lots of knowledge regarding the surrounds and things to see and do. Obviously being in Anaheim; Disneyland and Disney California Adventure Park were on our visit list and they have a shuttle that picks up every 20 minutes to drop off at the bus stops within the park - this came in very handy especially at night when the queues to drop off where HUGE - I was so glad we didn't Uber or taxi it there would have wasted half out time just waiting. This bus also drops you back at the hotel and runs until midnight (or close enough). The pool area is brilliant at this property and they have a bar with Happy Hour - a great addition to Mums and Dads just wanting to relax by the pool too - oh and also a BBQ which guests can utilise if the kitchen staff aren't cooking up a storm. There is also a nice and fairly large spa there too. The breakfast buffet in the morning was delicious - I can honestly say I overindulged on those breakfast potatoes every morning - but it was a great way to fill up for the day!!! And if you didn't want the scrambled eggs on offer the staff were more than happy to get you your eggs done any way you wanted them. They also have a neat little convenience store where you can grab bits and bobs: food, drinks, head ache tablets. Due to us having to cut our trip short and husband travelling on to Dallas, they were able to extend our room occupation until 3:00pm (FOC!!!!) and then store our luggage - we also then had use of the pool which has a area to then shower and to change the kids into their plane travelling clothes. This was a absolute bonus as it meant we didn't have to hang around LAX. All and all I found no faults with hotel at all - our toilet played up at one stage and maintenance were quick to get his fixed. Also they have THE BEST body lotion that I have ever used in a hotel - coconut and lime - heavenly!! Collapse
Dirty & Disorganized, Understaffed

This is an old, tired property that has had a little lipstick applied. Nothing special. A few issues: - Double beds--smaller than full size beds you might have at home--make it almost impossible for couples to share a bed. - Room configuration is awkward with the bathroom door hitting he closet door and almost the room door. - Not enough dresser space (3 small drawers for a family) - Our AC unit rattled & suddenly buzzed loudly at night to where we had to turn it off and open the window, which only opened 3 inches. - Toilet didn't flush unless you held the lever down for 10 seconds. - The towels at the pool are kitchen dish-towel size. - The pool bar closes at 5pm. The most concerning issue is the hotel is dirty and disorganized and seems understaffed. Housekeeper doesn't come to the room until late in the day and only does a surface cleaning (I got a little makeup on the full-length mirror one day and it was never cleaned off during our four-day stay). Public restrooms on 1st floor were dirty with trash on the floor. Housekeeping was literally mopping the floor in the cafe area right under our feet while we were eating breakfast!! This work should all be done overnight before guests wake up, but certainly not WHILE we're eating and enjoying coffee and underneath our actual feet on a Saturday morning. There was only one staffer checking people in and he was also responsible for the "store" or gift shop. He couldn't even find a spoon when we bought a small container of ice cream--the storage area for the store was messy, had boxes everywhere and things fell out of the cupboard when he opened it. Hard to believe this was an actual, operating business. There was one employee handling the cafe in the morning and she was very slow, with a line of people 6 deep trying to eat and get coffee before going to Disneyland or, in our case, to a soccer tournament. Trying to get a drink in the bar was worse - you had to go into the kitchen and yell for a bartender or any employer you could hopefully find. Some random, tired person would come out to make you a drink, but looked like they'd never done it before. They ran out of certain wines and spirits and didn't apologize for it. Will not stay here again. Collapse

This place is clean, comfortable and convenient in price and location in the Anaheim area. We booked 3 rooms and requested they be close together. Front desk got us an adjoining room and the 3rd next door. They helped us with directions and long distance phone calls and calling cabs for us. Only cons I can mention are the AC not working properly in 2 rooms. One of us had to move to another room directly across so was in the same vicinity as the other 2 rooms. The rooms were a bit muggy. The room I had had only a shower with hardly anything to hold toiletries. The doors to the bathroom, front door and adjoining door were very close together so there wasn't much entry room. Altogether I would still highly recommend this hotel. Safety comfort and cleanliness are definitely here. Collapse

Stayed here with my son and his friend. A great base to explore both the local area and further afield. Staff all very pleasant and polite. Couldn't do enough to help and make sure that all our needs were catered for. Was great to be welcomed back from staff at reception when returning each evening despite the many number of guests. Staff in the restaurant very alert to needs and would appear quickly at table seeming to know what you wanted before you asked i.e refills etc. Small cafe too and again very pleasant staff. Food fairly priced and goid quality. Rooms cleaned well and beds and towels replaced as and when we required them. Rooms air conditioned. Pool area clean and tidy. Hot tub too which was nice. A small gym but had what was needed. Shuttle service to Disney resort every 20 mins at a small cost. 6,20 am first sevice and 12.30 last bus back so no worries there. Free wifi, fridge, safe, tv and coffee maker. Collapse

I was here for work but checking it out as a potential stay with my family in the future. My room was good and clean. I think the only issue I had was the windows are paper thin and I could hear the kids in the pool all day until it closed at 11:00pm. I was in the tower with the main lobby. Pool was good, beer and wine in the pool are in the afternoon which is nice. Onsite restaurant. When I travel with my family I like to stay closer to the park because I'm not a fan of the ART system but at this hotel it's probably the best set up. ART pretty much only stops at this hotel which makes for a faster trip. They have a nice bench at the hotel for sitting and a kiosk to purchase the tickets. I still prefer to stay closer to the park and be able to walk. It costed me $5.00 for the day so that would be $20 for all of us. I had to pay for breakfast but I think you can get vouchers with some of the rooms. I had the waffles and they were good but I paid $10.00. I prefer the free breakfast at other hotels if my family is with me because it would be a $50 for the four of us. Collapse
