Booked on the back of TA forum recommendations I was so pleased I did go for the Hi-Park Serris. At £160 for 2 nights for a family of 4 its an absolute bargain, yes you don’t get the magic hours of staying in a Disney Hotel but it worked out several hundred pounds cheaper, with no other compromises. Plus there is a free shuttle bus to and from the Park. Note this does not require booking and can get busy, we got the first bus which was very quiet and were in the queue by 9am, entering Disney park at 9.30 on the dot to make the most of the fast passes and quieter queue times. The hotel itself is ideally located, 5 mins walk to loads of restaurants and the Val D’Europe shopping centre. Within shopping centre are many high street stores but also a large Auchan supermarket and a RER train station to take you to Paris. The supermarket is open until 9.30pm, so on our first night we bought breakfast and sandwich stuff for the following day. The room we booked was a 1 bed, with sofa bed in the living room, which also had a fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher so could eat in should you wish. Reception is open 24 hours so no concerns over your arrival time and the staff are multi-lingual and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a cheaper alternative for a Disney stay. We booked at transfer to the hotel from CDG with ezyshuttle (check the TA forum) at a cost of 70e, great service, there waiting for us in the terminal on arrival with a sign. Collapse

My partner and I stayed at this hotel and we thought it was very nice. Just what we needed for a short break. Nice room and bathroom and the surrounding areas were very nice. Short walk to the two shopping centres with great shops and restaurants. 15 minutes walk to the Disney parks with a free shuttle bus should you prefer. Breakfast was ok but I would not have paid for it separately but it was adequate. Continental with no hot food except boiled eggs. Overall we enjoyed our stay but we’re not there long enough to try and enjoy the sauna and swimming pool. I would happily stay here again and Recommend. Tea and coffee would have been welcome and some more pillows would have been great. Collapse

Stayed here September, 2017 and booked through Opodo. Staff were very polite and attentive and fully answered any questions we had. We used the car park under the hotel which was more convenient than risking finding a parking space and was secure for our hire car. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped but complimentary tea and coffee would have been appreciated. Bed was comfy enough and bathroom was clean. Breakfast was continental but a wide choice and we found enough to set us up for the day. We only used the shuttle bus service to Disneyland twice as the hotel is within about 20 minutes walk and we were fortunate with the weather but I would think that families with small children would struggle as the bus gets quite full. Val d'europe is about 5 minutes walk away and is packed with a good assortment of shops and places to eat. Overall the hotel is a reasonable price considering its good central location for Disney and Val d'europe and I would recommend it for couples and families. Collapse

3 nights while traveling to disneyland. Adults with 2 children. Hotel has quiet rooms equip with large bad plus a sofa-bed for children. Shuttle to and from disneyland, share with other 2 hotels. Very disappointed with service from disneyland to hotel at night. The driver leave the guests 300m before the hotel, middle of nowhere, raining cats and dogs, even with children because it claims the bus stop is there. Do not understand because on the opposite way it stops at the hotel door. Complaint done at hotel. They said it like this in France!! Also, frequency of bus to return is low when needed the most, like after the evening show, while high during afternoon when there's none returning. Result is buses completely packed at rush hours. For 3 the whole stay there was not cleaning to the room, not even doing the beds. The day of arrival we called the hotel twice and we were left on hold for 5 minutes until we have up. There was a bucket in the middle of the corridor taking drips from the ceiling for 3 days. Nobody cared. No room service. Only some vending machines. Breakfast is good. Do not recommend this hotel. Okay so I travel quite a lot and I've worked at hotels for 10 years so I know what I'm talking about and I always give hotels the benefit of the doubt and focus on the positive. But this hotel was truly one of the worst I've stayed at. 1.It started with the check-in, I had upgraded our room from a basic to an executive studio (the difference turned out to be the executive studio actually has a bed, the basic have a sofa turned into a bed) but this was already not communicated correctly since they wanted to give us a basic studio. The room was one of the smallest I ever stayed in and they managed to squish a kitchenette in there as well. The room smelled like sweat and smoke..I figured that's ok, as a hotel you can't control it when previous guests smoked. The room wasn't cleaned properly (i.e. crumbs on the floor, toothpaste on the walls etc) but still wanted to give the place the benefit of the doubt. 2.Next were the pillows if you can call 'm that, I've seen napkins thicker than those pillows. We went to the reception asking for 2 extra pillows, they only had 1...really? A hotel of that size and you have 1 spare pillow? Okay fine we'll make it work. 3.Then we wanted to turn on the airconditioning since the room felt like an oven; it didn't do anything. I called to the reception several times, let the phone ring for minutes nobody picked up so had to go downstairs and stand in line again. The man behind the reception said someone would come and fix it in a moment. 45 minutes later and nobody came, we got hungry went outside and said to the receptionist that we were out but the electricien could go to our room. When we got back it still wasn't fixed, we called to the reception and again someone would come...nobody came so we went downstairs AGAIN, here's where they gave us some lame excuse that the airco only blew hot air, cold air was not possible...what?! In the end after discussing the heat in the room we got a fan. Sleeping was a crime due to it being way too hot and having my head on a pillow the size of a stamp. 4.Breakfast was basic...little choice...and we had to boil our own eggs..no knives available, no fruit etc, just not that great. 5. We decided to check out after 1 night even though we booked for 2, they couldn't care less, when I mentioned we were leaving cause we were not happy with the hotel they just said 'Okay, have a nice day.' This is not how you should handle complaints like that. The staff does the bare minimum and the entire hotel just feels cheap and unwelcoming. If you have a choice, I highly advice you to choose whatever other option you have. Positives: -convenient shuttle to Disneyland -2 big shoppingmalls in walkingdistance Collapse
