We had a two night stay as a base to explore Belfast and a little of the Causeway Coast. The trip into Belfast was quick and easy, making the hotel ideally located for HH members not wanting to pay extra to use the Hilton in the city center. The hallways are not pleasant and look like a dorm, however, the room was nice overall. We had two problems with the room. First, the WiFi was awful and was constantly disconnecting. I was told this was because I was in a corner room. The presidential suite was next door so I can only imagine the connection would be worse there. I had to sit on the bed (closest spot in room towards the center of the hotel) to receive a stable connection. Therefore, the comfortable chair and couch in the room was of little use to me for the entire trip as my down time was spent on the laptop. The other issue was the noisy bed. Every toss or turn would wake my partner and subsequently both of our sleep suffered. Reception did take note of our concerns during check out which was appreciated. The bathroom was fine but nothing special. Also, we received a room with an adjoining door. Thankfully our neighbors were mostly quiet. The fitness center was well equipped and the swimming/spa area was good. Outside hotel guests also have access but it was not overly busy during our stay. I was slightly disappointed that the fitness center did not open earlier than 8am on Saturday. Overall, I would consider staying here again but left feeling like I should have paid extra to stay in the Hilton in the city center. Collapse

Stayed here for the second time but this time around we brought our two kids to experience a hotel for there first time. They were so excited and bouncing with joy when they saw the size of our room. The Hotel appeared busy on arrival but in no time at all we got booked in. We had a great time in the pool and the kids loved the jacuzzi. The Bar menu and dining room menu were very similar to food being offered and prices just above what I'd expect to pay. We decided to have roast of the day which was beef and I was happy with the price and boy it was superb. The kids ate free of the buffet which I wasn't aware of at the time but the friendly waitress today us. The kids loved it and I thought it took all the street out of dining. I would like to add it was fantastic to watch the chef prepare food in the open kitchen he was truly professional and great with our kids. The only thing I'd say on the negative side but just an observation was that the young Restaurant Manager should pay more attention to staff training on recent staff that have been there about a month. When he only cleared half our table and failed to return with dessert menu's I could see he clearly wanted to look good himself but forgot about what he's there for. Please give the twin girls a pat on the back. They are simply superb at there job. And to conclude our stay was breakfast . Brilliant. Well done to all again who made our family stay enjoyable. Stayed here just before Christmas, excellent price. Room was very spacious and clean. As a smoker i was surprised that they allowed smoking in designated rooms. Although i had a smoking room i decided to smoke outside on the balcony. The bar food is fine with a good choice. Football fans can watch the sky sports match on the tv's in the bar. Very good facilities, the pool is great. Good access to Belfast centre and the International airport which are about a 15/20 minute drive away. Will definitely use this hotel again. Collapse
