We stayed here for 4nights to test out Mallorca and we were very pleased. The hotel is in the most peaceful spot, miles from anywhere. The staff are absolutely amazing, so helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. From our dealings with Vanessa before we arrived to all the front of house staff including Ferran when we were there, were incredible. The waiting staff were superb, Inez and Moises are just amazing people, so friendly and amusing-they made us feel so special despite having loads more guests to serve. Tom was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble and he must have been able to find our room blindfold, with an ice bucket! We had a beautiful room with a terrace and a garden view. It was large, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean- and I am probably one of the fussiest people ever about hygiene! It met and exceeded my expectation for hygiene, in fact all of the hotel areas did.( I do not say this lightly, honestly). The only thing I didn't much like was the glass cubicle for the toilet, it seemed quite unnecessary as it provided no privacy so why? Just my view of course. The bed was a little firm for me as I have arthritis but one word with the front desk and a further mattress topper solved the issue, brilliant service! Pillows were soft and the bedding was good quality. Beautiful rooms and I couldn't fault them , I even know which room I will request next visit! The breakfasts was extremely good and to eat it in the beautiful setting of the sunny courtyard was the icing on the cake. Lunch and dinner were the only areas which I which I believe could be improved and that was because the Menus didn't change which meant the offering was limited.Although the food was fine, perhaps a couple of daily specials could be added so that guests didn't get bored with the choices. Maybe some nice Artisan sandwiches, this would be a lovely option for lunchtimes and could change with availability of local produce? It would also have been nice to have had some fresh fish options, again local availability prevailing, at dinner. We did have a couple of issues with food but they were sorted with a smile by the exceptional waiting staff and that is all any customer can ask for. The local wines are really nice and we were advised well by Inez, such a lovely lady! I would recommend hiring a car as the taxis are very pricey and a return trip to Palma can cost £60, which is more expensive than a days car hire. We'll definitely hire one next time. It's also handy to be able to go out to eat at other places and see some of the island too. All in all, this hotel is beautiful and so are the staff, I can't say that enough and I'm sorry I can't remember everyone's name on the desk to mention individually but they were all amazing and I feel a bit ashamed that my rubbish memory has let me down here! Thank you all and we hope to see you again soon. Collapse

This hotel was a fantastic discovery. A true gem. It's a beautiful property immaculately maintained and isolated enough to be in complete silence at night but close enough to the major attractions in the island (you would need a car though). The rooms are huge and really pretty, we got a deluxe garden room with a terrace and it was lovely. The swimming pools (yes, there are two) and the spa were great and the grounds are lovely, it feels like staying over at somebody's old grand house, including a chapel! The restaurant has great food and service (yes, a bit pricey but this is a 5 star resort) and the breakfast was truly a Hilton great. Hilton properties outside the US tend to be grander and more exclusive than their American counterparts, and following that trend the Hilton Sa Torre has tried very hard to become a truly beautiful resort for the discerning traveller and it has succeeded in all counts. The staff is truly remarkable, no request is met with a 'no' but with a friendly smile. They do get out of their way to help and make you comfortable. We will definitely be coming back. Collapse

We held our wedding at the Hilton Sa Torre and we cannot recommend the venue highly enough. Every time we visit, each member of staff is so welcoming and friendly. The venue is just simply stunning. Our guests were overwhelmed with how beautiful the venue and location is. We would like to personally thank Angela, our events coordinator, who oversaw everything, from us originally visiting the venue a year ago, right up until our actual wedding day two weeks ago. She was very efficient and always at the other end of an email to respond to any queries. Also, Alfredo was fantastic in arranging our catering needs and made sure that our banquet was perfect. The food was incredible. A big thank you also to the chef. The food was delicious and very well presented. The hotel now holds such a special place in our hearts. Thank you so much to everyone at the Hilton Sa Torre who made our day so magical. We can't wait to visit again soon! Collapse
