stayed in this hotel at the beginning of the year. I have experienced classic Hilton treatment. In a few, simple words, they make me feel at home. Specifically, in this hotel staff was attentive and gentle and always keen to accommodate my requests. The gym is great. Finally, it is basically located in the old town and minutes from major interest points. Collapse

My room was 446 and it was traditional room with plenty of space and a - for european - measures - enormous tv 60"+. Bathroom was good and clean. No separate shower. Sufficient towels and good size plugs. For breakfast - if not included - one needs to purchase vouchers at 17 euro/day at the reception. Hotel bar was okay. Didn;t like the low seats but that is personal preference. Would recommend this hotel when staying in Prague. It is close to the main sight seeing areas and metro that will get you anywhere in the city. Airport to Hotel was around 20-25 mins on Sunday evening. Collapse

Our last port of call on our New Year trip, and it is without exception that we were so happy to be back in our " home " in Prague. Although we have only visited once before the red carpet treatment from start to finish was top notch. This is truly such a well run operation lead by a brilliant GM. Every member of staff only has praise for their leader and having met him I totally concur. But without an amazing team of staff you don't have a hotel, not here. Far too many names to mention because if I forget one I would be never forgiven, but the whole team are outstanding and such a credit to this hotel. Our room, top floor Executive suite has been refurbished since our last visit, such taste and such comfort. Thank you for our welcome bottle and gifts during our stay, very much appreciated. Adriana and her team in the Executive lounge were outstanding, our new friends....not staff !!! Such professional service, from getting the morning first cup of coffee, breakfast through to evening service...we were not allowed to do anything...yes that's top notch service, and always done with a happy smile. Spent many happy times in the hotel lobby bar, thank you Sorina and her team for also looking after us. X Used the excellent service of the hotel masseur Faval, twice, again I only have Adriana to thank for arranging that. So enjoyed to spa area, sauna and pool. This hotel has the best location of the two Hilton's in the town, just a five minute walk to everything. The tram stop near by is great too if you don't want to walk up to the castle. Tram 15 then change to tram 22. I am already planning a return visit ASAP as far as I am concerned, I just so love this hotel but I love it's staff even more....see you soon I hope !!! Collapse

This hotel is nice overall, but the rooms could use updating. There are no views and nothing particularly special about the rooms. However, the hotel is in a good location and the corner room we stayed in was quite spacious. We were in Prague over Christmas, which was wonderful. The hotel didn't go above and beyond or do anything special for Christmas, but it still felt festive. We had purchased executive lounge access as part of our room rate, but for some reason weren't on the executive lounge floor (perhaps because some of the executive rooms come with corner rooms). This floor may have rooms that are more updated- the halls looked nicer than ours. Either way, the executive lounge was not worth it. The lounge is extremely small- you have to get there quite a bit of time before the happy hour if you want a seat. Options are limited and they quickly run out of staples like spoons, plates, cups, etc. due to the high volume of people and how quickly they clear the tables. It feels like there are too many people with lounge access- it can't accommodate the amount of people that want to use it during high volume times. The food particularly wasn't impressive, but the wine, beer and hard alcohol selection appeared to be fine. I highly recommend having breakfast in the main restaurant as opposed to the lounge (included in the lounge rate). The breakfast in the lounge had was more selection, way better ambiance, less people and a nice staff. Our bag didn't arrive with us and the concierge was very nice about this and knew the routine of the airlines and when it would likely be delivered. She called the airport for us and was reassuring. The front desk staff wasn't particularly nice, but that was a quick interaction. Collapse
