A great quality hotel for a decent rate in PA. The buffet breakfast is a little pricy but high quality with good variety and likely the best thing to do before heading out to your day on the town. The hotel is ideally located just off the highway and within a 10-15 minute drive to the core downtown sites eg St Peyer and St Paul Basilica; Liberty Bell; Museum of Art (Rocky stairs!) etc. Hope you meet Norm, the Doorman! My son and daughter in law got married at the Hilton. Everything was perfect! The hotel room, the venue, the lobby, the bar and all the rooms we used were clean and beautiful. I will definitely recommend this venue!

Excellent accommodations, staff. Staff responded to requests pleasantly, quickly, and correctly. Check-in and -out quick, correct, pleasant. Dining facilities had good to excellent food and very pleasant staff.

My husband and I checked in to the hotel on a Friday late afternoon (about 5:30 pm). There was one front desk clerk who was on the phone and the line to check in was growing. So he multitasked at first to check us in. It took so long he finally put his caller on hold. As he gave us room keys, I asked if he had my Hilton Honors number on file. He confirmed he did. So we went upstairs to our room. At 9 am the next morning, I noticed a charge to my credit for the cost of one night. I thought it odd but did not give it much thought. We were visiting for a wedding the next day and so we're in and out of the room several times during the day. Housekeeping never came to clean the room - even after we asked the housekeepers several times to come clean the room over the course of the day (we were not in the room other than to grab some things). Finally at 6 pm, we went to the front desk and requested immediate cleaning and fresh towels so that we could shower for the wedding that night. At that point someone finally realized we were in the hotel in our room. The next morning when I went to check out, the front desk clerk gave me a bill for only one night - Saturday into Sunday. When I told her that we checked in Friday night, the bill should be for two nights, and the reservation number on the bill she handed me was not the confirmation number I received when I made the two night reservation, she looked confused. She checked their system and said they had not realized we checked in on Friday, so they charged us as a "no show" (thus the one night charge on my credit card Saturday morning) and therefore, they were giving me a bill for only one night. I asked her to fix this so that I could get my Hilton Honors credit for both nights and she said she would. However, that never happened - despite my seeking credit for a missed stay on my account. This has left an incredibly bad impression of this hotel and it's management. Can't quite believe they had guests stay there and not know it. Collapse
