Check in was easy and friendly - I was even upgraded to a courtyard room due to my HHonors diamond status (more on that later), parking was no problem either day and finding the hotel was simple so all in all a great start after a long day. Went up to my room, lovely and quiet, then pulled open the curtains to look at the "courtyard" and lo, half a roof across the window... See pic below. Bit of neck strain to find the courtyard but hey ho, that's not an issue, I was busy and this was simply a place to eat and rest for two nights and I doubt reception knew that this room was as it is. Restaurant was popular and well staffed with smiley, happy people and the soup and steak I had were good on night one, done as I asked and chef made his own onion rings (MK Hilton - take note!!!). Night two I had soup and pie, again very good. Breakfast was like dinner - well staffed by pleasant folk, attentive and happy to help - requested eggs arrived perfectly cooked. All in all 5/5 for the restaurant and kitchen team. 2nd nights sleep wasn't too good, I think the roof outside my room houses some kind of pump that ran through the night (maybe for the LivingWell centre below me?). A tad noisy at times and mentioned on checkout. WiFi was pretty good throughout the hotel and the room itself was very spacious with proper desk space away from the bed - ideal for letting me get on with some work each night. Bathroom is just my usual moan - shower over a tiny bath - but at least this time I could get under it, apparently the hotel only has assisted rooms with stand alone showers. Happy to return, just not to room 236! Collapse

A really well run Hotel. The Hilton Northampton has something for everyone. A health club with an excellent spa facility. Great for families and couples alike. It is a firm favouite of mine. I stay quite regularly.

Booked this to get a head start for a track day nearby. Great location just off the motorway and had leisure facilities. Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom a bit dated and worn. Breakfast was fantastic and so were the facilities, steam room was out order, jacuzzi and pool good. Changing room showers however are a bit of a squeeze. Collapse

Great staff, great hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Rooms were clean and tidy as you would expect from a Hilton. I have stayed here before and the service was the same on both occasions, I will definitely stay again.

Quick Review: Pros •Easy to get to off the M1 •Ease of Parking •Early check-in (if you have the app) •Friendly & Fun Staff •Great Breakfast Con's: •Bar wasn't always attended •Ran out of Hot Chocolate lol Full Review This was a birthday treat for my partner, I made this clear on my booking as some hotels (not all) will do something special in the room. This wasn't the case here!! On arrival check-in was swift as i'm an honours member and i was issued with a free drink voucher, I spoke nicely to the lady and simply suggested it's a bit strange that i've booked a room for 2 but only get 1 FREE drink so she gave me another voucher. I was booked into a King Suite (201) this was a large room with a living room and bed room and the view was of the garden. The room was obviously spacious as it was a suite and clean with two large tv's with access to the rear ports to make use of the USB & HDMI ports. It was good to see the Holy Bible in one of the draws in the room. Breakfast Lots to choose from a buffet full English to your continental and fruit. Oh there was also a Pancake and Waffle machine so you could make your own, I do enjoy a pancake. All in all the 24hrs I was at the hotel was a pleasure. A taxi to town will cost about £10 If you found my review helpful please like, ta. Collapse
