Very close to main train station as you reach the city center in few minutes. By metro after 3 stations you are in Duomo. My compliments to the chefs as the breakfast is very good and you have plenty variety for any taste. Service very nice with always a smile. The team very confident and they know what they do. Special thanks to Marco in FO for his assistances and Marco in room service :) Generally felt very comfortable, like home, and i strongly recomend it to anyone. Collapse

My unpleasant stay began at their Hilton Honors check-in desk with the careless attitude of the receptionist as she returned my passport by tossing it on the counter rather than politely handing it to me. Then my credit card was declined when the desk clerk tried to pre-authorize it, but she did not inform me, so I had problems with Uber and a restaurant that evening. Later I determined my credit card was temporarily blocked because the DoubleTree by Hilton (where I stayed the previous four nights elsewhere in Milan) had pre-authorized my card four times. Chase Visa automatically treated this as possible fraudulent activity. My room's Wi-Fi was unusable due to a weak signal and frequent disconnections. A hotel manager admitted this is a common problem, but they will not be upgrading their Wi-Fi until next year. Therefore I was forced to work in their "business center" located in an open area next to the lobby, where a screaming kid was running in circles for almost an hour. The facial expressions of the reception clerks indicated they were annoyed, too, however none of them attempted to resolve the situation, so I had to reprimand the kid myself. Eventually his mother came from the lounge and took him upstairs. When I finally returned to my room around midnight, I was shocked to hear the same screaming kid in the room next to mine! This time I dialed their room directly and asked the father to silence his kid. After all of this, I slept uncomfortably because the heating system had not been enabled yet, presumably due to the early arrival of cold weather. The next morning when I called downstairs to report this, another receptionist said, "I would not know anything about it." He reluctantly extended my check-out time by two hours after I requested it, but did not apologize for the lack of heat. When I checked out at 2:00 p.m., there was a slow queue of eight guests because only one clerk was at the reception desk, despite this being the start of the check-in period. So I knocked on the door of the private office area behind reception and asked for a manager. Fortunately he immediately ordered two more clerks, and he personally processed my check-out. Collapse

We stayed for one night in October and found it to be perfectly satisfactory. On arrival our room wasn't ready but after telling them we had requested early check in we were checked in and had our room. On the small size (fine for one night) it was clean and did the job. The bed wasn't to my liking as you could feel the springs but the pillows were good. Couple of minor details for not giving excellent: - Housekeeping knocked on our door at 7.45am on a Sunday. Whilst we didn't have the do not disturb sign on I would have thought that time of morning wouldn't be when housekeeping knocked. Especially as we were checking out that day. - The tea/coffee making facilities weren't properly replenished and we only had enough to make one tea (although two of us) - Breakfast was fine, not great. No one offered us tea or coffee and there were quite a few food items that hadn't been replenished. Have experienced similar at other Hiltons so maybe something the franchise needs to look at. It is in quite a good location and close to the central station and good restaurants. Collapse

Stayed for a week, good large rooms, very clean, lovely staff, quick check-in and quick check-out, good bar in a excellent city center location. Breakfast is just excellent with a chef to make us our favourite eggs to order.
