The hotel is located outside the hustle and bustle of bur Dubai . The staff was courteous and always ready to help . The rooms were elegant and spacious. And there is a petrol pump adjacent to the hotel which has a convenience store from where you can buy daily essentials. One can take a taxi to nearby malls and attractions as it doesn't cost much apprx 12 to 30 dirhams. The breakfast was good and widespread but many items were repetitive during our 6 day stay.Only downside is that the metro station is far away from the hotel. Overall we Enjoyed our stay here. From the moment a staff member opens your taxi door, you know you are someplace special. Everyone is extremely courteous and makes you feel welcome and at ease specially Ms.Albina and Front office Manager. The view from the room is spectacular and the ambiance is soothing/calming. The food in the restaurant was superb and my tastebuds relished the experience. Mr. Bivek in restaurant his smile added more taste in morning breakfast . I enjoyed my stay there and am looking forward to the next one! Collapse

Booked my long awaited Holiday 3 months ago, and emailed that I would be arriving late, however they had obviously overbooked on doubles so my partner and I were given a twin room that stank of smoke overlooking building sites to my left and ahead, despite the reception assuring me it was a nice "courtyard" view - Did not sleep at all. Changed rooms the next day and was uplifted by the Birthday cake they had prepared for my partner. However on getting ready to go for dinner, our safe was inaccessible, and after several hours and numerous staff in our room, they had to eventually break into it, just in time for us to get to sleep at a reasonable time (after midnight!). They did however offer us a complimentary dinner, but on checking my receipt, I was charged for this and offered a taxi to get to our dinner we missed the next night, unfortunately I lost the prepayment I had made on my original booking, so paid for dinner twice and lost a night and the following morning, changing rooms again as they had ripped the safe out of the wall. It was nice to be given a suite as an alternative but with time fast running out we didn't get time to enjoy it, as we were on holiday, sightseeing not watching TV. The staff, Michelin, Bivek, Jean and Megan however keep our sanity intact as they were very friendly and attentive. I was disappointed that what I had hope for in the much needed break was somewhat spoilt, especially by the twin room and the lame excuse that its subject to availability... yes if I'd walked in off the street but not from a booking made in April. Despite their guarantee, I didn't leave happy and they didn't really mind that I was disappointed by their reasoning. Such a pity, as being cabin crew I spend a lot of time in Hotels and this was amongst the not so good experiences I have had and there haven't been many. To top it off my partner ruined his shirt on the iron! Collapse

I stayed for 5 nights to attend a wedding. I chose this hotel as it was from a name that I trust for quality and at a great price. I was not let down! The hotel is quite new so the rooms and decor are still fresh. The room was adequately spacious and the bed was very comfortable, free internet in the room was a plus. There is a spacious walk-in shower. They have only one restaurant and they serve an indian buffet every Thursday night for AED 79 which was an absolute bargain! it was fantastic! A great variety of dishes and deserts in a pleasant surrounding. The breakfast was as expected, good variety but not the best I have had. Only negative thing I can say is it's location (for me this was not a problem as I had my own car and parking was free). There is hardly anything within walking location apart from a petrol station next door which has a small shop only. There is a shuttle bus which takes you Jumeirah Kite beach/Mercato Mall Once a day. .. So if you don't mind catching lots of taxis or have your own car then then this hotel is ideal. Distances by car: DXB.. 15min Jumeirah Kite Beach... 15min Dubai Mall... 15min Ibn Batuta Mall... 20min Abu Dhabi... 2hrs Satwa Area (shops and restaurants)... 5min Collapse

Visited Dubai in March, 2017 and stayed at Hilton Garden Inn located on Al Mina Road. The stay was simply awesome. The staff at the reception and dining is extremely helpful and hospitable. And the same is expected from such a brand. Keeping up to their name, the rooms were nice, clean and spacious. Room service is great as well. The lights in the room were a bit dim! Bathroom was good as well. No bathing tub :( They have a beautiful pool at the terrace and a gym as well. Housekeeping was amazing. Whenever we came after our tour we would see different towel designs everyday which just uplifted our mood after a tiring day. Rabbit towel design was the best :p This shows that they make an extra effort to keep their customers happy. Staff would call a taxi for you while you wait in the lounge area or help you connect with your tour guide. I stayed there for over a week and the stay was simply amazing. Had buffet breakfast at the The Garden Grille at Hilton which was full of choices. Extra credit to the chef who makes delicious cheese omelettes. She made our day with those flavourful omelettes. Also they have self waffle making machine which takes the breakfast experience to the whole new level. Atleast I know how to makes waffles now :D HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel. Collapse
