A perfect stay with direct access to the airport

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The room was clean and well organized. It seems to be quite new. Even if the hotel is located at the airport, we didi not hear any plane. The isolation is perfect. So are the matresses and the amenity kits. The staff is very nice and very helpful. Some fresh coockies are distributed at the reception. Concerning the breakfast, I have tos ay that you will find everything you need. You can even bake your own wafle ! The hotel has a direct access to the airport. You do not even need to get outside if the whether is bad. There is also a direct access to the train station, where you will be able to reach the city center in less than 15 minutes for 9 PLN… A very good option if you have to travel by plane ! Collapse

Being a Hilton Honours member and stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions over the past few years , average probably 15-20 nights per year , the experience on this last visit has been nothing but awful. The recent change in staff has seen it go from customer friendly to customer hostile . Previously i have enjoyed my stays , and warmly greeted by many of the staff who knoew my name on arrival and when booking. The experience is now one of new un-trained staff , who the second you stay to check in ,demand a credit card for pre-authorize payment . This had never been the case in the past 2 years , all that was required was my hilton honours card number . Despite trying to explain this , the receptionist just kept repeating i need a card, i need a credit card. So having paid £ 170 pre-authorization i went to my room . Here was my welcome letter as a loyal returning customer. The next morning the duty manager who knew explained it was new staff and was sorry for the inconvience - problem sorted . No ! After having having a coke and sandwich with my colleague the next evening , i asked for the bill to sign , as i had done for the past few years . I was informed it was not possible to to charge to my room with a credit card authorize . I explained my card was in my room many floors above and i had already authorized my the night before. I was instructed you now have to authorize again for food . I then asked General manager who ive never seen before , is it not possible to add to my room like every other Hilton I stay at in the world . No not possible this is there rules - never mind the fact i stay over 20 nights a year with them , i instruct my employees to stay there - we book and use there conformance facilities for sales meeting regularly. When i complained i was unhappy with this - was told its your attitude I am 58 years old , non drinker - who runs my own business , not the classic complainer - i have great experience of many Hiltons hotels in the UK , Caribbean, central europe and USA - im not one who's normally writing reviews - and also raising a complain with Hilton Honours in the USA - i dont seek any financial response and happily paid my bill in full on leaving . However i do want to state the sadness of the change in the attitude from the new staff at this hotel if you complaint. Previously they couldn't do enough to help , now complete opposite. I will stay other Hilton hotels as most are excellent , as was this one - but for krakow i will not use this hotel again or my business employees. I find it amazing that a hotel that proudly exhibits the hilton customer guarantee on the website do little to resolve your complaints. Even more amazing is the fact that the General Manager had no intention of wanting to listen or resolve the issue , and in 40 years of traveling on business never seen someone so obstructive on front of house So sad I remember staying the night it opened , my honest opinion is that now they are busy from Airport foot traffic they really dont care if you come back or not The hotel itself is good -- just don't complain Collapse

The beds are good and the bathroom is well equipped. Staff is helpful and do their utmost providing the best service. The first room was smelly..., as if people smoked in the room, and they offered me another room on same floor, still smelly.., and then they got me a room at another floor. Perfect! The snacks at the bar are nice and the Polish beer tastes perfect. This hotel is next to the exit of arrivals and this is so convenient when you arrive late in Krakow. You can easily take a taxi or uber in the morning to your appointment. Collapse
