I just want to send my big thanks to mr AHMAD who completely make our stay very special! As he is so knowledgeable and always willing to help at any inconvenience. We have some issue but because of a helping hand he sort it out with his own capabilities.making me feel he will do everything just to make us happy is already a big help unto us but he makes it for real and its makes us amaze!!! How i wish all the staff would be like him. Because of him we will comeback and for sure we will endorse him to others. Hotel is nice itself. Collapse

Very old hotel. Bad smell as soon as you enter the corridor to go to your room. Bath rooms ventilation ducting are connected so you can hear every thing your neighbors in next room are saying. Sofa or seating area in the rooms are full of stains due to being to old. There are plenty of ravens (or crow) around the hotel and they start cropping around 6pm and all night...so noisy and annoying sound even if you have your windows closed. Windows and glasd doors are NOT double glazed so you can hear everything from outside you room. Far too expensive for the standard of service and accommodation offered. I will never recommend it to any friend. Only location is good as it is in town center and direct access to beach. Collapse

Given the star rating of the hotel, price, and the photos online, my husband and I expected a great weekend at a relaxing resort. I will lay out the pros and cons of the property here: Pros: When a complaint was made regarding the cleanliness of our bed (see cons below), it was remedied quickly and we were offered free dinner buffet vouchers and internet access in the room. Front desk ladies were very nice and seemed apologetic for the facility. Check out was quick Baskin Robbins available on-site Cons: Service at breezes is slow- took in excess of 25 minutes to serve a Turkish coffee and iced coffee in a restaurant with several open tables. The bill was nearly 60 dirhams, excessive for the Nescafé that we were served. When we were finally able to get into our room and refreshed by our expensive coffees, we arrived to find stained sheets and duvet cover on our bed. We called the front desk and they were changed within 20 minutes of request. Bedding consisted of fitted sheet, comforter and 4 pillow. No frill. Sea view room really just means pool view with palm trees and screaming kids between you and the sea. The beach is not at all sittable, as the sand is wet. I arranged for my husband to get a 50 minute massage for AED 150, only to find out he could only get 50 minutes if I attended too, which wasn't what was explained. His was scheduled for 30 minutes and actually only lasted 25. The free buffet that we received for the inconvenience of the sheets consisted of an outdoor BBQ. The idea of it seemed nice and the food smelled wonderful from our room. When we arrived, we found we had to sit at tables in groups of 8, hardly the romantic dinner we anticipated. The food was mediocre, definitely not something I would recommend. The buffet turned into an outdoor nightclub complete with loud music that the walls of our room did not block. Sacrifice the sea view and ensure you are not facing the pool when booking, it didn't get quiet outside our room until midnight. I called to complain about the noise at 11, and was told they would play for an additional 5 minutes. A housekeeper came into our room unannounced at 11:30 before checkout to check the minibar. Given that my husband and I were resting before our drive, we were less than thrilled. Collapse

My friend and I had organised a Yoga retreat with 20 other friends at the Hilton Hotel in Fujairah. We had been planning the trip for months. We paid the Hotel 100% of the booking fee months in advanced and had signed an agreement earlier in the year. On the 26th of October, 6 days before the retreat we received this email "We have a quite difficult situation due to the fact that the government extend the room booking and as a result we will be fully booked for these dates." We were offered to move our retreat to a sub standard hotel not even a Hilton, in another Emirate. Then they came back saying that wasn't possible and sent us the details to another hotel. The worst part is that they would "extend the same rates" but not offer a discount or at least to transfer our booking or arrange the booking for us. In the end we had to cancel everyones trip. The refund took over 3 weeks to process. No compensation or apology. I gave the hotel an opportunity to rectify the situation before I voiced my disappointment publicly. However they cancelled our meeting the day before and did not respond to our emails. I am urging people not to use this Hotel as their level of unprofessionalism is insurmountable. We had some very angry retreat participants who had paid lots of money to come to Fujairah, and we were not able to offer them in return. Collapse
