While travelling out and back to the far east we broke the journey each way with a stay at the Dubai Creek Hilton, and had the usual excellent service from their great obliging staff. Very handy for the airport and much more interesting location than out at the beach. Very worthwhile booking an executive room for the additional benefits. New director Mohamed very approachable, and very much on the ball. Collapse
Consistent Level of Service

Third visit to the hotel in 2017. Quality of service remains consistent. Rooms are spacious and clean . You get well looked after in the Executive Lounge. Good Location. Would stay there again . And would recommend others to do so as well.

We stayed here for about 3 days and we loved it. We upgraded our room to get access to the executive lounge and it was worth it. Rooms are quite modern and facility is clean. It is 15 minutes from the airport. The only thing we didnt like was the transportation from and to the hotel. This place is 20-25 mins away from all the tourist attractions so you have to book a taxi. In 3 days we probably spent about 700 dhirams in transportation. Collapse

We stayed here for one week and loved it. We were bed and breakfast and found the breakfast to be expansive with good choices and good food. Our bedroom was beautiful with a big bathroom and floor to ceiling windows with a spectacular view of the Creek. Good quality bedding and towels with a very comfortable bed and good standard of cleaning. Good wifi throughout the hotel. It has a small but beautiful roof top pool which we used frequently. It is very near the airport but not on the flight path. Also near the creek with good shopping. Convenient for the local bus which stops across the road. Used the free shuttle bus to the Jumeirah beach which was beautiful and we used the facilities there. We used the Taxis outside the hotel in the evenings to go out for dinner but unfortunately road traffic often doubled our journey and cost. Staff at hotel were pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. Collapse

Firstly its NOT on the creek it's near the creek. We had problems booking into this hotel so that should have warned us in advance how poor it would be. I emailed several times to say we were arriving @ 6am after travelling for 13 hours & would it be a problem getting into our room, we never had an answer. When we arrived we could only get into a room if we paid an extra £60 x4nights for an 'executive room' No apology nothing. So we had to take that room. We found previous occupants trousers behind a chair - so how good was the cleaning? We went to the executive restaurant for a pretty awful breakfast. A do it yourself coffee machine serving dreadful coffee. Same boring poor breakfast every day. So we tried the main restaurant for breakfast. The tables that had no one sitting at them we full of old crockery, the choices were poor as they had not been topped up. The girl who served us was sullen & unhelpful & it appeared they were very short staffed. It is not near metro station or anything actually & the taxis outside the hotel ripped us off every trip. The 2 small lifts were totally inadequate for the size of the hotel so took an age to get to & from your room. The free bus to the Hilton on the beach was packed liked sardines even with one guy sitting between driver & front passenger seat on engine hump. They were even people sitting on tiny pull down seats in the aisle. There was no emergency exit or window, we were terrified of having an accident. When we arrived at the beach I have NEVER seen anything like it, there was not a spare inch to put a bed down they were literally on top of each other. We couldn't use the rooftop pool after a hot day of sight seeing because it was booked for a private party - what about the clientele who made the HUGE mistake of staying there. We were not told we could use the 'executive lounge' in the evening for complimentary drinks & food. But then again we just feel the hotel was just a money grabbing enterprise and will advise as many of our friends as possible NOT to use The Hiltons in Dubai. We were relieved to get in the car & get out of there. Do you know what we got offered when I emailed the Hilton group extra points to stay in one of their hotels. That will never happen Collapse
