Exceptional service ! All my requirements were met .(large room with view high floor takeaway breakfast when needed etc ) I stayed at Hilton's on a business trip for 12 nights. It is a bit far from the city center though if somebody wants to visit Abu Dhabi for vacation. Breakfast buffet was really good and Mr. Yosef provided excellent service ! Dinner buffet lacks variety! Arguably two of the greatest few nights I have experienced in Hilton. Having stayed in a few Hilton hotels expectations were quite high. We were surprised to hear there was an executove lounge. This also turned out to be the greatest surprise as we were welcomed and treated to the level of services ane standard that is above and beyond the expected. HENRY was absolutely brilliant. So attentive to your every need. Arguably the highlight of our stay. Bpin (Bellman) John (Housekeeping) and Pramod (Front Office) were more than helpful during our stay. Would highly recommend this Hotel for a refreshing short/long stay. Thanks again and look forward to visiting soon. Wedzi 931/523 Collapse

As I am a long standing HHonors (Diamond) member, I am sending this correspondence to bring to your immediate attention the uncaring and disrespectful treatment that I received at the Hilton Capital Grand in Abu Dhabi, UAE on Tuesday, 27-June-2017 (Room 804). Apparently, a large group was put on the 8th floor (maybe 7-8 rooms) and starting at approximately 8:30pm that evening, this group was unruly, loud and acted like their stay was one giant party with no consideration of other guests. This continued until 12:30am with no let-up in the noise. As this group was totally disruptive of my stay and caused myself and my family mental anguish, I called the hotel security 4 times to request that they instruct this large party to quiet down as it is late at night at a supposed 5-star hotel. While security did visit the 8th floor 4 times the noise and party atmosphere of this group continued until after midnight. Since the noise did not stop, we called again the front desk numerous times but no one picked up the phone. Since no one at the front desk was picking up the phone, my son when down to the front desk to speak with the Duty Manager again since Security did not solve this problem. Unfortunately and much to our dismay, the Duty Manager also did nothing about this noise. Moreover and most disturbing, this large party came downstairs to the front desk to challenge my son on why we are complaining about all their noise. By either the Duty Manager or Security informing the large party that we were complaining about the noise and their unruly behavior, the hotel compromised the safety and security of my family. I have never in my life heard of a hotel informing the problem party who was complaining against them-is this the policy of your hotel? The next morning, I went down to the front desk at 11:30am to speak with the General Manager but he was not in yet so I told to speak with Front Office Manager; Abdulla. It was clear from the beginning of our conversation, that Abdulla was not briefed on the situation that occurred last night and requested that I explain to him what happened last night. This is unacceptable as he should have been made aware of this situation impacting any guest who is put in this bad situation. Abdulla was very rude, unapologetic and aggressive towards me and when I told him that I was going to elevate this to his management and Abu Dhabi Tourism, he flippantly said “I do not care go-ahead”. Are you kidding me-is this the type of employee with Duty Manager responsibilities that Hilton wants interacting with customers. Does Hilton Capital Grand-Abu Dhabi hold its employees accountable for their actions? I do not think so. I felt by Abdulla’s attitude that he was taking the side of the large party, possibly due to his relationship or arrangement with them. To date, no one from the Hilton Capital Grand in Abu Dhabi has contacted me to apologize but the only bright spot was that Miss Lamia was helping to solve this issue with me and my family. Given Abdulla’s unprofessionalism and disrespectful attitude towards me and my family, I decided it best to walk away from Abdulla and take this matter to the Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority and the Hilton Group in the USA. This hotel is easy to get to from the airport, has amazing offerings, and is one of the most comfortable hotels I have stayed in. The bed, the room, the lighting is all pretty sweet. The location is a bit out of town, and I would recommend getting a car for the time you stay here, but it is convenient to the Grand Mosque, and has a wonderful staff to help you get around town. I would recommend staying here if given the option. When we were there, the pool was not open, but my research says that it can be super fun to attend events there. Collapse

Another late review from me but stayed at this hotel late last summer for one night before heading on to Dubai. Have stayed at the Hilton located at the beach and thought why not try the other property. The booking was made direct during a sale and the rate was very low for a standard room. I was upgraded being HH diamond to a suite which was spacious and spotless too. Arrived using the hotels Car service arranged by emailing the concierge, this was charged to the room. In the morning I used the exec lounge for breakfast, enough to keep one going for a few hours. Very quiet that morning and helpful staff were on hand. Pool area looked nice but didn't have time to enjoy it myself. Before I knew it I was checked out and waiting for an uber to the next hotel. staff at check in were welcoming and have a long chat with three members on the front desk at check out. When ever back in Abu Dhabi I would be sure to return here. Collapse
