This is an excellent Hilton property located directly at Boston Logan airport - convenient walkway access (protected from elements) directly over to Terminal A ticketing (which then also provides indoor walkway access to Terminal B. The hotel offers rooms with very comfortable bedding, executive lounge, restaurant, and lots of quality meeting rooms. Also, the fitness center is an actual large-size fitness center, not a small gym; also a pool with jacuzzi right next to the fitness center.Airport shuttle service as well; although the walk over is easier and better exercise. I use this Hilton property because I can walk to it from the airport. It saves cab fare, and there is always the hotel shuttle if you don't wish to walk. However, the walk is a good hike through a lot of area, so be prepared, especially if hauling heavy luggage. I enjoy it very much after sitting too long on a plane. I've stayed at this HIlton airport hotel many times, and they are usually extremely reliable. I had a high-floor corner room this visit, with a king bed and an enormous panoramic view of both Boston and part of the airport. Being a private pilot as well as a traveler, I always enjoy the views from airport hotels. Room service dining was really good - this hotel has a good and prompt room service staff. Portions are huge, and it's enough per entree to feed two hearty eaters. Excellent clam chowder! Perhaps a bit pricey, but not really considering the amount of food and the luxury of eating in one's room. Hilton Honors members receive some extra amenities and are well taken care of, including room upgrades without asking, and two bottled waters per person. Front desk staff is multilingual sometimes . Sometimes some of the staff are a bit reserved, but they know their job, however, and get tired guests signed in and off to their rooms as quickly as possible. There are on-site restaurants for those wishing to dine with others rather than using room service, and an updated take-out "cafe" in the lobby. Business center computers are also in the lobby. A convenient flight status monitor is in the lobby, as well as a small gift shop and the fitness center. Efficient bell staff if needed. It's a full-service large big-city hotel, with anything for business or vacation travelers. The housekeeping staff is very gracious and friendly. Usually I enjoy a quiet, problem-free stay, and the showers and beds have always been superb through many stays. This visit had a few little problems, which were reported to the front desk in order to have them fixed or improved. Here's what went slightly wrong: All the curtains were drawn back on an unseasonably warm February day, and the room was like a sauna when I walked in. Corner rooms have enormous floor to ceiling windows, great for the view but creating a greenhouse effect on sunny days unless curtains are drawn closed. There were a few hairs in the tub and sink, and these were certainly not mine. The towels, while smelling fresh and appearing very clean, were so old and threadbare you couldn't use them to wash your car. Think emery board texture. One light fixture in the already dimly lighted bathroom was out and did not work. I'm surprised housekeeping staff did not notice this and report it. There is no refrigerator or microwave in the room - it's not that type of hotel. I noticed a lot of room service glasses, dishes, and trays on the hallway floor when I checked in, and some of these, including mine, were still there when I checked out the next morning. My main complaint #1 was being awakened around 1:45 AM by the sound of pounding, running feet in the hallway. This was accompanied by shrieking children's voices. This family checked into the room right next door to mine, and the kids continued yelling loudly past 2 AM, at which point I was forced to phone for security to please quiet this family down. I had a long day, was exhausted, and really needed the sleep before an early wakeu and flight this morning. Once the neighbors were silenced, I slept very well. The rooms are soundproofed, and you do not hear the road or airport. Complaint #2 involved the TV remote. It turned the TV on by itself at 5:45 AM right after I got up, and then failed with the volume shooting up to its loudest point and no ability to shut off the noise or TV with the remote. I finally shut the TV up with the control buttons on the side of the TV, but I'm sure it woke up half the floor from the loud noise. It was a terrible way to start the day, especially on top of the broken sleep the night before. I politely mentioned all these problems to the front desk staff, and they took about one-third off my bill. I think they could have done better, but perhaps they have a set amount to compensate with according to the degree of nuisance factor. I wasn't going to ruin my day by arguing. I hope they take action on the above issues before I return soon for another stay. Collapse

We stayed in room 800 a corner Boston Skyline view room. Amazing and mesmerizing view, comfortable room, very convenient for a 6am flight out of Logan. Bathroom could have been cleaner and could use some updating, but overall a decent stay.

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. Of course, its airport access is excellent; however, its access to the city is as well. My check-in was smooth, the staff was helpful, cordial and very professional and my room was spotless.
