The new Hilton Amsterdam Airport hotel is my first choice when staying at Amsterdam Airport. The hotel is connected directly to the terminal by an indoor walking route with travelators. The hotel is spacious, modern and quiet. Efficient check in/out. I stayed in one of the Corner rooms with airport view. The room was very spacious, clean, appropriately furnished and decorated, well equipped with amenities and the climate control worked exactly as it should. Absolutely no noise edible (externally and internally). Very good internet connection. I had both dinner and breakfast in the hotel and both were a very pleasant experience. A very special mention to the Housekeeping manager Mrs. Boelhouwer who exceeded my expectations with her personal approach and service. I will definitely stay in this hotel again. Collapse

Difficult to give 3/5 to the perfect business hotel, but in this case the quality of the rooms and of the service is definitely overpriced... Probably the bee-hive structure does not providing very warm welcomes either.

We stayed in this hotel with our family having booked 3 rooms. 2 doubles and 1 triple. To start with: 1. Lobby was a posh and you would not even realize you are at the airport since it was at the very end and also very quite. Relaxing. 2. Check in was good. Staff very friendly and actively listening to customer. 3. Room was good. Enough space and the bathroom was very clean. Amenities was there including hair dryer extra packed in a cloth. 4. In room TV was also good and the wifi in the room is free and it was working. Spa 1. We had tried to use the very tiny pool and the receptionist was friendly to remind us that she was closing in a certain hour. Respectful and friendly also 2. Towels and detox water was there as well as bathroom amenities like shampoo and shower gel and of course towels. Good to use just to relax and soothe your muscles to relax. Restaurant Bowery 1. Breakfast variety was good for an airport hotel. Smoothies as well as juices. There was a coffee maker machine which makes life easier since you just have to decide what coffee you wanted like the industrial coffee machines nowadays. But you can also have a fresh brewed coffee in a pot if you want it on your table 2. There was a cook for the self made omelette, waffle and pancakes which was yummy. And he was also friendly. 3. Bread and pastries as well as cold cuts and cheeses and fruits was also good and their granolas and cereals also . There were enough choices. The only thing that really got me a bit disappointed is the way the staff treat their customers. Since it is very busy at the breakfast room they tend to be very hectic at times and very loud about explaining if you have some questions about your bill. That the other people beside you and around you can really hear how much or what you have to pay. I think they should just train their staff to be a bit sensitive to this kind of things specially in the morning where you want to just have a hassle free breakfast and ending up so stressed out because their staff are just so stress out that they pass it on to you. And loud at times in a shouting manner. Hello we paid here to stay in your hotel? Thank God we had some patience since it was our holiday and not a business trip. The dinner was the same. It was so full that you have to reserve a day before if you want to dine there. Which we did not knew. And for 7 people we just had to grab a 22.00 reservations. And because we were just too late for dinner then we also finish late. But the one who served us had forgotten some side dishes and they had the attitude of telling us that the one who took the order made the mistake. Come on guys, we are customers and we do not want to know what went wrong or right between you from the service personnel to the kitchen. And then next day when we just dropped by to reserve for a breakfast the one who served us the night before remembered that we were again the 7 people and without asking us he said sorry we are already closed. It was only 22.30. Told him do not worry we will not have a dinner we will only reserve for breakfast for tomorrow. Very disappointing about Hilton service which i would say it is not this way. But I think maybe the staff is just so stressed out and have a lots of work that is why they do not even realize they already disservice their own customer to go and patronize the restaurant. And would just go out dine outside rather than having a service like what we had. That is why I am writing this review to warn customers about the restaurant. And lastly since we wanted to have a stress free check out we already settled the bill the night before and next day before giving back the room cards at the reception said we still have an outbalance to settle. So it took time again to settle out which at the end was they wanted to charge us an extra night which was their mistake since it was only a total of 3 nights that we stayed. And also mistake about he charges of mini bar. Instead of checking out earlier we had the same problems to leave later since we need to sort out again the check out bills. So please Hilton management. This is only a review and I hope you can maybe give your staff some more trainings how to be a bit sensitive to their guests after all Hilton is a good name brand. We have our pleasant stay in this hotel. The staffs are Super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, nice decoration and well maintained. Only abit far from the train station but still easily to access.
