The hotel is equipped with swimming pool where children can enjoy. Good room and bed. The louge is nice to have breakfast, good seats. Hassle free on check-in due to online services. You can truly relax and enjoy your time with your family.

A friend of mine from UAE adviced me this excellent hotel with its own beach along Abu Dhabi Corniche. From my arrival, concierge staff and reception staff was so excellent in communication and in customer service. Giuseppe,a guest relation from Italy, was a perfect reference point showing a great knowledge of Abu Dhabi attractions. Hilton Abu Dhabi reception agents showed always a positive attitude to all my requests:big thank you to Maria and Jin Hee. I am not an easy customer and I am also an Hilton Honours club member but these reception agents showed a great attention to details and they almost knew my next requests! Breakfast was so far so good:quality and fresh products. The staff was great and funny. Mr Alook, the supervisor, suggested me to taste some excellent sides. The breakfast restaurant staff was so amazing as the staff of Restaurant La Bocca. Hilton Abu Dhabi has also several excellent restaurants inside and near the pool. My room was at the top floor with a seaview:the bed was so comfortable with quality bed lines;good brand for shower gel, shampoo but first of all the room and the entire hotel was so clean. This Hotel has its own beach in the Corniche where I saw the fire works and airshow during the UAE National Day:an hotel with a private beach in the Abu Dhabi Corniche is a great deal! I visited also the spa with steam room, sauna and the gymanasium:perfection! Collapse

I stayed at this hotel with a friend recently for the F1. The location is good as it is in the Corniche and the Valet Parking guys are very friendly. The rest of the hotel is not very good at all. Service at the front desk is not terrible, they are not helpful and very arrogant. The Wifi (even though it was included in our roomrate) never worked at all. We even requested that someone look at it for us, but they couldnt help us either. The sink was blocked in the bathroom and there was light coming in to the room even when the curtains were drawn. Only one socket would work, therefore it is not possible to charge your phone, use the lamps and the hairdryer. Even though, breakfast was included in our rate, we only had it once as it was not nice. The food was not fresh and the tables were not clean. This experience was surprising, as I emailed the hotel prior to arrive to let them know that I will reviewing my stay. Stay away!!!! Collapse

As I was staying here for 3 nights during the busy Formula 1 period, the deal offered on the Hilton Website was reasonable so I decided to stay here. It really does seem to matter what passport you hold to determine the service and upgrades you will receive from this particular Hilton Hotel. Maybe if you're British or American, you're entitled to better service and upgrades sadly. Being a HiltonHonours member, I was promptly e-mailed a few days before my stay to advise of my requirements that the Hotel would try to have ready. I came in the morning to leave my luggage and check in but check in was'nt possible. Having attended the formula 1 main race that Sunday and waiting for hours to come back to Abu Dhabi Corniche, I managed to arrive at around 23:30 at night and was visibly extremely tired!! Being a "5 star hotel" and supposedly offering better services to HiltonHonours members, I was absolutely shocked to have been taken to a room reeking of cigarette smoke!! having made a request a few days ago and on the day of check in for a NON_Smoking room. I was really upset and the bellboy then called reception and I had to wait while they spoke on the phone!! and was offered no apology! I was then taken to a non-smoking room that smelt rather stale and needed to be freshened up! I must say that the bed was comfortable but the bathroom was really small and outdated. The view was of the aircon system!! The Bath products were quite good though. I was rather annoyed that my constant requests for a sea facing room for the rest of the week when the hotel quitened down wasn't dealt with and i was never informed even though reception always told me "we will check and let you know later". The breakfast was good, but surely it could have varied as you were served the same buffet style breakfast daily. Regardless, the overall sleep quality was good and it served my purpose for my trip though. The only reason I stayed here was because of the lovely Hiltonia Beach club and it's lovely facilities which I loved. Other than that, this hotel is quite old and outdated and really falls behind in terms of service and facilities you'd expect of a so called 5 star hotel and those in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. As all hotels charged a premium for rooms during the formula 1 period, outside of this period other hotels offer better value and I would most certainly not stay here when you look at the quality and comfort of other Hotels in Abu Dhabi. I was really disappointed with my 1st stay here and had expected better and will not stay here again. Collapse

This hotel is not a new hotel, it is a bit out od date compared with the hotel standard in UAE. Had my dinner i two of this hotels resturents, the Jazz Bar, and the Italian upstairs. In the Jazzbar i had their Sanimini with advocado, taste was ok, but the salmon sashimi was really low standard, vert difficult to cut, not good. The steak i ordered medium, came in nearly raw, only cooked on tiny out side. Saw other guest also complain about his steak. In the italian restuernt i ordered theit capasio with truffel. When it came in, it was some grayish slises of meet, loaded in a thick layer with some brown stuff, not looking very good. Had a few bites and send it back. This hotel really need to improve the food quality! Collapse
