Our 3rd stay this year, 2017, and unfortunately the standards in the rooms are dropping on each visit. Adding an extra night before our arrival we had a one night stay in the basic family room. The sofa bed was broken, so sitting on it was a risk of hurting your ankles. Room was cold and the heating control did not respond. It’s as though they are overriding the heating to stop you using it. Moved into deluxe room for rest of stay. Toaster handle broken and sharp on fingers. We took that back to reception. Our room overlooking Main Street and residential apartments. The privacy blinds that are installed in previous rooms were missing on all windows and only the wind up and down wire for the blinds left behind the curtains. Room again cold. WiFi - asked for password only to be told it was not working and they were getting it fixed. As a business owner myself I know it is quick to get your internet supplier to fix it, I wonder if it is actually broken? I had pre booked three future dates here but sadly this will be my last. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights to get to Disney. We arrived around 2pm and were able to check in. The first room we got was on the ground floor and had a view of the gardens. However, the sink in the bathroom was blocked so we let the staff know before we went out around 230pm however when we got back in the evening, the sink was still not fixed so they moved us to a different room. This time upstairs with a view of the main road/ front of hotel. This room was less quiet with lots of noise from the road coming through the window vents which you cannot close. Not too much bother to me because I'm used to road noise. There is a door for the adjoining room which was very annoying because you can hear everything coming from the other room, people walking, talking, playing games on their phone. At one point someone was walking in their room after dark and with all our lights off, I thought there was someone in my room!! The bed was quite hard. Not a problem for me but my friend couldn't sleep well at all over the 4 nights. It really depends how hard you like your bed. It's not hard like the floor but it's not soft like a cushion. It's pretty firm. The bathroom is big and clean. The shower head quite hard to adjust but you can take it off the wall and hold it. Kitchenette was great. We cooked our own breakfast every morning. Shopping center is about 5 mins walk away with loads of shops and a hypermarket. Dishwasher also which saved us washing up. They only provide 1 dishwasher tablet but I'm sure you can ask for more. They don't do daily housekeeping, so you have to reuse your towels or ask at reception for more. You also have to ask for toilet paper but that's easy enough. In summary, I'd stay again. Staff very friendly and helpful. Apart from the noisy neighbours we had which was obviously not the hotels fault, we had a nice stay! Collapse

Overall really nice place- one star marked down because I felt a few tea bags, milk and coffee sachets could have been supplied. There is a coffee m/c in the lobby for €2 a cup Collapse

First time staying here and really like this hotel. Stayed for Halloween at Disney which was about 20 mins walk from hotel. There was a free shuttle but we didn't use it. Booked an executive studio with double bed which had a balcony overlooking the pool. Room was clean and comfy and was great to have the kitchenette to make it a little home from home. Drove so loaded up with food, drinks, washing up liquid, sponges, kitchen towels etc. Nice big bathroom but shower is quite awkward as you can't change the angle of the bracket so it only sprays horizontally and its quite tricky to shower. Deep bath so a bit high to get into. Pressure is good and water nice and hot. Parking: arrived quite late on Halloween night so very busy at Disney and there was no street parking near hotel so ended up using hotel car park and paid €10 per night. Was really convenient and would use it again. On arrival you have to go to reception first to get your room card activated to allow you into car park. Staff were nice and all spoke English which was very helpful. Will certainly stay again, it's a new favourite, Collapse

Location: 15 minute walk from the Disney gates. Closer than some of the official hotels. Free shuttle bus which takes about 4 minutes. There is a timetable in reception. Less than a 5 minute walk to the huge val d’europe shopping centre. There are lots of restaurants there as well as a big reasonably priced supermarket. Rooms: very clean and modern. Spacious rooms. We had ‘executive double’. Bed was comfy, could do with more pillows. Plenty of storage. Kitchenette with hob, microwave, fridge and cutlery/utensils. TV has limited English channels. Our room had a bath and heated towel rail. Hotel: there is no housekeeping throughout the stay which is highlighted on check in. No problem to us, to others it may be. Foyer and corridors are well decorated. There is a swimming pool but we stayed in December so it wasn’t in use. Staff: friendly and spoke good english. Willing to help. Negatives: WiFi is terrible. When there isn’t much to do after Disney has closed, this becomes an issue. We also couldn’t check in online for our flight as the WiFi wasn’t working so we had to do it in Disney. On reading other reviews, everybody had a problem with WiFi, so I wonder if it is just generally poor. If so then it needs to be upgraded as it is 2018 next month! The check in process is very slow. I don’t think this is the staffs fault but rather the process of the hotel. It’s very long and the queues do mount up. Expect to be waiting for around 30 minutes just to speak to the reception staff. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for a cheap alternative to the Disney hotels and would stay here again if I was to return to Disney. Collapse
