I have been for two days last Wednesday to Friday. The staffs are really welcoming. It is a new Hotel and all hotel facilities are very brand new. In the ground floor they have swimming pool with sauna and gym. They have free car parking for guests. In rooms as twin shared I have seen so far so good. The ventilation is very good. Rooms are well bright and easy to access lights. In ground they have several restaurent and coffee and bars. They do provide corporate offers too. In room amenities are very nice lucrative. Clean and big beds with nice and clean bed sheet and comforter. They have connecting rooms. Bathroom is awesome. I have posted few pictures you may see. Closest train station is Hounslow West, Hounslow East, Hounslow. From Hotel to station you may take H32 or 481 bus. Treaty center is local big market. You can go by bus H32. Collapse

Went for one night with my partner and our two daughters. We arrived at the hotel after traveling from South Wales to see the Harry Potter tour.Going up to the room, dirty plates and glasses in the halway,Our roo smelt like dirty underwear. We were starving,so went to the restaurant. They kept us waiting for 2 hours, for 3 roasted chicken and a burger. I went to reception and complaint about the room and the restaurant. They said they would sort it out but didn't do anything. When the food came,my burger came 15 minutes later, raw. So I had to go to bed without food.It was almost 23.30.The breakfast buffet was really discusting. No clean tables, food was cold and dried out.Really dirty. My daughter wanted a sandwich and everything was empty. Our busdriver then made us move to the restaurant for breakfast.Staff was very unfriendly. We will never go back there. It was a very bad experience. I worked for 20 years in the hotelbussines has a bar and restaurant manager and what I saw was really unbelievable. Collapse

We stayed here for one night on a national holidays trip. The rooms were fantastic, amazing comfy beds, air conditioning and free wifi. The only thing we had an issue with was the range of food. The meals were included in our trip, but we had to pay for extras such as chips, but there was nothing for children which was a problem for my younger brother. Collapse

I have stayed in this hotel previously so was expecting a similar experience but was disappointed. You should be aware that the hotel caters for a lot of coach parties which is a problem when they don't have enough staff or equipment to manage them all at breakfast. With a lot of people all eating at the same time so they can get their coach, the dining area was quite frankly a mess. There were no clean tables, we had to drink out of polystyrene disposable cups because their were no glasses/ mugs and the queues to get a piece of toast meant that I didn't bother as my hot food would be cold before I got it. Swimming pool was out of order which I was not told about despite calling 2 days previously. Overall a nice hotel for a decent price but only when it is working as it should. Collapse
