Some redeeming qualities but overall not enough for me to want to come back or recommend to others. I was expecting a 4 star hotel, and while parts of it might quality , I would say that it where i stayed was more like a 3 star motel - basically around the back of the hotel. The greeting at reception every day was clinical and without empathy - it was efficient on the whole but indifferent - service with a snide look... So..let me first tell the good bits because they do exist: 1. It is clean 2. The bar is good 3. The restaurant may be small but totally OK 4. The breakfast is very good and plentiful 5. The tram stops outside the hotel - is easy to use and in 20 minutes you are in the centre of Prague (Wenceslas Sq) 6. Check in is 2pm - if you arrive early you can store your bags securely - ditto for when leaving (check out is 11.30). The bits i did not like. 1. The service - unhelpful disinterested staff ( especially on the last day - and taxi booking - see below). 2. The motel around the back is not something I would have chosen if Id known thats what i was getting - even though clean and comfortable. 3. It is a bit way out and i had not appreciated how far. Luckily the tram is very frequent but it does mean that you cant simply drop back in to leave things or take a rest. The bit that really irritated me was when i asked advice for getting a taxi to the airport. They strongly recommended that I book in the morning - so I agreed and asked them to book for 19.15 going to the airport. They took the information down but almost in a petulant manner. So I ask that they confirmed the time as it was to the airport and i wanted to be sure. At 19.15 - no taxi and the by 19.25 still no taxi at which point i was informed that it had not been booked but they could get me one in 20 minutes. Luckily one chap on reception took it upon himself to sort out the problem (Abadi) and I made it back. Is it terrible - NO! It is a clean, quiet hotel with good facilities and good transport links but lacking charm and gracious staff. Note: The taxi to the airport cost 390 cz krona - that was a good price and half the price that the airport taxi charged us to get there when we arrived. Look online and you will find airport pick up limos that are cheaper than 800 czk. Luckily none of this spoiled our trip - Pragues charm overcame everything Collapse

This, to us, ultramodern hotel has a lot going for it: it is in a prime location, with ample [free] parking and a few hundred metres from the closest streetcar stop. The streetcar takes one directly to the Charles Bridge area. A 24-hour pass on the public transit system costs 110 CZK (or ~5.00 €) and is probably more economical than parking in the old city centre. The hotel itself is very modern, with large rooms and very comfortable beds. Perhaps one downside is that the wall between the bathroom and the sleeping area is made of translucent glass and that the large switches to flush the toilet are backlit. This introduces light into the sleeping area. I partially solved this by draping a towel over the switch. But the room was very quiet. Breakfast, included in the price, was excellent with a great variety of items. The staff was very friendly and had a good command of the English language. We would have loved to stay an extra day but there were no vacancies, attesting to the popularity of this hotel. Collapse

This hotel is exceptional. Stayed here with my family for 3 nights, in a Deluxe room. Additional bed for a kid free of charge. Parking is free of charge. The rooms are very modern and very clean. Complementary champagne on arrival! Breakfast is super reach! The hotel is situated a bit far from the city center, but not to far - a 15 min drive with a tram. WI-FI super fast. We also had dinner in the hotel, and it was very tasty. Minus: Small breakfast plates & and breakfast room was to crowded - there were no enough seats for all guests. But as I said the breakfast is exceptional - so it is worth waiting. Collapse

The staff was helpful in a very Prague way and the beds and room extremely comfortable. No A/C but not needed in October. The restaurant and staff were very nice! The breakfast buffet was the best Central Europe has to offer. I have recommended this hotel to family and friends. Tram service is a mere 4 minutes from the lobby. Uber to the airport is $9 US dollars. The cleaning staff is one of the best we have experienced. We will be back! Collapse
