We had a full week booked at this hotel -- two friends with two children. We got a room in the basement of the hotel, staring at a 3 meter high wall from our balcony. The rooms were dingy and dark, with a damp smell in the air. There was mold from where the laminated floor meets the wall. Spoke to management about changing our rooms but they couldn't have cared less; told us to discuss the matter with the travel agent that booked our trip. Which we then did and after having been forced to spend one night there, we lift for another hotel. I can't imagine how this hotel managed to scrape together four stars! They should be thankful for a single star, if that. Horrible hotel, terrible attitude from staff and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy to stay there. You have to pay for Wifi at this hotel (at there's no signal from mobile devices in the cellar where they keep families). WHAT KIND OF HOTEL CHARGES FOR WIFI IN 2017!? (Answer: This crummy hotel.) They charge you extra for drinks, if you're staying at half board. You have to pay for the safe. And there's no outside parking, but -- you guessed it -- you can pay 5 euros per day for their dingy little garage. AVOID AT ALL COST! Collapse

Hotel was being refitted and certainly the refurbishments that were being made were good quality. Food was good quality, plenty of it and good choice. Room was also good and kept clean by the cleaning staff. Pools were also good and plenty of space to find a sun lounger versus other hotels we have used. Nice jazz piano player every evening for an hour before dinner was a nice touch. However, the evening entertainment was held in the atrium and the noise carried to our room though it thankfully stopped at 11.00 pm every night. The entertainment also impinged on the other facilities TV was in the same atrium as the entertainment so you could watch TV but, not hear it while the entertainment was on. In addition there was nowhere to enjoy a drink quietly with friends that was out of the sun on the terrace. Safe was available but, there was a weekly fee involved. Other hotels we have used would make this available free of charge. The room we had also had a nice terrace which we don't believe would ever get much sun so not great and if you like a firm bed, you'll like this hotel but, not if you don't. Collapse

come back on the 20th Feb from 1 week away here. After reading the reviews I was in two minds to change the hotel. When arrived was dealt with promptly The room was very spacious and clean, clean towels everyday if needed and the maid was lovely always made a fuss of Evie. The first night there was no cot in the room when told at reception there was one sent to the room within 15 mins, we stayed in room 333 it was noisy in the nights but if you can sleep through noise then it's fine. The breakfast was what you get in every hotel, omelette and fried eggs made fresh for you. The dinner was your normal, fresh pasta made in a sauce every night different meats being cooked and then your normal buffet food. you do get the strange foods put together in every hotel, they do need more staff in the restraunt as there is not enough. Children's entertainment was fab Alessia in mini club was fantastic. Even though my daughter was 20 month old she could still join in the fun,she made us feel so welcome and very helpful. Mini disco was the same they were brilliant with the children. I do think they need more toys in the magic park as there is only a little bit of soft play. The only thing I was annoyed about was the one who I think was in charge of animation said the children were not allowed to dance in the dance floor after 8pm, if they want it to be an adults only hotel then make it one. But it was all cleared up with the manager and they were allowed. Reception staff who i dealt with were very efficient the petit lady with glasses and short hair was lovely. It is more for the older generation and not a lot of British there. I think it would be a good idea if alessia and the animation team could take the younger ones out in the night to interact with the customers more. All in all a good holiday. Collapse

We arrived and our room was in a lovely location, 6th floor overlooking the ocean and the sun was on our balcony all day. We had half board and the food was excellent for both. We went early for dinner and missed the queue which build up from about 7.30. Breakfast was busy and the staff could not keep the tables cleared. We had to wait for a table at times, don't think there were enough staff in the restaurant for breakfast or dinner. Entertainment was good and a lot of effort for the children on holidays. The pool area was lovely but I don't think guests should have to pay £1.95 per day for towel/mattress, this is free in all other hotels we have stayed in Tenerife. The room was clean and maid came each day however toiletries were not replenished each day, we had to buy our own in the local supermarket. Staff at reception were abrupt at times, customer care training would help as first impressions is very important , understand they are busy but it is a tourist country and they should be trained to portray the image of the hotel. The ongoing refurbishment is not disruptive. Internet should be free for guests. I used the hairdresser and she was excellent at her job. Overall very comfortable hotel with excellent food, would recommend and hope to be back. Collapse

This was our first winter holiday and ww were suprised how busy the resort was, also having left the UK at minus 3 the warm climate of 24/25 degrees was more than welcome. The first impression of the Hotel was how clean the reception was and the booking in procedure was so quick and easy. Our room was overlooking the garden which was luckily on the quiet side of the hotel, there was plenty of storage and the bathroom was spotless. After a quick shower we had a drink at the bar before dinner, on entering the restaurant you are given a glass of Prosecco bfore being shown to your table. All meals are Buffet and there was a selection to suit all tastes, and because the food isn't put out in massive dishes all the menu is regular replenished. I went to the pool most mornings at 9 - 9.30 and always found many free/empty sun beds for the whole week of our stay and because the majority of the guests were 50+ the pool scene was very relaxed and quiet. The evening entertainment was mainly from low key singers and apart from ABBA ANGELS who were outstanding. The Hotel is in a prime situation for the beach, the night clubs or just a quiet walk along the prom. cant wait till next year. Collapse
