Firstly what an excellent holiday. The hotel is lovely and the rooms especially lovely. We were in room 117 and 119 was my mums room which were perfect for watching the entertainment at night. The scenery and views around the hotel are fantastic especially at the back where theres a small public shingle beach and its really beautiful and perfect for watching the sunset. The food is amaaaaaazing and the all inclusive i felt was sufficient. The cocktail of the day is a good addition at night and the cost for other cocktails to all inclusive guests are very reasonable with all under 4 euros. Theres plenty to eat and drink for free however and you get bottles of water included too which i thought was great especially when they put a big bottle in your room fridge each day too. The hotel is really clean and well kept and the staff are really good. The animation team are fantastic and we especially loved nello! The shows at night are brilliant and up there with the best we have seen abroad especially hit and roll the band who were exceptional. The only thing i would say is a problem is the kids running around day and night. The hotel is pretty much child focused which is great for families but for couples and adults alone its a bit much even in low season. The pool at this time of year was also freezing as the sun doesnt reach. I also imagine that in summer when the hotel is full the sunbed situation would be a nightmare as theres just not enough however in october it was fine. The area the hotel is in is lovely and plenty to do and see with great links to palma and andratx market. Santa ponsa centre is lovely too with loads of shops and bars and places to eat. All in all this was a brilliant holiday and with small issues ironed out the hotel could be epic. Thank u for a lovely stay! P.s we loved the hotel cat and miss her very much! Collapse

Returned last week from this hotel and have to say it was a shining example of customer service at its best. We were a little concerned having read some of the reviews but we should have known better some people just love to complain! We travelled with my parents one of who is in a wheel chair. Having emailed the hotel before our trip they were allocated a room with wet room. The room was massive and very wheel chair friendly. The only negative comment abot the room would be that there were no grab rails in the shower area although a shower chair was provided ( note to manager grabs rails would be a good idea) The room as ours was spotlessly cleaned and cleaned daily. Staff at the front desk and in the bar areas could not be more considerate in serving us and finding us accessible tables - Thank you all so much!! Food was good and plentiful and you would always find something to eat. Drinks were great and everyone got served in order no q supping was allowed Would we go back? yes we would Thank you all for a lovely holiday Collapse

We stayed here for a week as a family of four, two adults and two young children. The hotel itself i can't fault at all, everything was spotlessly clean and you see people hard at work all day to maintain it. You do have to pay for the safe, nor a deposit, it's a charge per day which I found odd. Our room was fantastic, loved the separate clothes space so we didn't have to live out a suitcase for a week! We moved our youngest in the travel cot into our room as he settled better there, our older slept on the bed next to the couch no problem every night. Our rooms were cleaned every day and sheets/towels changed when requested. Rooms were always cleaned to a high standard and staff did little touches that meant a lot, like laying out my sons blankets and teddies from home nearly every day. The maids were always very friendly and polite too. The fresh bottle of water each day was much appreciated too. Found the beds very comfy and had no problems sleeping. We did have an incident where we were all in the living area and heard an almighty crash-the shower pole and curtain had fallen down for some reason! Wasn't happy as if one of us had been in the bathroom at the time it could have ended badly, but when reported to the hotel they fixed it very promptly. The food-wow!! Great choices every day and night, never had a bad meal, and plenty for the kids too. Desserts were particularly nice! The snacks inbetween meals aren't great-leftover pizza, burgers, fruit and bread, etc. Would be nice to offer something like toasties even for the all inclusive guests. Found all the restaurant staff to be lovely-particularly Yany and Marianne who absolutely doted on our boys at mealtimes, they loved it and it was really nice to have such kind interactions with the staff! The hotel also offers a picnic if you're going out for the day, which I thought was a great idea, just order it the night before. The bar was good, plenty of drinks on offer and it was never too busy. Very generous spirit measures, and I grew quite fond of the sangria on draft. Bar staff always polite and helpful to us all. The hotel itself is located not too far from a few local shops and restaurants, and two additional play parks for the kids which was good. The play park on the hotel grounds is great, along with the football pitch, volleyball pitch, ping pong table etc, and the ponies, there's plenty to keep the kids going. The pool was very cold (!) but given the time of year we visited it's not surprising. They do also have an indoor pool which is slightly more heated, it's adults only between 4-7 but the kids enjoyed it when we were in. Because of the time of year we visited, and the way the hotel is built, there was no sun around the pool till into the early afternoon, which was a bit annoying! Never had a problem getting sunbeds though. All in all, a lovely hotel with lovely staff, we had a great week and certainly weren't disappointed. Collapse

Stayed here in late September and had a great holiday in a hotel that prides itself on being very very good. The food was excellent and there was a good choice every day,the hotel and rooms were very clean, and the staff in the whole hotel were the friendliest of any hotel we have ever stayed in.It is in a great location 5 minutes from local bars and shops, and a 15 minute walk to the main part of town and main beach. To find any fault with the hotel would be very unfair as they work very hard to make your stay an enjoyable one.Free safe and free wifi.
