Well on the whole not a bad hotel, not normally the sort of hotel we would normally book we tend to go for adult only ones, but due to a last minute booking we could not get one so we booked this one, we thought children are at school so should be very quite, that proved to be wrong load of kids and noise, but it is a family hotel so to be expected really, the check in was easy and the staff very pleasant, drinks at the bar were good quality and the service was great, the restaurant was a bit like a canteen but was kept very clean, the Nuka restaurant was closed for Tapas that had been moved outside down by the pool bar and beach, which meant it was open for adults only which was a bonus, the food in general was pretty good odd times it could have been hotter though, house keeping was excellent the room was kept pristine all the time, the animation team worked their socks off and were constantly entertaining , all in all not a bad holiday, although annoying had to pay for safe in room (not done that for years) Collapse

First visit here with 3 year old and the grandparents. The hotel entrance is well furnished and from the brochure, we were expecting the same for the rooms. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the room it was dark, tired decor and a little dingy not to mention the shower curtain that attacked you every night. The exterior including pool was clean and tidy very well looked after, we did not find this with the room and did complain at reception but the standard didn't improve. Far too crowded every sun lounger was taken and at 8am it was a race against time to get your bed. Food was very good, lots of variety and impressed by the gluten free choices. You could eat as healthy or unhealthy as you wanted and they had themed evenings (Italian, Chinese, Spanish etc) we never got bored. The staff from cleaners to reception to bar and restaurant were fantastic they made a real fuss of our son who looked forward to dinner just to see his favourite waiters. If you are a young family who likes to socialise with other young families that are virtually on top of you around the pool then this is a great hotel. If you are a couple or a family like us they still appreciates a bit of space and are not into drinking in the children's pool during the day I would go for a quieter option. Collapse

we was immediately impressed by the look of the hotel, the staff was very helpful and friendly and the hotel was cleaned/maintained to a high standard. Our room was clean and spacious and ideal for us and our two boys aged 2 and 4, we was in room 217 this was directly opposite the entertainment stage, perfect for watching the evening shows when the little ones get tired in the evening but not so good if you want to sleep before 11:00pm. The noise can be disruptive but We didn't mind as the boys enjoyed watching the shows. The children enjoyed the the animation aspect of the resort, most of the staff really showed enthusiasm but some looked like they would rather Be elsewhere. my eldest son loved the children's club, lots of games and certificate presentations in the evening a big thumbs up. The pool was ideal for the children, a splash pool with slides for the little ones that can sometimes get overcrowded but you have to expect this with it being a family deluxe resort and a bigger family pool to enjoy. Lots of daytime activities for adults and children and if you're lucky pongus the pony will make an appearance which the children loved!! Songs/dancing good family fun. The food was very good, a big variety and the staff was most welcoming, only downside was that the children's selection was limited and disappointing to say was a family resort. Overall the complex was fab, would highly recommend this to family's but not to couples or those expecting a peaceful relaxing holiday. It's family and child orientated and exactly what we wanted for our holiday. Would definitely visit again!!! Collapse

Just returned from a 10 night stay, cannot fault anything with the hotel or staff. The hotel itself is beautifully clean, the rooms also are lovely, clean, have air con, provide a fridge, kettle, hairdryer and safe (€3 a day extra). The food was very good for an all inclusive hotel and was always served hot, waiters brought drinks to your table for you and always on hand to offer assistance, it can sometimes be a bit noisy in the restaurant, but usually one end seemed quieter so we chose to sit here. We didn't try the al a carte restaurant as this is adults only and we had our daughter with us. The hotel offers a kids club, and activities throughout the day that you can join in with, or not. The animation team work so hard and we're all lovely, friendly and once again would go out of their way to ensure you were ok. The evening entertainment was ok for all the family, with a kids mini disco to start things off, then some sort of show or tribute act after, the animation team put on a couple of dance shows a week and they work so hard to put these together. The private beach was a bit rocky when we first arrived but soon after new sand was brought in to dress the beach and it was lovely, or you could walk up a bit and access another little area with sun loungers etc and diving boards into the sea, this is a great little area, be warned though if your a bit prudish there are topless sunbathers. The adults only area for sunbathing on top of the hotel is a great idea (€10 per day, per room) and offers a little peace and quiet from the children, has jacuzzis and a fridge with drinks in, included in price, there are shaded sun loungers though these had all been "saved" with no one on them when we used the area. The area outside the hotel is a little run down, though this perhaps changes in high season, though in the evening there are bars and restaurants with the usual seaside tat shops, we found a great little cocktail bar there called Bar Prince and the square has live tribute acts every night. All in all a great holiday was had, yes there are a lot of children, but then it is a family hotel if you don't want children around on your holiday go for an adults only holiday, cannot fault it, possibly the best all inclusive holiday we have ever had. Thank you to all the staff who completed the experience and in particular the animation team. Collapse

As a middle aged couple we found that this hotel was way too noisy with kids running everywhere. Food was ok but staff were not the usual friendly smiley Spanish waiters you expect. Long faces on most of them. Room smaller than expected and the beach is tiny. Also the hotel staff do not implement the rule about not reserving sunbeds. It was a nightmare getting 2 spare ones after 9am. as people had put towels on them to reserve them. Not impressed. Collapse
